My first and last time there..... Would have rated it higher, if it were not for feeling like I was back in high school being bullied by 2 miserable mothers, who went whining to an obvious biased, manager, This mother was rude to my 3 yr old grandson and myself for a very trivial reason, made totally inappropriate statements and when I told her she was not staff there, and had no right to talk to me in that manner, she proceeded her tell her friend, who then went and said something to manager. After that, the manager and staff(remind u it was my first time there with a 3 yr old,) were on my case and condescending to me from that point on regarding all the rules. Yes I believe rules should be followed, but sometimes your watching your child not focused on reading signs. Prior to the incident, my grandson and myself were not "scolded" for any of the same things. The frosting on cake, was when we were leaving, my grandson re- opened the gate to take rig pop I bought him,... the manager personally walked over and shut the gate. I would have expected not only adult mothers, but the manager, in this type of atmosphere, to be kind and respectful. Maybe the mothers were regulars or friends of managers, due to at no point did the manager take a moment to speak to me, (also a paying customer), about the situation or my feelings, especially when there is always 2 sides of a story. The sad part was a women observing the pathetic scenario, who didnt even know me, (just that it was my first time there,) apologized, and felt bad for me. I take my grandson to Chuck E Cheese often, and never experienced anything close. I have never written a bad review on any one or anything, but felt compelled to do so... still baffled, that it even happened!

Called several days ahead and explained that it was my daughters birthday. It was only going to be myself, my fiance, my daughter, her two friends and their parents so we didnt want to have a large party. I asked for her birthday we could bring in a small cake and presents. I was told this would be fine for her birthday. I did explain we did not want to have a birthday package. I called in on our way there to make sure everything was all set and this was okay and the woman I spoke to let me know that not only could we not bring a cake but we couldnt bring presents or any birthday paraphernalia. Thank God our friends let us go to their house to open cake and presents for our childs birthday would have been destroyed due to poor communication. At that point I think they should have let us bring the presents in. The place is very small with 2 small bounce houses and very small tube and slide sort of jungle gym. There are two coin-operated games, an air hockey table and some small childrens toys. I guess for 12 bucks its a good buy but theres not a lot of room and you should call ahead to see if there are birthdays or other events because if there are more than 20 people inside this place you can barely move.

My son had a fantastic time!! The place was clean and I mean very clean, when the staff was not assisting with customers they were cleaning. There are numerous activities for children with plenty of space to run and separate areas for the 3 and under crowd. They have a bird, rabbit and guinea pig that the kids really enjoyed interacting with. There is plenty of room for snack time but be advised that you are not allowed to bring in your own food or drink but they have a large variety at a reasonable price. They do have a TV for parents to watch which was displaying the news while I was there but no wifi, now I do understand that you should not be buried in your lap top while there but cell phone service was poor on both my phone and my friend’s, different carriers and phones by the way, and it would have been nice to jump on wifi. Great place to bring the kids on a rainy or cold day.

I am actually here right now posting this as a little boy who I can only imagine is the owners son/grandson is following my daughter around coughing on everything with a constant stream of mucus dripping from his nose. Apparently the "no sick child policy" does not apply to family. I say family because the older people half-minding him are vacuuming and going behind the counter. The employee is somewhere though last we saw her she was having a phone conversation about someone else who works here. The whole experience is bizarre to say the least. We were barely acknowledged as we left just as we were when we arrived. I really feel terrible writing this but it was the most absurd experience I have ever had with my daughter.

All in all pretty awsome place the empolyees and owners are super kind and love what they do. They are all female employees and are all related so a great family environment. However it really is kidz world not much parents can do with thier kids there. They do offer meals. But it is more like mac and cheese cups not real mac and cheese and a cup of mac and cheese is 2.50 the dollar store sells the exact same thing for a 1 dollar. However you are paying for the ease of not having to drive to get food. Also no shoes are allowed in beyond the gate and socks are a must. However they only allow two adults per family all others have to pay an entry fee to get in and sit down.

First time visiting yesterday. My 18 month old had a great time. Very clean playing area and friendly staff. The only critique I have and the reason I cannot give five stars is the enforcement of not allowing outside food. I understand as a business they want to sell their own goods, but they can always work around that by charging a small fee in addition to the admission price to bring in outside food.

My daughter loves it here so much we even had her birthday party here. Plenty of things to play on for toddlers. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Great way to spend a few hours indoors any day ofor the week.

Fun indoor playground. Our 11 month old loved it. Lots of things to explore, climb and throw. I was impressed by hours diligent the staff were about picking up & wiping toys off to keep things neat and clean.

Very clean, many different toys and activities for children, staff is wonderful and helpful,and best $11 you can spend for your childs enjoyment for a few hours. A definite must visit!

The staff are very friendly. They have events for kids all the time. They have Halloween parties, Christmas parties, Doc McStuffins, and lots more. My 2 year old loves it here!

I wouldnt recommend this place to know one that wants to do a birthday party. Only if you want to bring your kids to play maybe..if the owner is not in a bad mood.

The kids loved it. There are bouncy houses that you can go in with the kids, plenty for them to play with and get a bunch of energy out.
