Shady nearing on fraudulent. I booked a dive charter and rented equipment for a dive in Port Sanilac, Michigan to see two underwater shipwrecks on 7am Sunday. At 6:06pm on Saturday, Rich leaves me a voicemail that informs me that the dive has been cancelled due to weather and he will be providing a refund. If I would like, I can do an alternate dive and he will email me in the information. I called back at 6:37 pm and there is no answer. I never receive an email. When I go to return the equipment, there is no refund. Just store credit for $250 worth of equipment. I explain that Im moving away from the area. Additionally they will mail me a check for my charter -- no refund to my credit card. At this point I have $500 of charges on my credit card and am still unable to get in touch with Rich. I returned untouched dive equipment -full tanks and everything for a dive that was cancelled due to 72 degree, 0 inches of precipitation and 6mph winds. This is fraudulent, misleading and unacceptable

I had the recent pleasure of meeting Rich, and I was extremely suprised at how knowledgable and informative he is. As for the store, this is a well socked store with plenty of rental gear available! Also, they have an awesome program for trying new gear (one dive guarantee). Talk to the store for more details.

I took my advanced diving certification class and my boyfriend his dry suit certification class with Bill. Had an amazing, one on one experience throughout the course. Extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. Will definitely be coming back for more certification classes and diving experiences!
