HORRIBLE, We were there at May 28th and charged us for a "concert" that didn´t start :( we asked for a sundae and a milkshake we didn´t get any spoon or straw but the "check" 5 mins after served. We asked other waitress for eating tools, sighing, mumbling and rolling eyes she gave them to us. Awful service We´ll never coming back there. HORRIBLE, estuvimos ahi el 28 de Mayo y nos cobraron por un concierto que no empezo. Pedimos una nieve y una malteada y no nos dieron ni cuchara ni popote peri si la cuenta 5 mins despues de servidos. Le pedimos a otra mesera los utencilios y nos los dio suspirando, murmurando y volteando los ojos. Desagradable servicio nunca volverermos ahi.

I have never been to a restaurant/cafe as awesome and kick ass as this one. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was amazing and the food was off the hook. The amount of savoring I did with all the samples of food had me wishing I could eat there over and over again. Last night, our server was Hailey(?) and she was boss. I high-fived her, gave her the rock sign and told her that she rocked hard. I would be honored to come to the cafe as a waitress to meet the different people there and to soak up the legends that were made through the histories if I was hired. Hard Rock Cafe, keep on rocking and keep on grooving! You will never go out of business with your unique flavor of workers and food!

Unfortunate that this place made it on the Zagat list. Besides all the interesting rock pieces on the wall I should have taken all the warning signs that my night was going to end up this way. Allow me to elaborate. As soon as I sit down in the completely empty dining room and see only drinks in other peoples hands in a packed bar I sit down to be later confronted by a waitress that seemed to be surprise I was ordering food. Now that Im "here" piecing all this together, by here I mean clutching my toilet with one of the worst cases of food poisoning Ive ever experienced. Now I realize no human being should ever eat here. So dont, for your bodys sake. Do not ever eat here.

Definitely more of a place to go just to say youve been or as a gathering spot to pre-game before a bigger event nearby. Seating is to packed together and heaven forbid you move and inch cause youll smack into the person at the next table. Food was"okay" but definately over priced for what you receive. Gave it 3 stars simple for the fact that the server was nice and trying her hardest to keep all her tables happy and checked on.

La mesera muy amable en todo momento. Fuimos bien atendidos. La cervezas muy bien. El decorado del lugar, la atmósfera, la parafernalia alusiva al Rock & Roll, también interesante. Lo recomiendo.

Another great lunch at the Hard Rock Phoenix. The staff was different than last time we were there but all were friendly and helpful even moving from their own areas to help us to get a table and checking with us during the whole time were there. The Manager came by to make sure everything was good. Not giving 5 stars because the restrooms needed some attention. The meal was very good with no room for desert.

Every time I have come here, the food has been top notch. The atmosphere is fun, and the menu has so many good things to choose from, it is hard to lock onto one thing. They also have a full fledged bar which is great. Most place I dont like dessert, but Hard Rock Café always has good desserts. Prices are fair for what you get. If you want cheap, fast food chains will accommodate.

Truly excellent food. The Heineken burger is delightful. The Mac and cheese leaves something to be desired. It was slow when we came in, and there was no hostess. We wandered in and found someone, so it was no big deal. Cocktails are awfully expensive, and they serve Pepsi products. They also have David Bowies pants.

Waitress was not very good. Had to wait for water didnt get refilled til after lunch was served. Asked for honey mustard had to wait for her to bus 2 tables and chat with a coworker and then disappear for 15 minutes before I got it. Sandwich was so so. Nothing great typical chain. Very disappointed in service

Went when it first opened and service was slow. I ordered a classic club sandwich and the chicken was really dried out. The bread was stale. My kid ordered a pizza kids meal. My kids opinion was that it looked like school pizza and part of it was burnt. Staff was friendly. A little overpriced. I wont return.

I really liked it here, I didnt pay attention to the memorabilia hanging around, because I was hungry. And I was impressed. The food as really good the burger was tasty and the french fry seasoning was kick ass. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I would go back, if I am in the area again.

I never really got this restaurant/trip through movie and music memory lane. Photos and actual music/movie props from the 60s-70s all over the walls and loud music playing. The food is average and the drinks are weak. Prices are high and there isnt any kind of appeal to come back.

Do not go here to eat! Ordered a burger done medium and received it raw. Two others in my party ordered burgers and they received them charred. I sent mine back to get it done medium well and received it back raw on the inside. Would not go back unless I wanted food poisoning!

Im a huge Hard Rock n Metal fan. This place is a joke. Decor is not exciting or that Hard Rock. Way way over priced for food quality and portion. This place is definitely catered to catch the Wondering Rube. Out of state visitors beware its a money trap.

SUCKS...it was a 110° outside and it was a 110° inside bull $hit plus took forever on food and refills i felt like i shouldve order pizza from dominos and ate it on the sidewalk cause it was the same temp but atleast i would have had my food faster

This hometown Hard rock is one of my favorites! Intimate space across from the Talking Stick resort Arena (Home of the Phoenix Suns). Love the gold records in the dome, and their guitar pins are some of my favorite! The Texan sandwich is my Go-to!

First saw this restaurant on Triple D. Decided to take the time and drive the distance, totally worth it. Best waffle ever and the sides were equally as good. Service was fast and friendly and the overall value was right on line with expectations.

Hard rock cafe is awesome I have been to many locations and I always know when I travel out of the country and I see a hard rock cafe im safe haha.. I usually get the dijon chicken sandwich and it always taste the same worldwide..

I love this place! I had the dijon chicken sandwich i think it was but you can always trust hard rock cafe when traveling I always eat at hard rock and try to book a hotel near by since i know its always in the good area to be!

This place has perfect burgers - theyre perfectly cooked and the buns are fantastic. Service was great - the server offered to bring out a pitcher to fill our camelbacks and they were incredibly welcoming to Comicongoers.
