Really great place to see a comedian or musician. Really intimate and closer setting compared to most of the other places I have seen comedy shows or musicians. Actually see things you might not get to see elsewhere do its smaller venue. Think Nirvana unplugged with some of the musicians and in your living room with your comedian friend. There are lots of good restaurants/bars nearby. This is one of the few streets that make you glad you are in Wilmington.

Great historic venue with excellent acoustics. Theyve really stepped up their booking game, getting larger national acts. Tall/large patrons may find seating a little tight - if possible, purchase seats in the front rows of the sections as they tend to have more legroom. Adult beverages and snacks available at most shows.

Tickets were priced at $49 and I purchased four. Then they tacked on a $32 "single ticket charge" because I was not buying a subscription for 3 shows. THEN a parking fee, not for the car, but for each person in the car, bringing the extra fee up to $44 in addition to the ticket price. DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES.

I went to a concert at The Grand featuring. T. Clay, Pastor Hare ( Faith City), and last but not least Martha Munizzi. It was very special!!! Most of the people in attendance stood up the entire concert. The spirit was very high. It truly was a blessed event. We got our praise on!!

I bought tickets online and had a problem with how much they charged me. I have called four times and left messages for Mr. Cruz (the manager) AND sent an email. But I have yet to receive a single response. Unacceptable.

Although they claimed to have sent an email, the Grand did not notify me that the Matisyahu concert was cancelled. I got the " office is closed" tape on five occasions when I called on the night of concert.
