Went and saw primus and clutch Friday July 21 2017. Great venue for a show. Easy place to find with plenty of parking and relatively easy to leave. Very new and clean with plenty of beer and concession sites so the lines are minimal and service is quick and convenient for such a large crowd. Bartenders were quick and polite. Lots of bathrooms which were also clean. Its all general admission but they have a couple sections of stadium style seating which is nice to get off your feet and relax if you dont want to be in the pit. Also have a bartender to serve you in your seats and a separate full service bar so you dont have to miss any of the show. Big seats with plenty of leg room. Also a large easily accessible smoking area which is good since most places are doing away with them. Air conditioning was cranking and really helped to keep it comfortable during the show. Acoustics were outstanding and the Bands sounded great. Only negative was the line to get in. Security is like going through TSA. Empty pockets into a bin, get a wand check, then a thorough pat down which was borderline uncomfortable. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars but at least we new we were all safe so maybe its a good thing. I just thought it was a little uncomfortable and overkill. Overall great place to see a show.

The security at the venue was an actual joke. Everyone lined up to get through security in one big line, but when we got to the doors we were separated: guys through one door and girls through another. So after 20 minutes in line, my friend and I had to get back in a separate doors line just to go through security. We get to where tickets are being scanned and its fine, except for the fact that we were sent back out to get idd because no one was working the line wed come through. Fast forward to the show actually starting and theres no security at the front of the stage, so some poor guy crowdsurfs to the front and is just dropped. He had to be taken out on a stretcher. It was ridiculous. Security was more interested in making sure people didnt stand on the stairs than making sure people werent getting hurt. Also, the acoustics were terrible. We wont be going back

The dome arena in Henrietta has gone out of business and there is no mystery why they have. When I arrived at the dome arena for a home show there was no heat, no staffing, and was promised to the people through advertising that there would be free pizza/donuts to the venders Guess what none of that. Im glad I brought my jacket and my snow pants because I used them ! Not to mention I was insulted when i was HANDED A BOTTLE OF WATER by one of the ladies that was working the event.. I think if I paid $1800 for a booth in the home show that they would have accommodated there CUSTOMERS a little better then this. They should be thankful for people to come to this event because next year I will not be attending, along with other venders that I have talked to. A miserable fail and a sad sad ending to what use to be a great place.

Cool venue, now hosting musical performance in top of the many expos including micro brew, wine and arts. From the inside of the done the lights make it appear as if you are in a flying saucer which is pretty neat and there is plenty of parking in the lots. Security is right so mind how you carry your party favors and remember to have a good time and drink responsibly. Landscaping around the arena is basically a construction sight but it seems that there are active builds going on so Im sure that will change soon enough. But all in all its a pretty decent place.

Neat convention hall. Was recently there for an ADMAR equipment expo. Plenty of parking and ample space. Well lit and clean space as well.

Its very nice inside of there
