When you come from Southern California it takes a while to understand a mall like The Landing, but once I started to work there I grew to love it. It has wonderful surroundings, plants, flowers, good parking lovely stores and restaurants, fun things to do for the whole family like Painting Ceramic pieces, its right across from Boeing, there is a bus system going through and it connects with several freeways, but while youre there you couldnt miss the Movies. I find The best movie theaters around anywhere I go because I LOVE MOVIES!!!! Lately Ive been taking myself to the movies as a routine every Saturday Matinee. This last Saturday I saw a movie for free because Regal sent me a coupon for a free movie in a 4 day period. I loved going and theres nothing to me like watching a movie. Normally I end up at this theater because sometimes its carrying a particular movie I want to see that isnt playing elsewhere, or the showing times here are preferred to the other theaters. It has come to be one of my go-to locations. It compares well to the other theaters in the area, such as Southcenter, Kent Station, Bellevue. The seats are pretty comfortable for 2 1/2 hours at a time. The lobby, movie rooms & bathrooms are clean for the most part when compared to other theaters. They also have a good location since other businesses are of walking distance. The staff has been friendly when it comes to changing tickets or asking if the movie has started or how full the seating of a particular movie is. Overall, I give it 4 stars. I dont think I could ever give a movie theater 5 stars just because of the outrageous prices.

They left the 3d lens in the projector for a non-3d movie. This will seem alright, but because of how 3d lens work, they filter out about half of the light, 3d movies take this into account and double the brightness, but non-3d movies do not. The only reason to see a movie at a theater is the big screen and experience that brings. But when im sitting in the movie, seriously thinking that I would have a better ability to see the movie and its details if I was watching it at home, something has gone terribly wrong.

We really like this theater. If given a choice, this is our favorite place to watch movies in the area. The theater is always clean. The lines both at the box office and the concessions move pretty quickly. Though the staff is trying to process the lines quickly, weve never had anyone come off as unhappy or gruff. Theyve happily answered every question weve had, regardless of how relevant theyve seemed. The seats in this theater are comfortable adjustable and they have a good amount of room.

Great place I forgot my wallet in the theater so when I went back an usher whose name I didnt get but he was a kid with a beard walked me back into the theater where he got down on his hands and knees and searched for about 5 minutes until he found it. This experience really made me want to come back because of the above and beyond service of this one employee. He really saved my neck! The movie was also good.

My girlfriend and I still make our way out to the Regal Theaters at the Renton Landing because of how great this place is. We currently live in downtown Seattle and even though there are closer theaters, we choose this one because of how clean the place is, the good food thats near by, and we never have to wait in line. I highly recommend this location for all of your movie viewing needs!

A great little, out of the way, movie theater. While part of an outdoor mall, it doesnt have the foot traffic of a regular mall, so even on a Friday night the theater was not overrun with children. Just like all Regal cinemas, the picture and sounds are top notch. The RPX didnt make a real difference, but it didnt distract from the film either.

I always come to this theatre and since a lady got shot tonight and a whole bunch of good movies are coming out tomorrow (Friday) this is upsetting! I feel horrible for the woman that this theatre doesnt have security procedures at all times ! Yall really need to work on that I wont be coming here until you care for your customers safety!

Ive had some good times here. Its rather new and has a good level of quality. The seats are incredibly comfortable -- theyre well-padded and recline a decent distance. The screens are large enough, and the sound satisfactory. Like the rest of the Landing, its clean and modern. And its a bit closer than the awful AMC at Southcenter.

The RPX theater was a great venue for seeing Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Really comfortable seats (well padded and they recline), great sound system, and large screen. It isnt 3D (although this theater does have other screens that do offer 3D), but I have been advised by relatives that 2D is best for this film anyway.

Ive been to two movies here. Neither has been without issues. The first one had the computer crash so we were without video for 15 minutes. The second one the movie started 20 minutes late. So either I have the worst luck or this place has some quality control issues.

I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong night to see the newest Harry Potter. They were wonderful about giving me vouchers for another movie. When I needed to change the time of the movie I was seeing, they took care of that as well. The service is always superb.

I always do the RPX. Not sure if people are cheap or what, but it s a nice experience and the theater is never crowded. As you would expect, Food is expensive and rich coach quality, but the popcorn is usually fresh, but there are a to of places around there to eat.

Very nice theatre. Well kept and clean. The seats are comfortable. They have 3D, IMAX, RPX and standard. However Ive noticed that the sound quality has decreased and my opinion is that they do it on purpose to upsell the RPX.... Ive been coming here since they opened.

Its a great location for a theater, but parking can get a little crazy, especially when so many people want to back into their space while parking on the ramps. The theater itself ges crowded a lot, and I find myself waiting in line fairly often. Many rude guests too.

Good movie theater. Im not terribly comfortable going by my self with the parking garage. With the price gouging Ive just started purchasing movies online for the same price. With a 4k tv and decent surround sound its like stepping into your personal theater.

hella comfy chairs. pretty ok service. biggest complaint was all the other people in the theater left all their trash for the poor kids working there to pick up. clean up after yourselves people, you make a decent theater look like trash

I have always had great experiences here. Rarely do I encounter long lines here, and when I do they move swiftly. The seats, screens, sound, and food, are on par with what I have come to expect from modern theaters nothing special.

They almost always have movies with closed captioning (unlike other theaters) so its nice to be able to see films with my deaf son. He *really* appreciates it. Its also clean and the lines are fast.
