For anyone that has received great service: good for you. But I did not. My adult children wanted to have a nice time with me before they had to go to work. We went to AMF for my birthday. First and last time unless they change which it doesnt seem likely. I didnt get a chance to bowl. I was warming up my fun time on the pool table. My daughter accidentally put the money in the wrong slot that doesnt work. Why do they even have two slots? Why dont they put a sign on it to notify customers that its broken? I tell the cashier that the slot is broken and took my money. She tells me that Brittney has to come fix it and that she doesnt know when that will be because she doesnt have a walkie talkie. Hello, its a small bowling alley and the place was practically empty. My children told me that they had to wait 20 minutes when that happened before I got there. 20 minutes?!?!? My daughter had to go to work so I left and called the manager, Brittney. She said " well you can come back and I can give you the money". I said "thats the whole point, I dont have time to wait for $0.75." So she put the money in an envelope for me to pick up, but I will never get back that time.

I was displeased with this place. First off, our screens kept spazzing out and they wouldnt record any of our scores. While this was happening, every person got 1 turn. It was annoying to try and have fun. At the beginning of the night we were told we would get $4 games plus shoe rental. So for a couple that did three games it should be about 15 bucks or so... BUT what they didnt tell us is that each person counts as their own game. SO in total we did 6 games because of 2 people and 3 games. Now we owe just $24 for bowling for an hour! The total came to around $30 which is just ridiculous. All they said was $4 games.. which after 8 it even went down to $2. They overcharged us A LOT. Why would one person be considered their own game? I am super frustrated and it was all a way to get their own money. NEVER GOING BACK. I will see you at Brunswick ;)

tried using a groupon twice and was turned away due to bowling leagues. the first time was a surprise party, and they were booked. I was upset but understood. this second time I called the day before and everything and they informed me the leagues start at 6, so I showed up at 430, hoping to catch a lane, and I got ther, and once again, booked with a league that started, not at 6, but at 4. I tried to explain to the manager- who seemed to care less- that i called twice and this is the second time this has happened and got no where. so since they wont be any help on their website or in person- heads up: THEY ARE BOOKED ALL DAY WEDENSDAYS FOR BOWLING LEAGUES. Disappointed in the customer service and lack of communication. dont waste your money here.

Went there for months and then we went there again last night 3/6/14. they are horrible since we were there last with what seems like all new staff they are RUDE as hell the manager did not want to talk to anyone (you could tell just by the attitude) stood at counter a few times for 5 mins maybe a little bit more with staff looking over and seeing me and ignoring me. prices are going to be raised again from what we were told last night. they now stop serving most food 2 hrs before they close, they use to serve until they close. They are remodeling everything now. this place has become a waste of time for us we will go where we can have fun unlike here. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE notice all the bad reviews. they are all true.

I give this a two cause it is in fact a bowling alley. Truthfully I cant say alot about the actually bowling. Seemed fine. Cant be that bad cause there were people showing up with personal gear suggesting they know the difference between a crap joint and not. My problem is that literally within two minutes I sat my things down at a table and went to the bar. The bartender, no lie served the person BEHIND me in line. I assume he is a regular cause they used first names, not an excuse. Then was down right RUDE to me as I tried to order to the point I stopped talking all together, gave her a thumbs up and left the place. Older lady bartender with shorter dark hair should be fired.

As many bad reviews as there are, so far I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary for bowling. I did have the bumpers not work properly before but it was nothing to ruin my time there. Signed the little ones up for free summer bowling and got my self the family pack of the one time 39.95 and we are now free to bowl for the summer with the kids. There are hour restrictions and can only be through the weekdays but no complaints since the kids still completely enjoy it. There are long waits but that should be expected before hand. This is the second time around doing the summer deal, I will not hesitate to warn others of bad experiences if I happen to face them.

The service wasnt good!! From the beginning the guy at the front was not friendly, when we got there some customer was already complaining...should have left right then and there!!! :( We were overcharged, we had asked for 2 games they charged us for 6!! and we then tired to play them..and the screen stopped at 2 games..so they only care if they get money over customer satisfaction.. they would not refund!! for 4dollars..the guy said they could not give us the money. Went w/ two friends and he had the nerve to say: "They can pay you back(my friends to pay me back)"..never going back!! Going back to Brunswick where I have gone many times and never had any bad service..

Pizza was greasy and uncooked. If thats even possible, they managed it. My girls fries were cold. Terrible prices for the kind of food theyre serving (junk food - burgers, pizza, hot dogs). Beer was lukewarm. Glasses were not chilled. Lanes are in bad condition. Shoes are in bad shape. Alley balls are in good shape. Computers seem like theyre from the Bill & Teds era (NOTE: this is NOT Bill & Teds alley - that one is in Tempe and knows how to cook a pizza) . The bathrooms are absolutely horrid. HORRID. Worse than an old gas station. Parking is plentiful but in bad shape.

went by this place yesterday. website said open play from 4-11pm. i head down and the parking lot is empty. the first thing youre hit with is a strong smell. not sure what it is, but its pretty strong. we go up to ask for a lane im told they had all the lanes occupied by a league that wasnt even there yet, let alone listed on website. terrible business on why you would list open bowling hours and then not even keep some lanes open for public. this place offered really cheap bowling prices but wont be worth re visiting if this is how they run business.
