This is the worst bowling alley I have ever experienced. The leagues are so unorganized and the customer service was terrible. The communication to the leagues was non-exsistant. I bowled for 16 straight weeks without a team shirt. All other teams got their team shirts within the first 2 weeks. They will take your money and not deliver on any thing they promised! They announced to us the weekend before mothers day that there was not going to be any bowling because of the festivies for mothers day. We called mothers day weekend and found out that announcement was incorrect and we had to bowl. They also told us we were able to make it up before our next game the next weekend. We called to reserve a lane and they didnt have any due to state championship leagues who had all the lanes, which they did not inform us of the weekend before when we set up arrangements to make up the game. We started our normal league an hour late and then they proceeded to tell us we had to forfit our last weeks game because it wasnt done before the current weeks game. Shannon (the league secretary) is not women enough to face our issues and did not even want to speak with us about this issue.She is way to young and immature to be "taking care" of any league! I will NEVER bowl at this place again and I do not reccomend ANYONE does unless you want to get ripped off!!!

I have been bowling here for some time. I have bought a couple balls from the pro shop, I have done the kids bowl free program with my family and have thought about joining a league as well but with the way I have been treated as of late never again will I bowl here. The last incident was my breaking point. My son comes to bowl here on Fridays for a after school program, so I decided to go and bowl a few games only to find out that after 5:30 they will shut down the lane on you for leagues. I understand that they have these but no one told me beforehand, when I spoke to the manager about it all she told me was Ill let her know she needs to tell folks. I did not get a apology for the inconvenience. My advise to anyone that wants to come here is ask before hand or they might just shut off the lane on you , and if you want any help from management dont expect to get it.

When I presented a coupon to the douchey beard guy at the counter he told me, "oh its cyber bowl." He had stopped talking and failed to elaborate that this means shoes are free. I gathered this meant she couldnt honor the coupon. So I said oh I can show you the email, it doesnt exclude cyber bowling." (Pause while I pull my phone out)... long story short the guy allows me to go on this rant and when Im done talking he says, "the shoes are included". Ummmm... you couldnt say that when I was pulling out my phone? Or when I was looking up the email? Then I saw him make a smartass remark to his coworker that had made a comment on sports to build rapport and stike a conversation. I hope this guy isnt management. Pretty sorry example to set either way. Im bowling tonight but never again.

Have never had such a bad experience as the one we had tonight. One of the employees(James) which is a manager, was on his day off and bowling in our 9 pin no tap tournament that we have at the end of our Vegas bound league. He had been drinking and getting loud before hand. He thought it would be a good idea to tell one of our league members he was going to kill him. Honestly, I dont think anything will be done about it, but not the first time he has had an attitude with customers and still works there. Dont think our team will be returning for Summer or Vegas bound league.

So we hosted my 1 year olds birthday here and it was the best venue. The lady who was in charge of our reservations (Shauna) I think. Sorry if I got your name wrong. Was excellent in her prep and setup. She came many times and assisted in front and behind the scenes. I was impressed with her professionalism and congeniality. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The employees are awesome but the managers always treat people with disrespect. I have not had one good experience with the managers. I have a hard time bowling on a league here because of that reason. I wish they would do something about it.

We had a great time during the midnight bowling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Some of the pricing was a little too high. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend taking friends and family here for an evening out.

It was full to capacity with little kids. The lanes, and computers were really outdated. It wasnt terrible, but I dont think we will go back. Had to use a seven pound ball because all ten pound balls were gone.

The lanes were run down and stopped a few times. The food was decent. The staff was not friendly and was quite frankly rude. The worst bowling alley Ive been in. DONT GO HERE.............

I love it here!! Me and my friends come to bowl here because the prices are great!! Not expensive at all. They have some really good specials on bigger groups.

Customer service could be better. Lanes are clean, nice window for food orders, Lanes are clean and well managed. Just seems the staff are overworked or tired.

Very good clean lanes, and very cheap bowling. They offer a cyber-bowl on fridays, check it out! They offer a bar and a small food stand.

Customer service here is terrible, Kelli or kylie at the concession stand is extremely rude. Have fun with your minimum wage job.
