I totally agree with Genevieve with her review. The Bull Run web page does not mention anywhere on its site about outside food or beverages not allowed in the water park, neither does it post any signs before going into the facility of these rules. The teenagers who DO run the place ARE VERY snooty and very rude, actually, many of the young teenage girls who work there act like they own the place. There definitely was no adult manager anywhere to be seen. And Genevieve was right about food, even a bag smaller then the size of your hand of gummy fruit snack wasnt even allowed in. I had to run back to my car and leave it there. ONE little 0.9oz(25g) of fruity snack! The place is run by "a bunch of bored teenagers who do hate their jobs". Service for food was SLOW - Id be afraid to know how they cook back their. The place is also overuned by children from day camps. We counted 12 yellow school buses when we got their not to mention the other 5 mini private white school bus to various day care centers. It was definitely crowed. My son had a good time, but for me, I had to constantly make sure he wasnt running into someone or bumping into someone. It was sooooo hard to also find him in the sea of kids, unless he was wearing all red, then youd spot him in a flash. So, this wasnt such a great experience for us. Oh, and the pictures you see up there, they are probably when the park was empty or really early in the day when they didnt have many people in the park yet. Good Luck.

There is nothing on their website nor a sign before you enter the waterpark that no outside food or beverage are allowed, so it was only once we entered to pay did we come to find out from 2 snooty and very rude teenage girls that we cant come in with anything except bottled water...not even any little snacks for our baby! Once you get in, it seemed like the entire place was being managed by a bunch of bored teenagers who hate their jobs. Since we werent allowed our snacks, my baby was fussy so we went to their concession stand. They were out of stock on almost half of what they were selling AND the teenage boys that were in charge of everything behind the counter didnt even have any food ready...it was smack dab 12 noon...lunchtime to everyone there who had little children. Lifeguards, of course, were all teenagers who were rude about asking parents to put life vests on their kids, unsupervised children from day camps everywhere with teenage counselors who let them wreak havoc, and no adult manangement anywhere! If youre not going to let anyone bring in any food, make sure you have ample food supplied ready to sell...its that simple! I was irate by the time we left...absolutely appalling behavior, service, and management; or lack thereof! Will NEVER return to that terrible place again. There are too many other affordable waterparks with much better staff than to ever consider going back.

We came on a weekday right at opening and were in line with at least 3 large summer camp groups. There is plenty of seating all around but we opted for the quieter space around the kiddie pool (which is gated off for kids 6 and under). There a good amount of options for swimming, splashing and relaxing. Concerns: The lifeguards are very, very difficult to hear and really do need some sort of megaphone as they end up repeating themselves. Food choices are abysmal resembling food found at a county fair and while outside food is not permitted (we didnt know until we arrived) we brought in veggies, fruit, and other healthy snacks. Either healthier options need to be available or the restriction of bringing food in should be lifted. Pricing: Average as far as local waterparks go, no complaints. There are also Groupon or Certifikid deals available on occasion so watch out for those if youre looking for some savings. Bottom line: A good option on a hot summers day, but there are a few others in the area I would visit before coming back.

Well after having to pay to get in thr park itself, and the price to get in, its not worth it. You cannot bring food.. We also have one of the older kids slide it under the fence though. The lifeguards are snoting teens who seem to have too much attitude. I had to pull a child out from drowning right in front of one. I always have problems with staff. I love the pool, have been visiting over twenty plus years now. But the price, no outside food and staff need to change.

Myself and my three kids ages 11,12 and 13 had a wonderful afternoon at Atlantis. There were few people there and no lines for the slides. We felt like we owned the place. I doubt that it is normally like that but this was a Friday before the end of school. The gatehouse wasnt open so we didnt even have to pay the out of the area per car fee. $32 for the four of us very well spent:)

Atlantis Waterpark was very enjoyable. My mom, my friend and I went and had a great time! The bucket was awesome, the slides were REALLY fast, and the pool was HUGE. The only problem was that after a while, me and my friend got bored. If youre going for a couple hours, youll love it, but if youre going for the whole day, youll start to feel kind of bored like we did.

The water park is great but...the people who run the place (all ratty college students, especially the knuckleheaded lifeguards) just have very poor service to everyone who enters the water park, from the food service to the life guards, not the best place to go. (Also it would be better if they made the park bigger and have more features)

The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the place is really cute. The cost to get in this place is almost as ridiculous as their policy of not being allowed to bring outside food or drink in. They would much rather you and your kids eat the overpriced junk food they sell.

We decided to tent camp so we could fully enjoy the place, and they gave us a discount on the water park. We fully enjoyed the pools and slides. This a great family spot. The very weak showers made getting the sand off very difficult, but otherwise, we had only the best experience.

Only 8 dollar. 4 dollar for campground guests. Pay attention to the head movement of the lifeguards; it is quite strange. If you visit on monday it wont be busy at all. Private waterslide for you, yay! I visited it during the eclipse, they gave us free eclipse glasses

This place is nice. It has a place where you can picnic and also has camp grounds. We went to the water park and it was very kids friendly atmosphere. Downside was the rest room was not well kept up to standard. Thats why I took 1 star down.

Great waterpark. Lots of parking and no long lines. Large and small waterslides, lots of pools, and a huge water bucket. Lifeguards were always alert. Lots of fun for kids and family.

Food service is unmanaged, employees eating food and serving at the same time. Quality of food is zero and expensive. Eat before you go, or bring your own.
