Horrid. The girl at the front didnt ring up anything and said it would be "on our tab", so we would just pay after we played. Wouldnt be a bad thing if she explained the charges better! She was in a rush to get to the next customers and failed to make it clear that they charged per person, per game. We ended up with a $55 tab after only 3 games, with 3 people! Also they gave us a lane that didnt work at first (the pins werent swept back and it was stuck), so they had to move us. Maybe dont rush us out to a lane that doesnt work, without telling us how the payment system worked too. The lane wouldnt be an issue but compounded with the customer horrible customer service (I could add more, but it would be too long), it only added to the disappointment.

Please do not go to this establishment. There is at least one pair of lanes that has not functioned properly for 12 weeks. Waitstaff is almost non existent and the manager, she has no clue how to treat guests. One evening during league play, we went to the desk to ask why our pair of lanes was not on. The boy there said he could not turn them on. I asked why are all the others on with people bowling. He said they shouldnt be. I said then turn them off, he said he couldnt. I was annoyed. We went back and forth a bit and he asked me if I was done. I said yes and he did the zip your lip motion. Piss poor customer service. The manager was nowhere to be found. The childs name is Nick. I wouldnt hire him for any customer service job.

I typically come here during the summer when they offer the Summer Bowling Card. I find it to be very relaxing to come in and just play a few games. I try to avoid the crowds and typically bowl around 2-3pm in the afternoon. I have come during the busy times as well and lets just say it is not my type of crowd to be around. I wish they offered a membership to go anytime except nights.

This is an awesome place to bring your family. Jamie and the front desk is an outstanding employee and caters to your every need. She has gone above and beyond for my family and myself making sure that we have everything we need to enjoy our time together. I have been here multiple times and plan on coming back again. Worst alley in az to bowl tournament. Horrible horrible lanes. Cant hit anything. 160 170 average bowlers bowl 120 130 thats how bad they are. Food is cold and gross. Very crowded and needs updated. Do yourself a favor....if a tournament is here do NOT waste your money entering!

If you are going to play bowling try to be careful from their staff there was one lady very rude I go to pay when we finished, I told her hi, she answered me what do you need with very bad attitude, the price is Ok but they treat us like homeless people I dont know why!!!!

Not a bad place to get some games in have some drinks and just hang out. Also took the kids here one time and they had a blast. The gentleman that helped got all the shoe sizes right explained the way the charges go after we asked and had no issues while we were there.

Came for a work event and the lane kept breaking. Broke at least 20-30 times and then at the end we waited 20 minutes for them to fix it and they ran our time to 0. Refused to let us even just finish the round. Horrible place I would say take your money else where!

Had a great time with my friends, prices were good, overall clean. The lane machine was a little different from other places, but I figured it out. Food wasnt good for the price tho, other than that great lanes. Right next to my house too

I love coming to this alley my kids love playing the games. The employees are nice. The asstiant manager Michael is a very sweet guy and always smiling. And Tina is such the nicest lady. I highly recommend this one over any others

The staff had no welcoming energy. The white dude that works there attitude is awful. He rolls his eyes when you ask for help. 19th and bethany home road location is way better. They are welcoming with great personality.

The food is good and the atmosphere is enjoyable. When we went there one time and there was no lane available, on of their employees called another location and reserved a lane for us there. Very nice.

Overall clean place and all machines worked great. We had a large group and there was a small situation in which the attendant would not help resolve at all. A+ for bowling, D for customer service.

I always thought it would be fun to work at a bowling alley its hard to tell here the staff seem like they are just doing their time but bowling is fun with whoever you go with not who you buy from.

They give you a hard time about their advertised deals and leave you hang in when your lane gets stuck. Go to other AMF locations like the one on 32nd and Bell. Thousand times better service.

The cashier was nice, but seemed to not know what she was doing. almost everyone in our party was charged for two PAIRS of shoes, not two TOTAL shoes. Alley was nice and they have couches.

Ignored by the staff for the better part of an hour while several other groups which were bigger than ours got lanes almost immediately. Ended up leaving before even getting to bowl.

Fun place, but parking lot needs redone! So many potholes and its a maze to get in and out of, hidden behind another business.
