Employees are extremely rude and they really dont know their fish. Tried to tell us that a fish swam into filtration output tube and refused to sell it to us. At least 12-14 dead fish throughout the tanks. Barb, who "helped" us constantly lectured us, complained to her friend about us (while we were 2 feet away - yeah, hushed voice didnt really cover it), and then questioned every one of our choices. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Elmwood pet Supply, on the other hand, had friendly, knowledgeable staff, an excellent selection, and the fish were about 1/2 the price. Do NOT shop there unless you enjoy being treated like a low-life moron and want to spend twice as much for your supplies and fish.

Wonderful store and people. I have a saltwater aquarium, and everything is from this store. Also a pond, and theyve had all the supplies I need and GREAT advice. Knowledgeable staff at all times which is very important with such delicate ecosystem like recreating the ocean in your home! Highly recommend.

Great locally owned pet shop. Well informed staff, and a great selection of fish, and tank needs/accessories. Quinn is friendly, as well as knowledgeable, and helped tremendously in helping me and my family pick out some great starter fish. This will be the only place I go for aquatic pet needs.

Its nice to find a locally owned pet store. The staff is always willing to help and give beneficial advice rather then just trying to push sales, something you wont always find at the chains. Nice to be able to walk into a place and have people that actually remember you from prior visits.

Ive loved this place since I bought my first iguana there, 25 or so years ago. Very knowledgeable, many live and frozen feed options, quality supply stock, always, and the animals couldnt be better cared for. It really shows in the social ones.

It was horrible they didnt have any lights on for the reptiles. If u would get a reptile from there u shouldnt, u would be better off getting a reptile from petco or petsmart

They dont not have knowledge of there fish fresh or salt except owner. Saltwate tanks are not kept up do to lack of knowledge.
