The theater itself is very nice and clean, and I have never had a problem when they have showed the films. I have however had several poor experiences with the staff and management. The staff barred me, an eighteen year old male at the time from purchasing two tickets to an R rated movie with my girlfriend, who was also the same age. They said that they needed ID from her, but she didnt bring it with her since I was driving and going to pay for everything. Ive heard of being ID for bars(something, ya know, logical), but movies? Really? Especially when you have two individuals of age and one has their ID with them. Cant really comment on the concessions, but if I remember correctly its the same overpriced junk as from anywhere else.

Tuesdays is the best day to hit this cinema ($5 all day tickets is really hard to beat). The cinema itself is clean and the staff are a little mundane but I suspect that in the evening, a lot of the staff are employed from the local high school. One of my main dislikes with the "big chain" multiplex cinemas is cost of concessions. Almost $5 for a large soda? Really? And thats not even adding popcorn etc. When you factor in the normal cost of an evening ticket (or even a matinee) then add a drink and a snack, your well in to silly prices per person. Cinemas would attract a bigger audience if they actually provided value for money instead of ripping off every person that walks through the door!

We love going to NEW release movies at this theater. My husband is profoundly deaf and we are able to use the CC devices without any hassle. Some require that we leave our ID. Well, that isnt going to happen because we did that at a different theater and had to leave early for an emergency and it took them 10 minutes to find someone to open the drawer with everyones ids locked inside. The employees are always friendly and the theaters are always clean. The ease of using the CC devices here has improved my husbands love for going to the movies with me. In the past he had to wait until they came out on DVD and then have the captions on the tv. Thanks for all that yall do.

Cinemark & Century just keep raising the prices on concessions. $0.50 worth of popcorn now costs $7 and a $0.25 drink is over $5. And what makes it all even better, theyre going to serve yourself as fast as they can. So lets keep the high prices and get the customer to fix everything themselves. Im sure it will be self-checkout shortly, but management is holding out for a machine that will be able to up-sell us the whole time were in line! Thats real innovation. If people stopped buying the crap, the prices would come down. Management will keep raising them until the volume starts dropping. Its not a magic formula. Its people who cant recognize value for the price.

NEVER AGAIN! They forgot to start my movie, and when a patron asked them to please start it they started it halfway through! When I complained to the manager, Ms. Thatcher said there was nothing they could do. She did not apologize. She did not offer to provide better training to her staff. She did not even offer me vouchers to another movie! I had to REQUEST fair compensation for my ruined movie. I cannot see the feature at another time because it was a showing of the Bolshoi Ballet and it is only offered once. And my tickets were twice the normal price because it was a cultural event. Twice the money for a ruined movie. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Do not go here.

Drink machines were down, but we didnt know until after we sat down in the theater, all the drinks tasted terrible. We bought 3 large drinks that got thrown away. They were out of the minute made freezes, which is the only reason we went to this theater, my wife cant eat popcorn, nachos or drink soda, so her experience was not good. And to top it off, their contact section on their website is down, so I cant even make a proper complaint. The movie was ok, but we missed some of the beginning after having to deal with the drink situation.

I like the reserved seating. Im surprised every theater in the country doesnt have it yet. Quick tip: If you buy a gift card, you dont have to pay the extra "service charge" when reserving tickets online (though youll probably have extra on the gift card after youre done) and you can buy gift cards and register them entirely online, but note that they wont become active for a day so buy them early. Theres ample parking in the garage on the south side.

This is a good, clean theater in good repair. The facility is nice and well-maintained. The seats are comfortable and the stadium seating ensures a good view of the screen. The rooms are smaller than some of the other local theaters, but not in a bad way. Theyre reasonably sized and all seats have a good viewing perspective. This theater benefits from an adjacent covered parking terrace, so its not difficult to manage. All in all, a nice experience.

Love this theater. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. The place is always clean, the seats are your typical movie seats, so youll either like them or wont as some reviewers call out. I personally have no issue with them and find them comfy. Great section on snacks and like any movie theater they are pricing, but buy them or dont. Just dont complain about prices. $5 Tuesdays for all day showings is a great deal!

Well kept and in a nice shopping center with tons of garage parking. Refills on large buckets of popcorn and now large drinks! Hit on your wallet with drinks, but at least there is a refill involved. Never seems to be too crowded which makes us appreciate it even more! They do special screenings there for films and other events to spice up your movie going experience.

Not impressed with the quality of presentation at this theatre. The sound system was very basic, with little definition, and image had motion blur issues as if projector was not the right size for the auditorium. Definitely not THX Certified. Glad that Cinemark is finally doing assigned seating, but I would prefer a different theatre for my money.

The people who work there are amazing! The manager Stanley Cooley, was awesome, kind, caring, and always takes care of my daughter and I when we go out to a movie! He is always so happy to help, and has a huge smile on his face! He definitely put a smile on my daughters and my face and makes our movie experiences very enjoyable and memorable.

The prices here werent absolutely the worst, and they had plenty of theaters, which meant they had older movies I may have otherwise forgotten to catch. However, the decor felt old and the lighting in the lobby was somewhat dim, which I didnt find to be to my particular liking. Aside from that, its a great place to take friends and family!

@dave, the blind side movie was a 35mm film, not digital, this theatre did not go all digital till march of this year, plus the Blind side played there for like 3 months dude. Second edit. The family and I were there last week to see captain underpants and we loved it. Hot pop corn. Child drinks. Short lines. Great movie experience.
