I cant get enough of this place. Its clean, orderly, has a wonderful staff, great animals, reasonable prices, a very large selection of supplies, foods, and treats (all of which are very good to feed your pets). The dogs kennels are far larger than whats required by law, kept clean, and theyre taken out very frequently throughout the day to be held, loved, played with, and taken outside for bathroom and free time (this helps a lot for future potty-training). Even the exotics are removed from their tanks/cages often, which helps these potential pets become used to being handled. Their selection of fish and amphibians is huge and simply beautiful. Im so glad they opened and will continue to get everything for my home zoo from them!

Without a doubt the best pet store i have ever been in !!! The animals are very well taken care of super clean super prices even better than the big box stores, not to mention the quality of the stuff is awesome the staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable, Wow the saltwater section is amazing !!! The freshwater section is awesome all tanks are super clean and very well stocked so many rare fish and corals !!! I am a customer for life for all my pet supplies

I Bought 3 poison dart frogs and their whole setup. They are very good with every single person that walks in the door. Tony, Brandon, and Brian helped and explained everything with my fiance and I throughout the whole process. We are very impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness of the store, the animal care thats given to their animals, and we love the fact that when you walk in, it feels like you have known each other forever.

There are something for everyone the price are top notch go and u will see. I will go there because before anyone else just because of the way they treat people. I love this store so much that I am there atleast 3 times a week just to say hi and see the animals... I also have already bought a couple animals from them such as a hypo Honduran milksnake that within two days of me owning ate for me... They take pride in having clean cages and healthy animals... They also make everyone that comes into the store feel like family

Great service, friendly people, no pressure sales team. Bought "Rosie" a Hog Island Boa here who I fell in love with soon as I held her. See "Tony", this guy is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to reptiles. 5 star establishment!!! This place blows away all the "Box Stores", by leaps and bounds. You have to come check this place out!

When you walk in the store you see friendly faces. There are different kinds of pets in the store the ones I like are the puppies and the kittens. If there is something that they dont carry for pet they will try there best to find it for you. It is defiantly a store that you want to visit you wont be disappointed.

The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They make sure to check if you need help or have any questions. There is a very interesting selection here, both common and unique species. Mostly fish and reptiles, though there are a few more cuddly creatures as well.

Unique pet store in the Roanoke Valley. Beautiful dogs and kittens. I am not a snake person but a great selection as well as spiders, bearded Dragons and more. The aquatics section is mesmerizing. Words cant describe how beautiful the saltwater section looks.
