I wont go to another theater in town. I used to live right across the street, but Ive moved pretty far away and I still make the trek out there at least twice a month. Its clean, well maintained, staff is awesome, Tuesday and Sunday deals are the best! No better place to see new releases. Theaters arent overcrowded and other moviegoers are well behaved. I have anxiety disorder so this is really saying a lot. A public place with lots of people that I actually can handle without panic attacks. Thanks so much to the employees and management of this theater for maintaining a positive atmosphere.

A typical regal cinema. I had to wait a long time for snacks, but it was because the clerk was trying to help the gentleman at the front of the line with his request to put his popcorn in a bag (think plastic grocery bag, not typical popcorn bag). When she poured the popcorn from the bucket into the bag she didnt realize that the plastic bag had a hole on the bottom. And Im talking about a big hole, the bag was actually just a plastic cylinder at that point. She poured the popcorn in and it just went right through and piled up on the counter. Boy did I pick the wrong snack line.

I tried purchasing three tickets, and when I get the door. I come to find the woman at the counter only let me purchase one of them. So I had to go back into the massive line forming at the counters to go back and try to struggle to go purchase tickets for my friend. It turned a friendly outing to the movies, to a stress filled night that almost came apart, and the ticket validator gave me a dirty look when I show him the ripped ticket, even though hed seen me about a minute and a half ago, after I told him Id be back with two more tickets. Comfy seats though.

Staff person at front was new w no one helping and letting public dictate speed of process. Asked 2x to donate to a charity we know uses 80% donations for corporate salaries putting us in a position of having to say no in front of everyone. Feels like kids working there forced to be cheery w/o meaning it. Twenty-5 minutes of commercials and previews. Clean and closest theatre to our home but well hit a small one w cool peeps from now on. Ix-nay to this overly corporate facility.

We enjoy Regal Division Cinema. Its always clean and the employees are willing to help me out with my Regal rewards on my phone. The seats here are clean and comfortable. They have economy day on Tuesdays which fits right into our budget. I saw the sign outside today saying they were also having it on Sundays. The employees seem happy to be working there. The womens bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Popcorn and soda was just movie style perfect.

Im a caregiver; weve been coming to Regal Division Street location, for 9 years. Today there is completely all new staff here. No hello. No smile. No eye contact. Staff including manager, were very dry in speaking with us. Staff at snack bar, insisted we wait for food. That even with the wheelchair; they expected us to carry our own food. We use to get here early to eat. Never again. We will be spending our money elsewhere from now on. Its a sad day for this location.

I have been when its busy, and when its slow. They always seem to have an appropriate number of staff for the crowd. My last visit was busy, and they had all of the concession registers open. They were quick and efficient. The popcorn was fresh. Seats are comfortable, and the floors were surprisingly clean given how little time they have to clean up between screenings, and the lateness of the day (therefore how many times that theater had been used since opening).

Please note, not all movies are discounted on Tuesday. They promote that Tuesday is a discounted night for there movies. And when we got there they put up a sign saying not all movies are discounted. There were up to five movies that were not discounted. Many people were very disapointed to find that out when they got there. Hopefully this helps those who are planning to see a movie they think or in this case mislead on weather or not a movie is discounted.

Good Theater, decent prices. The seats are pretty comfy, and overall most people are pretty well behaved. However sometimes when teens come in, it makes the experience bad because they talk throughout the whole film and annoy others around them. Its not the cinemas fault though, and overall I love coming here for a nice movie during the week or on a Saturday!

it kinda sucks that you have to buy your tickets outside in the cold or rain unless thier are really slow the ticket price are really high to see a movie also there seat are not comfortable (the dont lean back) over all if i dont feel like driving far or im not paying for the movie this is the only reason I would go watch a movie there

My first time at this theater. Everything was fine, EXCEPT during a more serious, quiet time of my movie Saving Mr. Banks, I could hear loud sounds coming from the theater next to us. It was annoying. I have never been in a theater where I could hear the sounds from the next one over. Not enough sound-proofing I guess.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable theaters and facilities. Good sound too. The Ushers that were cleaning out the theater as I was getting out of the movie were funny and hardworking. Nice to see a company employ young adults/teens. All in all, a successful movie-going experience for all involved.

Friendly staff and very nice seats on the last two rows of the left side theaters. Right side theaters much smaller and worse seats. But most popular movies are put in the larger ones so its not much of a problem. Parked out front where cameras can see you, frequent break-ins on back side parking lot.

Great location and staff. They are the They care about their customers with disabilities, Working for a client who wanted to see a movie requires supervision went to a few other locations that do not allow that. Best Divison does I really appreciate how you guys made my client feel welcomed.

This place has a selection of beer and wine. The food is standard fair and quality for a cinema. What earns them the extra star is how friendly and helpful their staff is. Its nice to get help when you need it, and never feel like youre inconveniencing staff to get what you need.

I love that they offer any (non- 3-D) movie all day long for $5. per ticket on both Tuesdays and Sundays. (Of course, if you have the stamina and the spare time, you can see as many movies as you want for $5. each on those days!) Also, Tuesday is half-price popcorn all day long!

Ghetto theater at full price. People smoking everywhere before you walk in. All signage for each auditorium say "Digital Presentation". WHAT MOVIE IS WHERE! Auditorium are not cleaned between showing. Popcorn and napkins covering isles. Broken bathroom stall doors. GHETTO!

I like this theater, its busy yet not too busy, people are nice, and the theaters are big, with comfy seats. Once, the person filling our soda told a joke "What movie are you seeing" We said "Unknown" She said "So you dont know what youre seeing".... It was silly. Whatever.
