Typically, I do not write reviews but I sincerely wanted to speak up about the customer service today. I had just gone grocery shopping before my movie started and one of the ticket-ushers respectfully noticed by bag and I could not go through ( understandably) so I patiently waited for a manager to come down to guest services. Here I am thinking that it was a bad idea to go grocery shopping ( only 1 bag) beforehand and I seriously was not going to eat anything from it. I am also thinking Id may have to pay for a locker or worst, not be able to bring it in at all. Let me tell you, while no outside food is allowed, they were so accommodating and friendly in offering to keep it at guest services and to even put it into a fridge if necessary. Thank you Harkins one again for providing me with good service, a clean theater and a good movie.

I really like Harkins Theaters overall. Their loyalty cup (with $1.50 refills) and shirt (free medium popcorn voucher every movie) is a FANTASTIC deal. I docked a star because of Christown.. not really Harkins fault but it does make me question if I want to deal with the surroundings or if Id rather drive to a location further away. Other annoyance is that they have recently put in SUPER BRIGHT green exit signs in the theater. They look normal when the house lights are up but once the movie begins they are blinding. Im sure there are all sorts of regulations for those signs, but come on theres gotta be a happy medium.

Lets all remember people its a movie job its mostly younger kids working an this day an age lets be happy they are having jobs in life that being said they are always koo helpful an act politely to everyone I have ever seen an lately in live I have been going to a lot of movies hear an it always cool air clean even the later showings good parking an never out of any kinda treats or snacks you could crave even late they always got the popcorn flowing have fun in joy the person you pick to go with an hopefully you pick a good movie to injoy as well

They just opened and had one person selling tickets and 2 people at the concession stand. Slow, long lines...they should have this down by now. We arrived 10 minutes early and were 5 minutes late to the movie! Also, are they trying to save money on the heating bill? It was 40 degrees outside and about 45 inside. It was FREEZING during the entire movie even though I never took my coat off.

For a Harkins Theatre this is a great theatre. It is clean and the employees are polite. I did have an interesting experience though. Bought a large soda at the beginning of the movie. When the movie ended I was on my to my car, took top off of cup to eat ice and found the soda dispenser spout in my cup. The manager was awesome about the situation!!!!

As always Danny Harkins shows the best movies always. Every time we go we have an enjoyable experience weather be in the movie seat or at the concession bar. Go and have a great time. Tickets are very cost-effective. And movies range from G through our. We love the p in the PGA. Theres something for everyone. Thanks Dan.

My son and I see about 95% of our movies at this Harkins location. The place is always very clean, and the customer service is fast and friendly. And being a native of Arizona, I like the fact it is an Arizona based theater chain. I always try to support AZ based businesses. I hope they remain an AZ based company.

Not a bad movie theater, but a little worn and messy. Staff wasnt very excited to be there, and a few seemed to want you to know that they dont like their jobs. Slow ticket line, mildly chaotic at concession with a mess of popcorn all over the floor that looked like it had been there for hours just being stepped on.

Went there recently with a friend, and overall was a pleasant experience. Staff was prompt and friendly, theater was easy to find. Clean facilities and nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend. In the past, that location was a disaster. Glad to see new staff and renovations breathed new life into the place.

Every time I come here, the staff are always friendly. The seats are comfy enough and its pretty mellow. Ive never really seen it packed except for when Deadpool came out. Im going on a date with someone on 12/08/2016 and Im sure I wont be disappointed. I always have a great time here, even if Im on my own. :)

Harkins has really stepped up to the plate , the food and snack area has picked up service by 100 pecent and seem to be more organized and it seems the texting and phone use in theater has been watched more closely and almost 100 percent down.The place is always clean and bathrooms ,two thumbs up from me.

We have been regular movie goers this summer and Christown is our go to indoor theater. It is a decent value, especially if you purchase the commemorative cup and refill it for $1.50. Convenient ticket purchase online and pickup at the kiosk when you arrive and the seats are comfortable.

I usually go during the week at night and theres never any lines its just very mellow. Pretty Clean and the Staff is very nice. Ive never had any issues here. I am sure on the weekends its a different story but I cant account for that. Id go here instead of AMC they are too expensive.

Went to see Gardians of The Galaxy last night, Great movie. Prices are always un reasonable but its the experience your paying for. What I did not pay for was the bedbugs on our seats. Came home with a few bites and washed our cloths immediately. Not returning to that theater again.

This is a decent theatre. Its pretty clean, and its pretty rare that the clientele are jerks during movies. Out of the 50 + movies Ive seen here, only 1 movie was ruined by jackasses talking and being rude in the back. Plus with the season cups, you cant beat the prices.

Really disappointed with this theather, the staff was rude and would not let my girlfriend and I only because she didnt have an ID, stupid norms! 21 to buy a ticket for someone else? Im not getting them drunk! Most ridiculous theater Ive ever gone!! Never coming back!!!

I really like this theater. It is clean, tidy, simple, spacious, and friendly. The sound and picture quality is superb. I think it is great having a handicapped person attending the entrance. A great niche for someone who doesnt have the opportunity elsewhere.

Of all the local Harkins Theaters near me this is my favorite. The trend to have later showings, and the facilities are clean and nice. But that is true of most Harkins. Bring your student id card as they accept it for nearly all showings.

A great location & service...however im disappointed theyre prices on popcorn & drinks are expensive & a little ridiculous with the $10 i spend on food and drinks i could have had a large popcorn drink , candy & still have spending money

Staff was polite, theatre itself hadnt been swept properly but no sticky floors or heaps of trash. Sound was awesome and movie visually on the mark. Ads prior to feature presentation, however, were fuzzy and difficult to read.
