Honestly wasnt a great experience. In fact, I daresay that it was a much worse experience than what Ive had at other cinemas. The food is so, so very overpriced, it wasnt exactly the cleanest and the seats were sub-par. Now, this doesnt relate to their service, but when I watched Avengers here, there was a gentleman behind my row that would not stop screaming or talking (very loudly) about what was happening in the scene. Again, I know its not something I could stop or that the cinema could have done to stop it, but it just goes to show what kind of people come to the cinema. Its unfair of me to base my experience on one visit, so I will give it a chance some other time whenever Im ever around and need a somewhat cheap movie to watch with a friend on the go.

Went to see the really scary movie it today at the 3:20 matinee at AMC Raleigh 15 the concession stands were well-manned, and the lines were moving quickly. There was also a cashier outside and there was an orderly flow of traffic getting tickets due to an s-shaped line that had been formed with tape. Neither of those things had been available the last time I went to a Saturday matinee there. The Halls were clean the bathrooms were clean and I cannot say that was the case the last time. So obviously theres been an improvement or new management but I had a very nice time and was truly scared almost out of my chair at least 40 times I would recommend the movie in the theater to anyone who wanted a joyful experience.

As we walked in, the smell of freshly popped corn filled our nostrils and our mouths began to water. We were greeted by a very handsome and polite young man who provided great customer service. As we walked towards the movie hall, we encountered a wonderful lady with the name Rosalie. She was amazing and filled with enthusiasm as she directed us to our destination. Rosalie and the young, handsome man, are both great examples of people that companies would love to have as representatives on the front line. We look forward to another great time at Carmike Cinemas 15. Thank you for a wonderful experience on our visits.

Saw Kong Skull Island in Auditorium 13. It was a movie still in its first week, but we went at 1 pm and it was on the super small screen. My recommendation is to call ahead and make sure you go to a time when the movie is on one of the bigger screens or go to the Regal at Crossroads if its not at Stone if you are super picky. Other than that the concessions are nicely priced (on Tuesdays especially) and they have good popcorn here! Its an older theater with some character that they try their best to keep up. The employees and the management are very polite and professional.

So this is my go to theatre because its less than 10mins from me but Im bout to start going some place else. This is the second time Ive been there and the screen has been messed up. Its annoying and distracting when you see a black mark going through the bottom of the screen door or in the middle of the screen and it seems like they dont want to fix it. I hope they will be renovating the theater since AMC purchased them. Im also a Premier member and I wish it was somebody I can complain to so they can fix it. May have to start going to a Regal theater

This place is in serious need of rehab. For a ticket price thats only a little less than other, up-to-date and clean theaters, its not worth the price of admission. The bathrooms are filthy and it doesnt seem like anything past the lobby has been touched since it was built because it was falling apart. And to top it off, they arent "fully switched over to AMC yet" so they wouldnt take our AMC coupon at the concession stand. Hopefully they will rehab the place when this happens because its condition is close to dollar theater status.

We were verbally & almost physically assaulted by another patron while watching a movie last week just because my hubby & I gasped at a scary part of the movie. The guy told us to shut the "F" up or he would kick our a**es, then proceeded to tell my husband he would kill him if we didnt shut up. Thats the 2nd time something like that had happened there & with the same aggressive guy both times. He does that to others as well. Its in a kind of rough area and way so, we wont be going there any more.

As movie theaters go, this is nothing special. The theater itself is very outdated. The theater that we were in was very small. Additionally, the state of the concession area was abysmal the day that we were there. There was popcorn several inches high all over the floor around the popcorn machine. I will not be attending another movie here. The three stars was because the prices for tickets were very reasonable compared to other theaters, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This theater has gone down hill very fast. My family and I went last night and the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets were not flushed and there was no paper towels. The room the movie was playing in had caution tape around a section of seats because the roof had started to come apart. The staff was not friendly as they just stood there at the register with an unfriendly look. The prices are decent but the quality of the theatre has not improved since it became AMC.

I rarely write bad reviews so you know when I write a bad one, its REALLY bad. We walk in to this theater to purchase tickets to see "Reacher". The clerk says "that will be $15.50. Would you like some popcorn and a soda?" Then he says "by the way, theres no heat in that theater. Its pretty cold in there." Mind you its freezing outside. We say, no thanks and leave. I guess we should be grateful he admitted to us it was cold in the theater. Seriously, no heat?

Customer service as absolutely horrible!!!! We stood outside waiting for someone to come to the ticket booth so we could buy tickets while the 3 associates on the inside just looked at us. Then we walk in, no greeting, we finally ask her do we buy the tickets here and she said yes anything else. We buy the tickets, candy and soda and she overflows the soda and didnt even wipe the cup off. THEN they forgot to start the movie!!!!! Never again!!!

My boyfriend and I tool my daughter to see Despicable Me 3 today at 2:45. Great movie. Came out around quarter to 5 and my car had been keyed. Probably by some kid because they couldnt spell. Called to the theatre when I got home about 15 times. No answer at either time. Just trying to figure out if they have cameras pointed towards their parking lot so I can make a police report but theyre not answering the phone.

The movie was suppose to start 6:25 and we watched a white screen with terrible music until 6:45 when my brother decided to to remind the employees we were in the movie waiting for them to start it and on top of that there was a leak in the theater where it was louder then the movie... And i am extremely dissatisfied with my visit here and will not be returning to this movie theater or any others by this company.
