My wife and I have two younger children and we find it hard to get out for fun, so I feel I must tell you about a delightful evening and bartender. We arrived at the reef by chance not knowing anyone, just looking for a night out for once. Monica was bartending and she was wonderful making us feel like old friends and meeting new ones through her. The food and drink were excellent and at a fair price too. We are counting the day to get a quick escape to the reef again soon we hope. Thank again to all at the reef especially Monica see ya soon I hope. PJ

Ordered to-go and was told 15 minutes. Showed up 25 mins later and had to wait another 10 minutes. Steak was way undercooked (ordered medium and got rare) and had huge chunks of fat throughout. Mashed potatoes were burnt somehow. Forgot the sauce that was ordered for the shrimp. Wings were cold, had the wrong type of sauce on them, and came with the wrong dipping sauce. Typically dont write reviews but absolutely appalled with how much money was just wasted on a horrible couple of meals.

Ive been going to the for over 20 years, but on Friday March 11th 2016 my friends and I went to the Reef. The band that played there that night played the most racially insensitive music Ive ever heard accompanied with videos of Black people dressed as Monkeys and slave shackles. Ive never felt so humiliated in my life. I hope the band that played that night is not a reflection of the views of the ownership, because Ive really had some Great times there in the past.

Thanks for a great party for our friends retirement! We had a great time, with great food! The servers were amazing and made sure everyone was taken care of! The owner made sure every last detail was taken care of from the buffet, the set up, decorating and our presentation portion of the party. He let us come the day before to practice with all of the equipment for video and sound. Thank you again! Many memories were made last night!

We were driving home in almost the middle of the night, and all wanted steak. We were trying to find somewhere that was on the way home, and this place happened to be. When we approached it we were like "oh no this is gonna be bad" but once inside it turned out to be really really nice. Great food, great staff and all around a great place.

I have been to the Reef a few times wait staff are very polite, menu has many different options that you can order from. Food is excellent, Bar staff were quick of getting our drinks to me and my guests. They have good entertainment on the weekends. On Sundays they have all you can eat crabs, they were delicious. I give them 5 stars.

Yes the reef is a nice place Cosi not too big into men most of all the stakes are come here for the stake to stake is always good always nice the prime rib and New York strip steaks are really excellent never tell never never stringy or with a whole lot of muscle in it overall a very nice place to come good entertainment

Atmosphere 5 stars ,I had calamari it was ilightly coated crispy batter with dipping sauce ,it was good ,small portions for the price 9.00.plenty of seating and tables. Great place for a large gathering. All party members enjoyed the food. Diffently will return . would of given it five stars if there was a pool table!

The Reef is GREAT!!! The food is delicious and the bartenders work hard to serve you fast. Two of the bartenders, in particular, go above and beyond! These 2 woman clearly know their stuff and serve their customers with a smile and such personality. They make you want to come back every Friday night!!

This place was one of the first restaurants I visited after moving to DE. I was really pleased with the down-to-earth friendliness of the staff there. The power was out and it looked like the only people there were some regulars, but everyone was really accommodating. The food was good - well be back.

Food is amazing! Drinks are fairly cheap. You would never know this place was here. they have live music on the weekends. We went for New Years Eve and had a blast. Customers to be a very diverse crowd and have seen no issues so far. Owner/Manager knows how to run this place!

I love The Reef !!!! The food is amazing and the renovations are incredible, it looks like different place. The staff is helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. I frequent this place often. Very comfortable and casual, great weekly chef specials. Two thumbs up :)

service very slow. waitress disappeared. crabs small and very few claws. many limits on all you can eat with mandatory 20% tip that was not earned. beverage purchase required and only one side provided with all you can eat crabs. wont be back.

Has come a long way over the years. Food is good bar food, prices are fair. Staff is good. While at the bar sometimes on a crowed night you may have to wait a little between drinks. Also good local place with live music and smoke free

The food is great and the band was awesome!! Im I was in from out of town and I was reluctant to come in because of the shopping center but once I was in the restaurant it was incredible the food the atmosphere the service impeccable

I stopped in twice, saw two excellent local music groups. Diverse casual crowd. Easy going, laid back, and decent prices. If you are looking for a night out to enjoy some live entertainment its a good choice. Wings are good.

The guests were rude to our party of 10. They were judgemental, making comments regarding our alcoholic drinks and our group. The staff didnt help the situation and lost our business for life.

Good food, quick friendly service, good prices and live music every weekend and a Blues Jam every Wednesday. Plenty of free parking and theyre open every day no matter weather or holiday.

The fish tacos are really spicy too spicy for me. The reuben corn beef was so hard it was hard to bite into. Server was terrific. We will go back. We will just get something else

I have been there many times and the people and food is terrible. They are very rude to everyone I know that goes there and I heard there are bugs in the back kitchen.

Menu had a variety of offerings. Food was decent - but not great. Music was fun, but incredibly loud and made it impossible to talk during dinner.
