We love this theater. We drive past 2 AMCs to go to this one, including the one 7 minutes from our house. I hesitate to post this review because this theater is my little hidden gem. Our group goes at least 2-3 times a month. We are 3 families totaling about 12-15 people. Our favorite features: 1. Early Matinees. They have 8-9am movies which means we can see 2 movies at matinee pricing which at this location is just over $5. Basically 2 movies for the price of 1 2. Reserved seating. We dont have to rush or jockey for a good position in line. I buy our tickets online during the week and catch our movie on Sunday, hassle free. 3 reclining seats 4. Spacious rows. My knees are safe and I never take a butt to the back of my head. 5. Clean. The theater, lobby, bathroom and the soda and condiment area. I really hate dealing with a wet sticky mess by the soda fountain. I never worry about that here 6. Staff is super friendly and helpful 7 popcorn and concession food is always fresh. My one wish? IMAX. If there was an IMAX, Id never go to another theater ever again. But some movies you just gotta kinda watch on an IMAX. That said, this theater is my choice 90% of the time

I was here about 3 years ago and did not like this theater at all. The theater in general was outdated - seats were uncomfortable and squeaky, the sound and video were not optimized. It was simply - old. This was one of the very few places in my area that showed Finding Dory without all the 3D or IMAX options. Boy, was I amazed. The seats reclined nearly all the way. Theres more leg room than needed, even if you were 7 ft tall. The sound system was upgraded, and the video was phenomenal. The entire theater appears to have received an overall update. There were multiple front desks to check me in and to show me where the theater is. The only thing I didnt like was that the seats seemed a bit oily from the popcorn, but this is pretty typical for all theaters. One simply cannot expect the staff to clean these luscious seats after every showing.

To be fair, I am used to Alamo Drafthouse, which serves delicious food and drinks to you while you watch your movie. This was definitely not as good. I did like that they had the drink machines that offered 100s of choices (you can pick your own flavor once you pick the type of drink you want, ie Sprite with cherry flavoring, etc). Although they didnt actually have the drink I wanted - blue Powerade. I also really liked their seats. They were super comfortable and you could recline them and they had a foot rest that popped out. I also didnt love that they had a "regular " person line and a "premier " person line at the concession stand. Overall, this place was pretty alright.

Better after the remodel. Still small compared to mall theaters. Customer service varies. Not a bad job for disabled that require repetition. Was employed here for several years as a pay check job. Didnt care for it. Not too many promotional opportunities. Tried reapplying 10 years down the road. Returning employees are not allowed to reapply. The new comfy chairs suite a plused sided individual well. A normal/skinny individual does not fit the chairs well. I stopped coming here after reviving stiff necks after a few movies. Why do they have assigned seating when no one adheres to it. Parking is a shared parking lot. Fills up fast on some days.

Was completely renovated recently and its easily the best theater in the area, and still has the low Factoria prices. They have multiple touchscreen ticket sales machines that keep the lines from being long, you can also select and reserve your seats. The best part of this theater though is the new chairs. They are brand new, red leather, electric recliners. They are very roomy and comfortable. and each chair has its own set of arm rests, so no need to share with the person next to you. You can also lift the arm rests up to make a large couch, perfect for couples wanting to cuddle in the movies!

This theater used to be a pretty average theater, but its great now that its been fully remodeled and has really good amenities. They put in super-comfy sofa-recliners that seat two, where you basically have your own reclining section and a lift-able armrest in between. Their staff is friendly and helpful. Concessions are the standard fare, with a few extras. Selecting your seats on their website or at their new large touch-screen kiosks is super-easy. I never have trouble finding parking. Its also less expensive than the other theaters. Its conveniently near Factoria Mall, too.

Great place to catch a movie, all of the theaters have plush recliner seats. Because its not in a busy area, its not always packed like a lot of the popular theaters. I do love the fact that you can reserve a seat, or regular theaters should be set up the way this one he is. Literally the only issue I had, was that each of the three theaters I had been in, each had a stitch to them. It kind of smell like stinky feet. Maybe it was just the times I went, but if not was resolved, then it would be a 5 star theater for me.

Came here to watch Rogue One, was not disappointed. $11 for electrically reclining seats is all you really need to know; everything has been renovated in the past couple of years, so the seats are incredible, the lighting is nicer, and the carpets and bathrooms are cleaner. Only downside is the ludicrously expensive food ($13.69 for a pizza combo meal or some other insane pricing) but thats a part of life for theatergoers. Just eat at home or at any restaurant in Factoria before you come, and youll be fine.

MUST READ! Disregard all older posts to this place! They have remodeled and O.M.G! IS IT AMAZING! They have super expensive electric, spacious, leather seats that fully recline with leg room for a yeti! Matinee showings are $5.50 for adults. No standing in line for refill of soda or icee, the machines are self serve and the fancy pick your flavor coke machines. I cant say enough how amazing of a theater this is. Again, they remodeled about a month ago and it is 5 stars, nothing less! Still smells new!

best movie theater around, period. spectacular power reclining leather seats with so much space between rows that moviegoers do not interrupt others when walking past reclined seats. The ability to pre purchase and pick individual seats is perfect ,just be aware that if you do not use that option online you will probably not get very good seats by just showing up and buying at time of movie onsite. plenty of parking and they have the personal coke mixing fountain drink machines.

Wonderful, friendly staff, cozy decor not glitzy, non-nazi like staff cruising the theater during the film...everytime we have been here I felt appreciated and welcomed. Get here for the 10am showing on Sat and Sun and youll only pay $5 ach. First run movies, 5 star staff, lower than average prices all around...my first choice for simple cinema pleasure!
