Im severely dissatisfied that I am forced to give at least one star. My experience was the worst Ive ever had at a movie theater. When we pulled in there was Im assuming a homeless man yelling at everyone walking into the theater and to my suprise he was there 3hrs later when we left. Still yelling at everyone. Is this normal? It was extremely uncomfortable to walk to and from the building being yelled and hounded. AND that was just the beginning. We got a large popcorn and soda. I hope no one buying popcorn actually wants any because youll receive the bottom of the bag. We maybe had a handful of actually popped popcorn. When we came out of the theater after the movie ended the bathroom was in complete dissaray. It was the grossest bathroom I have ever seen. I couldnt even use it. I think I would have gotten less diseases being raped by your duranged homeless patron then actually using your facilities. The total kicker is when I went to talk to someone about my complete disatifaction and dissapointment there was not a single employee to be found ANYWHERE. So here I am on the Internet because there was no one to notify about this disgusting operation. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra .07 miles to another theater and avoid this!

Kat Rant #89234: What the EFF is up with pushy sales people? Not even sales people I must say...So we were at the AMC movie theater and the counter girl (yes, she was a girl) asked if I wanted a Stub membership. I say No. She says, not "Oh, OK." but "Well, you should." "Um, no," I reply, Ive been to 2 movies in 5 years". She then turns to my 13 year old niece and asked, "Well, do YOU go to the movies?" The next encounter is the damned ticket taker who, for some reason is wearing food handlers gloves - um, you werent planning on preparing food after taking my ticket were you? - and SHE asks if we have the damned STUB card. "No, we dont" her reply, "Well, why not?" I told her I was Canadian and had no movie theater in my area and she replies. "BUT WE HAVE AMCs in Canada" - I about popped her in the mouth, The chick at the popcorn counter asked, too...but I guess the way I said No finally registered with someone.

Went to see Guardians this weekend. Paid for the nice Dolby theatre. There is a bright red glow which seems to eminate from the bottom left and right corners of the screen area. Really distracting in dark screens. At times you could see it covering almost the entire bottom 1/3rd of the screen. Was kind of ironic when they were advertising the benefits of the Dolby experience and talking about how movie screens used to not be black because of the projectors. But when they showed how black their screens are now - the bright red glow was hilarious. Not sure if this is just a temporary defect in their setup or a permanent bad design. Other then the screen the sound was great. Seats were super comfy. Would go back if they resolve the screen issue.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Lets start with purchasing tickets. The guy was distracted and gave us tickets for the wrong show, but who cares, there was no one checking the tickets. We saw a 3D movie and there was no one to give the glasses there were 5 people waiting. The worst was getting popcorn, there was no one there and the people in front of us said was there for 15 minutes then the guy kind of yelled at us and didnt even greeted us. We went to a 9:30 show and maybe the employees were tired or whatever but us the customer dont deserve to be treated badly. PLEASE TRY TO GO TO A DIFFERENT THEATER just dont come to this one.

Im 6ft tall I have to say the reclining seats are awful. The biggest issue was my feat hit the wall in front. Second the seats are not really fully reclining like compared to iPic or Crossroad theatre. Last while the sound is great and full, I dont understand why the movie & even previews have to be so painfully loud. Im in my 30s and I just could not believe how intense it was... and this was watching Wonder Woman which not something I would consider as a "loud" movie. Lastly, the red light that show on the bottom 1/3 of the screen is super annoying. Add this all up and I can tell you I wont be coming here again.

I used the Dolby theater. This theater is renovated (it actually wasnt even finished when I wrote this) and is amazing. The reclining seats dont lay all the way flat, but are so comfortable. The arm rests move up, between every other seat. So you can make it into a couch. I love the assigned seating. I highly recommend this place. The only changes I would make would be to have a restaurant and bar service attached, and/or to only have the venue or specific theater rooms be 21+. I hate having to watch movies with children screaming in the theater or having to kick teenagers out of my assigned seat. -.-

Ive been here about 3 times now and at least twice we were put in a "closet" theater that basically almost everyone gets to feel like theyre sitting in the front row of a normal theater. Whats worse is that twice Ive been in theater rooms that have very visible problems with their screens ( like rips or something ) which distracts you during the entire movie. Dont waste your money and go to a REAL theater, I mean at least get what you pay for. Ive been to several cheap theaters that are way better than the one in Woodinville.

AWFUL My fiancé and I went to see the Alien Covenant movie in Dolby stereo. It was so loud we had to stuff tissue in our ears and gave me the worst headache. We both asked one of the employees to please turn it down. The first one said ok then after 20 minutes I went back out to ask again and the guy told me because of the contract they have with Dolby they cannot change the volume...we will never see a movie in Dolby stereo again, and we were not the only ones who complained.
