Your gold seating is a joke... When did you guys start doing this gold seating bs? There was just a half filled hole in front of the whole crowd for more expensive tickets, and the few people that had them werent even up at the stage... When did you guys try to become a pavilion instead of an outdoor venue!? It was like a tease, so much empty space, but yet we couldnt get up close and get in to it. Even The Wailers struggled to be in to it having to try to amp people Sitting!? in front of them... and the big crowd that was trying to be part of the show?... 50 feet away!!... It was so disappointing... And that was one small gold seating section... For Rebelution you are doing 4 gold sections, with General admission all the way in the back with the sound equipment and vendors... Ga is $15 but to get a gold seat up front its $99... I planned to go to 3 or more other shows here this summer, but now its like why.. I was soo excited for Rebelution. Now, its like pay out the @$$ and still not even be able to be up at the stage or be way far back to where youre not even part of the music... I want to punch the jack@$$ in the face that ruined this venue... at least Pocahontas kept Slightly Stoopid GA only in August, they didnt pull the gold seating crap even tho they do for other shows... Oh, and Ill definitely be taking my ticket, alcohol, food, gas, etc...! $money$ to the Rebelution show in Portsmouth on June 21st. I recommend all the other fans in the area to do the same, and to leave this place to the idiots that dont know what a real concert atmosphere is like. If I wanted pavilion seating, Id go to one of the many pavilions in the surrounding areas. Not some muddy sod field with a circus tent in the middle... P.S., when I said you had even half the seats filled, I was being generous... It was more like 1/8 or less... Try catering to the majority like you used to rather than trying to make your normal venue some sort of class segregating classy establishment... *Ive read in other comments that apparently it was the same case with your show the week before... Except that you eventually let GA ticket holders in to the gold circle area... causing gold ticket holders to become upset... You guys are messing this up on all aspects... Ive been to around 10 shows at this venue in the past and always had a good time... everyone paid the same price unless they wanted VIP tickets to go backstage... people were allowed at the front of the stage and the crowd and bands were always really hyped and excited. Those that wanted to relax and sit had plenty of space behind or to the side of the crowd to do so... It was never a problem... I went off to school, and come back to this catastrophe of a venue... I feel sorry for those that pay for the poor quality of this venue and regret even going and letting what was once an awesome place to go, be ruined for me...

This place is just ok. We have season passes in the gold section and have had alcoholic beverages sloshed all over us by drunks, chairs knocked over and drunks falling on us, people standing in aisles they dont belong in blocking views, drugs - marijuana being smoked and someone overdosing as we were leaving, tonight a guy in front of me stood all night with a small video cam recording the entire concert - copyright infringement. Thete is an exposed broken plastic drainpipe that my foot went into one night and i fell twisting my ankle a d cutting myself. I told an official anout it and he assured me he would get it covered, its still exposed. Im handicapped so its an issue. I think Ill check into Va Beach Amphitheater next time. It seems a little better managed.

This is by far the worst music venue in Richmond. The gold circle and above seating system has grown to the point that regular ticket holders might as well watch from outside the gates. The token system is anti consumer and is designed to extract as much cash as possible and make it harder to spend. The giant times dispatch seats in the middle of the venue obscure a large portion of the view for general admission. They literally block a large portion of the general admission with a two story structure, right where the view and sound would be best for general admission. I will never go back to this venue if I can help it.

Great concert venue for a great time. Easy access to the interstate. Nice layout with food, drinks. Dont expect a seating arrangement unless you pay little extra for a vip or gold circle seats. Prepare to stand, mingle, and party with others... I and my wife knew no one! But we ended up mingling with others and having a great time. I give it 6 stars.

Gross. On May 25, 2016, the entire place reeked of fertilizer. Smelled like the farm animals tent at the State Fair. No follow spotlight on the star of the show, Sharon Jones. Her band was lit, but she was in the dark as she sang and danced her heart out. Thank goodness we saw her at Friday Cheers a few years back.

Great venue with an impressive lineup for 2013 considering Richmond is not a major metropolitan area. Ive been out there many times and have never seen or heard the highway even though it is close. If anything it just helps with the traffic flow after an event. I always have an awesome time when I go.

I have worked many good concerts out here. Parking can be an issue especially at the larger concerts. $5 usual fee for parking. Plenty of space on the lawn for general admission. Would recommended bringing chairs or a blanket to sit on.

Excellent family venue. I was surprised to see how many people were there with the kids all having a wonderful time. We had dinner there and the food was great! The event was well run, clean, orderly and lots of fun.

It has truly been a blessing to live so close to Innsbrook. Our regular walks around the ponds through the seasons is heaven! Whether you are walking, running, or biking, this is a safe and beautiful area to see.

pretty good open air venue for discount shows during the summer months. not sure why they took out the front right beer vendor. making everyone walk all the way back to the entry area to get another beverage....

some of the shows are good, but the Pavillion is right next to i95! you can see cars whizzing by through the trees (and of course hear them). horrible location.

Great place for a concert. Parking is decent and getting an Uber or Lyft is difficult. Get a seat-its worth an extra few bucks.

Wide open spaces. The set up for a band concert is great. The sounds are great and the view from wherever you sit or stand.

Great place to listen to live bands play. I only wish is that they install real bathrooms instead of portable bathrooms
