When my girlfriend, my brother, his wife and I first arrived to the Casino last night we were very excited and thought the place was well designed and the atmosphere was great for us all. However, after playing a few games on the Roulette table a guy and his friend claimed he placed the same bet as myself and another gentleman. As an avid roulette player I always play black regardless the odds. When black hit this guy begins to pick up chips identical to mine. I told them that those were my chips and I looked at the guy to my right who also bet on black. He immediately said I saw you put down $10 on black. I then went to the dealer (female woman named Christian) told her that I placed that bet and this guy is claiming those are his earnings. She looked at me in and then said, " I dont know you need to pay attention to your own chips and rolled her eyes. I said that I did and she told me and the other guy to stop playing. The pit manger Patrick came up and as I attempted to explained to him what happened he told in a loud and rude, disrespectful tone, ARE YOU GOING TO LET ME TALK? He proceeded to say that hes going to review the tapes. This event occurred around 1:20am and went I say this guy did not review the tapes he just looked at me rudely and I dont know if its cause Im a black man and the other guy was white or if Patrick and Christian were just rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend supported me through this we spoke to the manger and NOTHING was resolved. When I went to cash in my chips the guys who took the earnings were directly in front of me. All I can say is Be CAREFUL at the tables. Theyre rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and do not take the time to treat people with common courtesy. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THAT CASINO AGAIN!

Terrible!!! My daughter and I arrived in the area of the Arena at 7:25 PM for an 8:00 PM event. "In the area" meaning 9/10s of a mile away from the entrance into the Casino parking lot. The line was a standstill INTO the arena. A casino ...who has been up and running...should by now know how to get people into the parking lot at a quick pace. People in line were logging onto your Facebook page....complaining about the situation. So despite getting into the area 35 minutes before the concert started - we actually missed 40 minutes of the show. Yes...40 minutes of the show. Do the math....we didnt get to park the car until past 8:30 PM!!! And...there were alot more people/cars behind us. Management...if you are listening...the one main problem I saw was that you were funneling cars down into merging lanes over and over....and your parking attendants collected a $10 parking fee up until around 8:30 PM. Ridiculous!!! You have to make more lanes for people to come into the parking area. Once I am on your lot I should not be funneled down once and then twice to get through the parking style to pay your attendant. I will NEVER attend an event at your casino arena. And truthfully....if I could see what the problem is...WHY doesnt management...and WHY dont you care? Anyone else reading this review....if you absolutely want to see an event at this arena you need to show up 2.5 hours ahead of time in order to see the venue. Or expect to be dissappointed.

Went to see Monster Jam today, first off $10 just to park, then if your kids want something like cotton candy $15. A Icee wow. Its way way over priced. At every Event not just Monster Jam. Monster Jam last year was pretty good 2015 this year 2016, we didnt enjoy it. It was lame there is not enough room for the trucks to be able to do tricks. Its pretty much two minutes of each truck doing nothing. Dont waste your money. And I like Grave Digger but does he have to win e writhing even if he wasnt the best. . Its Like its set up for him to win. Also the food is horrible we got soft pretzels and they were stale and hard. We were expecting to have a good time especially with all the money we spent. Sorry my option is Save your money.

Seating is ok,,, parking, $10,,, rip-off,, people will help you park,, BUT this place SUCKS for a concert or speech, !! The acoustics are the worst Ive ever heard. All you hear is the voice / music bouncing off the walls echoing... ( attended 3 music / speech events - all terrible sound ),,, and After the event, NOBODY is outside to direct traffic. Took 55 minutes to just get out of the parking lot. You think they would have traffic control AFTER the event for the $10 parking fee. This arena should stick to hockey and arena-cross

Attended a convention here last summer. We had so much fun. Loved the surrounding area as it had great places to mix mingle and eat at. Clean comfortable atmosphere close to nice hotels. Seemed newer and or more well maintained than other stadiums Ive visited in the past although Im not sure if that was due to the help of the convention attendees that help to spiffy up for these events. Either way, Im hoping we get to go there again this year!

Just saw Eric Church on Friday April 28. Event was nice, seats a little tight but not a bad view from anywhere. The problems: Outside area is very narrow, with all the concession stands back to back no where to walk. They ran out of food and Beer, and when they did have beer it was warm. Tried to ask employee behind the counter a question and he just blew me off. I would say I probably would not go back to see a show there.

Very nice arena, staff was helpful and friendly. My only issue was paying for the parking, considering the spot wasnt great, and the seats. If you sit way up high the seats are very cramped and slanted at an angle where it feels like youll fall onto the row in front of you. Good view though from all the way at the top and food isnt crazily over priced. Definitely would come here again if I buy floor seats.

Great local venue, run by really good people. Ample parking, and very safe parking lot. Plenty of nice hotels and restaurants very close, some within walking distance. Inside is spacious, seats are comfortable enough (much better than some similar venues). Nice wide concourse, plenty of vendors with good options, including craft beers. Events are always a good time!

This is a nice sized arena. Even from the upper sections the view isnt bad. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean. The food prices were comparable to other arenas. Outside food, drinks, containers, etc. are not allowed so you might want to plan ahead if you have a bunch of hungry kids.. Also remember to bring cash for parking.

As a Hershey Bears fan I was concerned about how I would be treated. While most Penguin fans ignored me several congratulated me on the Bears win and talked fondly of the town of Hershey. However the concourses are far to narrow and cramped. While walking concourses are usually something I enjoy here it was torture.
