Quite possibly the worst experience Ive ever had at a movie theatre. When we got to our seats we were in them for a very short time when I realized I had sat in a wet seat. I got up to move somewhere else and realized it STRONGLY smelled like urine. I went to the bathroom, where three of the four soap dispensers were empty, to clean myself up as best as I could with hand sanitizer and put napkins between my skin and jeans to create some sort of barrier. The next available set of seats was covered in trash, of course. As disgusted as I was, I stuck it out because we dont get to many opportunities to go out as a family and I didnt want to ruin it for my daughter. We went to find the manager and let her know, she said she would get someone to take care of it and started to walk off. My boyfriend asked, "Are you really not going to do anything about this?" She said, "ok, I will refund your money when you bring the ticket stubs back out." She didnt tell us we needed to bring them out right away. Nobody ever came in to find out what seat had urine on it or even ask which one it was. After dealing with a couple of rude, disrespectful, not very smart girls at the concessions counter, we finally found the manager again after the movie. She said she could give us tickets to come back to Regal!! That was absolutely the last thing I wanted. We told her that she had agreed to give our money back, but since we sat through it she wouldnt. I get the reasoning behind it but she should have told us to bring them out then. She just kept repeating that she couldnt refund it. Why would I come back to a place that is completely comfortable leaving a health hazard there for the next customer to deal with?? And not understanding that having urine on the seats in your establishment is a NEGATIVE THING!! The cashiers were rude. Ignoring customers because they were either texting or talking and giggling behind the counter with each other. The place was FILTHY!! The manager, Amanda M, was not understanding of the situation at all, had awful customer service skills, and obviously has no idea how to manage anything. Her employees are obviously not doing their job, they are texting and talking amongst each other rather than doing what they are supposed to. Aside from not being able to get our money refunded, the worst part is that NOBODY EVER CAME TO FIND OUT WHICH SEAT WAS COVERED IN PEE!! What is wrong with these people??

Went to see Fate of the Furious on Sunday. Movie was probably great, but I couldnt really tell over the screaming toddler in front of me. For two and a half hours. Its already unbelievable that a toddler would be watching this movie, but her parents let her run up and down the aisle, kick around her booster seat, and watch youtube videos of dogs on a smartphone the entire time. About 1.5 hrs in, after everyone in my row had politely asked the mother to calm her kid down or take her into the hall, I finally gave in and stepped out to talk to an employee about the situation. I asked one of the ladies who checks tickets, I told her everything that was happening and how people across the theater would shout for them to be quiet,, and she said she would handle it. I gave her exactly where the small family was sitting (they had the whole row to themselves) and went back in myself. Although the occasional employee would walk down the side aisle to sign some log by the EXIT sign, nobody did A SINGLE THING to help. They ignored a kid in one of the front rows with a glaring bright cell phone, running around and talking away. I am horribly disappointed in their customer service, and lack follow-through. We all know it could easily cost $50 for two to go to a movie with some snacks, and it was all a waste. The drive to the Alderwood theater is worth it.

Went to see In the heart of the sea with a friend at the last showing around 10 PM. They told us it was 3D only showing. We went for it...Later realized they did not give us 3D glasses...We went back downstairs and complained that it all looked blurry without the right equipment (3D glasses) surprise surprise the night time staff had some in their drawer. We took them and me and my friend started laughing that it was worse than before! The 3D glasses did not work at all...The joke was on us! I just complained to their management today about wasting 30 bucks to see nothing. They said nothing they can do about it because it was more than one week ago...There was no one at the front booth that night to complain to! However the guy at the booth that gave us the glasses was there and he looked like a night time supervisor. He just made funny faces and did not speak a word! He kept shrugging his shoulders over the whole matter! He told us to go see another show...Problem is all shows were more than half way through at that point. We saw the last half of the Martian! This theatre does not care about fixing what is wrong. We should have been refunded! I Will not be back here any time soon!

What is this? A cinema for ants? I watched Captain America: Civil War one day after it opened. The theatre they stuck me in was the size of a lecture room, and the screen was literally (not figuratively) the same apparent size as my 4.5" phone held at arms length (sitting in middle row, not the back). Now there is always some luck of the draw when being assigned theatres, but this is a summer tentpole blockbuster on opening weekend, not an arthouse film or obscure indie flick, so I felt the choice of venue was poorly planned by the cinema. I felt cheated paying full ticket price for a half rate experience. Perhaps a size chart or occupancy rating for each showing would help consumers pick an experience they would be happy with.

Theater is nice and clean, workers are nice, food is pricey as most theaters are. But 9/10 movies I saw there were obnoxiously disrupted by children under 6 years, even on a weekday at 9pm I cant watch a movie without small loud babies and toddlers who whine, cry and cant sit more than 3 minutes, some decide to run around the theater, its the closest theater to where I live but I cant stand the trashy parents who dont care how much money youve spent and are too selfish to wait till their kids are older. They need to start doing showings only for parents and small children. My mother had 3 children and is also very irritated with this as well. I cringe at going there again to have this constant bad experience.

Cant get there showtimes correct. I arrived for the 11:40 showing of Star Wars today along with several other people in front of me all to be told there was no showing until 12:30, a time that is not even listed for RPX3D. The couple infront of me stated that they read the times out of the paper, and I was looking at it on my phone while in line. I only write this review because I took time off work to see this movie today, and i am irratated that the mamagement can not keep to there own schedule. I decided Ill just buy the movie online and stream it in a few months for the same cost as a ticket. Have fun going out of buisness.
