I first went to this park with my family the summer of 2016 and we had great time.we went back to OC the first week of July 2017 my kids wanted do go back to the park so we decided to go to the boardwalk location everything was going great until my son got on a ride and the operator didnt strap him in and started the ride me and my mother started yelling at her to stop the ride to no avail I literally had to run to her face and tell her to stop the ride, now here is where the real disappointment started I went to the office to fill out a incident report because if we hadnt noticed he wasnt strapped in he could have been seriously hurt or worse thank god,I went to the office looking for a manger and the women in the office said she was the manager then when I told her what happend she changes her tune and says oh no I have to call the manager, when the manager shows up she said she couldnt do anything because she was the ticket booth manager and there is no ride manager available,I was taken back by her words you mean to tell me there is no one looking over the rides but you have someone watching ticket booths,I asked for paperwork so I can fill out a incident report she hands me a piece of strap paper and told me to write down what happened so I did and returned it to her now keep in mind I didnt write my name or number on this statement so I knew she was full of it,if my son would have fell out the ride I guarantee a manager would have been there with an incident report, then to make thing worse she gave me a number for corporate that was the wrong number, please beware of the operator at this park because management doesnt care about safety so why would the staff

Today I decided to take my two boys and boyfriend to jolly rogers. I took 100 dollars assuming that would be enough. Wrong. When the total came up it was 140.00 after having 8.00 in coupons for wristbands. Shock to say the least. The problem I have is that the lady who cashiered the POS, was from Russia. She told me they hire here in the O.C by the United States Government, they get a visa to work here for the summer, for one taking away jobs from us, for two though, they have no customer service skills. I found out from a local about 10 minutes going into the park that i could instead of paying 35.99 I could have infact purchased a 2 day pass for 41.99. Were is the upsale? So I turned around with my reciept asked her why I wasnt offered the 2 day pass for 5 dollars more, the only thing she said was I now can offer you a Splash Pass for 20.00 each that you can use tomorrow or any other day this season or next. Oh must point out Pos Stands for Point of Sales. Nonetheless the 5 hours we spent was for the most part entertaining however, there was no obvious waterfountains, I had to ask a employee were I might find one. There was picnic tables around that had water jugs but there was nothing that said courtesy or nor was there cups to drink from. I must say if I was able to pay the extra one time 20 dollars to upgrade my day trip to a two day pass I would return, but since the service was so crappy, Im sorry Mr. Rogers I wont be returning to the neighborhood.

Probably one of the WORST experiences I have had since I started taking my daughter here since she was three. We visit this past Saturday and planned to take the kids to the water park. My daughter is 7 and stands well over 48" tall and my boyfriends son is 4 and stands about 42" tall. Before buying anything we wanted to confirm that he was going to be allowed on almost all the slides with his father. The girl at the register ( which spoke very BAD ENGLISH ) measured him and confirmed he was going to be able to ride almost every slide with his dad as long as he was wearing a life vest. We paid over $130 for the four of us only to walk around for about 45 minutes because he wasnt able to ride down one single slide with is dad. I then tried to explain to the manager that we hadnt been there for even an hour and spent a lot of money just to really ride down the slides and none of us were wet besides my daughter and I just simply wanted a refund of some kind for at least my boyfriend and his son because we were told at the time of sale that we were going to be able to ride almost every slide in the water park. I am truly disappointing because I visit Ocean City every year a few times during the summer and my daughter LOVES water parks but I will not be returning just for the fact that a young girl completely lied or just frankly didnt understand what we were saying and sold us tickets only to leave 45 minutes later completely unsatisfied.

My boyfriend and I went here. Spent two hours on go karts and went out he cyclone go kart. Not only do they turn off your engine at the top but they dont help at all. They gave us a card and didnt tell us what to do with it until we asked a crew member after walking around the go karts being told the card is not accepted until we redeem it. They have signs all over about no bumping other cars and nobody listens they treat it like bumper cars and the ride attendants do nothing about it. We also went to splash mountain which was also a joke. My boyfriend and I couldnt go on any ride cause both of us weights too much apparently for the rides and we are average. The body slide they had a blonde girl working who didnt say one word and when it was your turn she just blew a whistle in your face. It made me really angry when a kid about five years old was waiting so patiently and she blew the whistle in his face and he didnt no what to do and she blew it again in his face and he just jumped in the slide and went. Thats unacceptable in my opinion. Its a place for people to have fun and this was just horrible. I will not be going back here ever. I dont recommend anybody wasting their money here.

This amusement park isnt the best, but its the best in OC. My first time here, I drove the bumper cars. Mine didnt have working brakes. The help didnt believe me when I complained about it. At the end of the ride, I couldnt stop the car. An unkempt employee became belligerent with me!!! He yelled at me, telling me I didnt know how to stop a car. He appeared disheveled and possibly drunk. His hair and clothing seemed to be very dirty. Due to that employees unprofessionalism, I wasnt going to return. It took me 2 years. When I returned 2 years later, I had a blast. I loved the water park. I love the amusement park. I have not seen that "unkempt" employee since. Some of the rides are a bit dated, but safe. The staff is nice. The only issue I have is the language barrier. As nice as they are, some of the employees have very poor english. It makes it hard to properly understand pertinent information about park rules/guidelines. Despite the minor inconsistencies, I will be back this year. We go every year. Also, my 8 y/o daughter loves this place.
