Ive been loyal guest for few years....steadily advancing the tiers for players club...i had become curious about the weekly freeplay amount i recieve since it has remained 25 dollars for over 2years...if i am now ELITE tier...why was i still getting the same 25 each week...i inquired in high limit host office....spoke with woman named tammy...after many prying questions...i was finally given the true reason why freeplay never was increased....every time i accepted a so-called comp...my accumulated points were deducted from freeplay increasable points..in other words...a comp is not a comp at sll....if guests all knew this then many would elect to not ask for a COMP...because if you dont then freeplay would increase....thus...giving guest better chance to profit monetarily...which is most peoples main objective at a casino....i cant make money by staying in so called comp hotel room..or by eating buffet..pumping gas...etc...if freeplay goes up...i can at least have hope to gain financially...so....maybe by not accepting comps that are not really complimentary....the next few months might actually reward my play with freeplay increase...more to be revealed...just glad to make everyone aware of the no comp is free game that is in place...good luck and stay...play...dine...the way you choose....myself...no comp exists anymore

Temporarily parked across from the motorcycle parking, next to the wall, out of the way, had to do a quick change of a battery on my friends Harley, when a female security woman rudely yelled out: "you have to move your truck, there is no parking in that area" I explained that I had my tools and battery in the truck to change it on the motorcycle, about a 10 min. job, when she said " no sorry you will have to park on the next floor up and take the elevator back down. I think it was unreasonable for her to demand I move immediately rather than give us the 10 min. we needed to fix the bike. If parking in no parking zones is such a priority, even in an emergency situation, then why do I see cars parked in those zones all the time. I think this officer should be put on parking lot duty since she seems to have such an interest in enforcing parking rules. Really bad for slot playing, no pay, you can play all your money without getting a bonus or a win , red hawk or thunder valley are way better ,at least they let you enjoy the slots

Went to the lobster buffet with a large group yesterday. We left Sacramento and made the 80 minute drive as we do about twice a year. We went to stand in line at 3:15 PM only to learn they changed their wait policy. They now issue a card with a time to dine. Ours said 7:30 PM! Over 4 hours! Are you kidding? So we waited, and because we had a child in the group, most of the adults went to the kids arcade to doddle away the time. That place is a bigger rip-off than their ridiculously tight slots. If management thinks this waiting tactic will result in more income they have another thing coming. That business relies on return customers. I can tell you that there are 6 adults in my group that will NEVER go there again. That casino is not even on the bottom of the list. They dont make the list. The casino and the restaurant are poorly managed. The food was less than adequate. The line to sign up for a new card was long. The machines were very tight. This place is pathetic. Never again.

Went to the Fishermans Wharf Buffet. One of the few buffets that actually allows you a true buffet on lobsters. Definitely explains the high price. The buffet contains the staples of pretty much every other casino buffet. Like most, the majority of the food was just okay. It was just very bland. The asparagus, of all things, was perfectly seasoned, thick, and perfectly cooked. I found myself going back for more several times. The lobster, although perfectly cooked, just smelled off. It smelled very fishy, which is a great indicator that it was not fresh. Although it seemed like every one else in the restaurant was eating these things up like hot cakes, I could not get past the overly fishy smell. The king crab, however, was amazing. No fishy smell, perfectly cooked, and the taste was ... Wow. I would return to the buffet again, but avoid the lobster, unless you enjoy that overpowering not so fresh smell at your table. The king crab is where its at. Ill go back for that!

Visiting from Astoria oregon "Hey you guuuuyyysss!!!!" I went to the all you can eat lobster and crabs buffet TODAY Got there at 2pm, there were 20 people already in line. 2:30pm a Lady handed out blue tickets which stayed how many in my party (2) and time to eat (3pm) Got into another line and waited for the buffet to open at 3pm THE LOBSTER WAS TOUGH. Kinda like trying to eat rubber I ate 3 lobsters, 12 raw oysters 5lbs of King crab and bread pudding I probably ate close to $100 worth of food. I didnt eat anything else my plate was a mountain of King crab which was very well cooked. Soft and succulent. The best service I have ever had by a server anywhere. Thank you Kaylie ! Then I went to try out the new willy wonka slot "pure imagination " the bets are from 50 cents to $5 a spin so I bet $2 and won $88 on a oompa loompa feature. Then I left around 6pm and drove back to atwater.

I visited Jackson Rancheria for my husbands birthday. We play mostly slots and keno and were excited to Visit a new casino in our area. When we got there we went to the rewards center and he got a bonus for his birthday ($25) and I had $18 in Freeplay as well. Nice surprise, now we were really excited!! We began walking the floor looking for a couple machines next to each other and quickly realized that was going to be impossible. There were so many people there that we had trouble finding any machine to play. They did hhave a great selection of keno I had never really seen so that was fun. We had to play on 2 totally different machines so that was lame. On top of the that my phone had no service and for some reason kept getting booted off the wifi. We pretty much spent the night walking around looking for each other. We left early and wont be making that drive anytime soon.

We came up from Elk Grove just for the Buffet on a Friday. Our party of 9 got there around 3 and it was already packed we had a 2 hour wait. We got our ticket and spent our time lounging about the casino enjoying the complementary (non alcoholic) drinks and spent a little time in the arcade since we dont gamble. At 5 we went right into buffet and the wait was worth it they had whole lobsters you could take 3 at a time! Fresh king crab legs and bodies, Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab, so good and plenty full! If you get there early they put it out super fast. The staff is also incredibly attentive and helpfull... ifyour not a seafood lover Im not sure why you would come here but they have really awsome prime rib, Tri tip, fried chicken and a variety of food from different cultures. Plus a huge desert section! I highly recommend this place and will be returning.
