Rude and incompetent staff and miserable experience overall. A group of girlfriends and I made the mistake of having a bachelorette party here. It was a miserable experience. The least of my complaints is that this location is outrageous for what it is. 6 of us shared one lane for 2 hours and it was over $150 just for the cramped lane. My real complaint is with the waitstaff and management. First off, we couldnt get the waitstaff to clear a dish or bring a refill to save their lives. Our tiny half a table was literally cluttered with classes and plates ALL NIGHT even when they are empty. At the end of the night the waitress LOST a credit card from our group. Lost it. Literally lost it. When we told management we were told "we are sorry, you wont be charged for anything, go home and cancel the card." Fine, fair enough. Accidents happen. After we left we come to find out that credit card was charged TWICE on two different bills. Obviously the waitress gave our card to someone else. Here is my real complaint however: The waitstaff and the manager were rude and insensitive to our group. We were not drinking, for whatever reason we were not drinking. On two separate occasions waitstaff came over and offered us shots. When we refused they made snide comments like "oh, a dry party?" "well thats no fun". That is incredibly rude. At one point the manager came over and offer congratulations to our bride, and offered to give us a round of shots. He made an obvious comment about a member of our party being pregnant, and we told him that no, we were not drinking, He paused and said, "oh, well...then there isnt anything i can do for you. When youre ready to drink, come see me." How ridiculous!!!! We all bought sodas and all bought food. You couldnt buy the table one appetizer or at least sodas? And how insensitive and rude. We decided to come all the way out to your establishment, pay your ridiculous prices for a tiny lane, and then we get insulted? Are you kidding me? Rude. Incompetent. Miserable.

Things started going wrong as soon as we walked through the door. We went here to celebrate my sisters birthday, and have never left a place to upset. When we arrived their was no one at the front desk to help us get seated. Our bowling lane was reserved for 8pm but instead we ended up sitting around until 9pm because they overbooked. Our friend ordered a $10 drink and after waiting 15 or so minutes the waitress finally brought the drink. The glass was dirty and sticky, not to mention half filled. But she insisted it had not been spilled and she would not have the drink remade. We waiting over an hour for our food which was served to us cold, and not fully cooked. The staff is absolutely TERRIBLE, and provided no customer service whatsoever, that is of course, unless your a single man who clearly has money to waste. We were charged for items we had not ordered and at the end of the day ended up being charged twice as much as we should have. When the manager finally showed up, he was no better than his staff. He instructed one waitress to "give those bi**hes their money back so we can move to the next group". On our way out we saw mice running down the stairs. I do not recommend this location to anyone looking to have a fun night. Waste or money and time, you will not be satisfied.

What an awesome place to have an event. We had our company party there and they were 5 stars all across the board. Its not your typical bowling alley. Its a very high end bar and lounge with bowling and pool tables. The food was great too. We were expecting typical barfood but it was definitely better than that and the service was incredible. Everyone made sure we were happy all night long. Our servers Rebecca, Megan and Alex were attentive and always made sure there was food on the tables and that everyone had a drink. Nicole supervised the event and made sure everyone was having a blast. Kristen coordinated the event and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They handled everything. If you are thinking about your next event the search stops here!

OVER PRICED!!! POOR LANE CONDITIONS!!! CRAMPED APPROACH!!! TERRIBLE SEATING ARRANGEMENT!! Its ridiculous to charge for shoes after paying $5.75/game!! Their per hour rate is north of $45 after taxes!! If you wish to bowl decently, forget it! The lane conditions are terrible (poor oil distribution), theres constant distractions as people and servers walk alongside your lanes, and the approach is cluttered by the computerized keypads, oversized pillars, and metal trim work that interferes with your heels as you align yourself on the furthest set of dots. Finally, the seating area consists of one long sofa thats excessively worn, too low to the ground, and is impossible to egress and ingress from without disturbing others youre sharing it with.

dirty restrooms. overpriced on everything (Happy hours price is like regular price, five bucks for a pair of socks, etc). Very slow and poor customer service with no help at all. Manager is even the worse. Lane broke after two rolls and reset button would not work. Not friendly to anyone who cannot bowl with over 9lbs ball because they dont allow you to use lighter than 9 lbs balls. They are afraid of you breaking balls. Parking is a joke to get out because the gate doesnt open automatically. A lady is running back and forth between gate and ticket machine. Strongly recommend bowlers to go to the actual bowling alleys or fancy bars for drinks.

The food experience was great. Chips were great. However, the serving experience was terrible. My server was Susan H. Multiple times Susan H made it clear, through nonverbal communication, that she seemed to be "tolerating" me and my friend as guest. There were many times when we were at the table in need of our sever however shed be conversing with other customers. I am a regular at Genghis Grill and greatly enjoy "bar-hopping". I am currently looking for a new "regular" spot for my friends in I, considering were all in college, and this customer service experience has steered me far away from this place.

Terrible service. Im not sure if they were just understaffed that day but man were they rude!! While waiting for bowling shoes we moved over to the side of the counter while waiting. After about 15 minutes my friend asked the man over the counter if we could get them he yelled "Im grabbing them!" We brushed it off and continued on to our area. When one of my friends asked the waitress if we could get some water he gave us this whole mess about how somebody in our group had already said said no when he asked earlier. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to come here.

We waited in for quite some time and when it was our turn to talk to the cashier, he gave us a piece of paper to write our number down on due to long wait times. Kinda rude but i brushed it off. We went next door for food and waited 2 and 1/2 hours when we were told 30 minutes! Went to find out what happened and the guy said something about forgetting to call? By the time we did bowl, the night was ruined and there was too much pressure to bowl and we arent going back. Not romantic. Horrible. Not even one star
