WOW!!! I decided to go early in the day when it is less crowded for my Birthday and try a D Box seat. I arrive 30 minutes for plenty of time to get seats and have a good seat selection. When we get there, the system was down and would not allow us to buy tickets, so we sat and waited for about 15 minutes. They finally just told us to go into the theater, and sit where we wanted. We had already discussed with them that we were planning on doing the D Box, so we went and sat in the D Box seats. Just after the previews started, am extremely rude woman with about 5 small children, (It was a Pg13 Show), enter and very loudly that we to make a scene that we were in her purchased seats, and demands we get out, while blocking us from actually getting out of the seats. Now humiliated and made to look like we were just randomly stealing seats, we left to discuss it with the IDIOTS that told us to sit where we wanted. (WE HAD ALSO PURCHASED CONCESSIONS AT THIS POINT!!!) We explained that we were rudly kicked out and, they then said we could come to the next showing at 9:40 at NIGHT!!!! Why in the world would I come back when all the very rude college kids are there with their dates making out? NO.... Then they wanted me to drive across town to the other theater that didnt even have D Box! All the 18 year old passive aggressive manager would say is, "YOU CANT BLAME US FOR THE SYSTEM GOING DOWN......ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDNT ORDER TICKETS ON LINE.... AND SIMILAR BLAMING OF ME FOR THE INCIDENT ...... OKAY! Heres the thing wench! Its your job to MANAGE, to make sure certain incidents dont happen... IF YOU KNEW ALL THE SEATS HAD BEEN SELLING OUT THEN DON"T TELL SOMEONE TO SIT WHERE THEY WANT!!! Thats simple bad management! Then she kept acting like because she let us go in for free she had been doing us a favor... TO WHAT? Get humiliated and kicked out of our seats? Yes that was a HUGE favor..... SHE literally acted like it was MY fault for not ordering on line! Okay hardly anyone does that because of your additional fees! I showed up early for a reason! She wanted to just send my across town for once again a much later show and we had already bought concessions. Then she wanted me to go see a film I absolutely had no interest in. HERE IS A CLUE!!! On your birthday you dont want to do something that you NEVER wanted to do or see.... She could have offered even a gift card BUT NOPE, did not happen. This was not our first bad experience here either. We went on a Friday night and the theater was filled with college kids that were literally throwing cans and garbage around and hitting people in the head, when complaining the management just said thats what it was like on Friday! WHAT? How have you people NOT been sued? JUST RIDICULOUS!

My wife and I decided to go to the movie this last weekend. We are on a tight budget and considered this to be our splurge for the month. While purchasing our concessions, the clerk swiped my card twice making my soda and popcorn now worth $33.50. Everyone talks about how expensive theater concessions are, but this sure took the cake. I called the manager as soon as I found out they had charged me twice for our concessions (now a day has passed) and he instructed me to bring in the bank statement and he would get me a refund. So thats exactly what I did, feeling confident the fiasco would be fixed. What I found was the opposite. I found a manager who was all too willing to throw free things at me instead of actually fixing the problem. She explained that she had no way of doing a refund when it is the day after because it would throw off the till balance and that anything she gave me would be more valuable than the money I had lost. Which was erroneous thinking... You know because the money I lost was bill and food money. She also explained that she would have no way of reimbursing the funds even if the policy enabled her to give refunds. While I was there, there were two things said that indicated that this sort of thing happens all of the time. 1.) I was asked if they swiped my card twice and 2.) I was asked if it was still pending in my account. These two questions indicated to me that these sort of things happen more often than they should. I do not appreciate being fraudulently charged by a "reputable" company who will admit no wrong doing. They obviously dont appreciate the value of a loyal customer. If I could offer a suggestion, I would go to the cinemark in Ogden before considering a movie at the megaplex if this is how they treat customers. If megaplex resolves this issue, I would be more than happy to give a 5 star review about the actual theater. But for now they get 1 star and are lucky to have that.

They are just ok for their prices. These are the prices I would expect from a first rate theater in a BIG city.. But since they are the ONLY choice in logan. meaning Larry H Miller megaplex owns ALL the first run movie theaters.. I guess they can charge and arm and a leg for broken seats and dirty theaters. I managed a ten screen Tinseltown Theater back east for many years and I have been VERY disappointed in the quality to price ratio of these theater owned by LARRY H MILLER MEGAPLEX...When you charge almost twenty dollars for a DBOX seat you expect it to work or be moved to one that does... these guys dont seem to care.. they already have your money by the time you realize you wasted it. I should have waited for this movie to be shown at the Cinefour movie theater. They only charge four dollars, have better service, cheaper concessions and they have CLEANER theaters. Take my advise WAIT..go to the CineFour theaters located at about 2200 N main on the west side of the road

The past three years I have come to this theater as it sounds and looks better than the other theaters in town. However, this may stop after my experience tonight. First, it is ridiculous that I have to sit through ads after paying $10. It is even more awful that the lights dim and I see more ads than I do trailers (not kidding - close to twice the number of local ads than movie trailers). Secondly, the right speaker channel was dead. I left the movie I paid $10 to see to inform the manager of the issue. I was assured they would look into it and the problem would be corrected. However, the entire movie was spent missing most of what happened on the right side of the screen. The kicker? The theater lobby was abandoned with the lights off after the movie ended. I love movies but cannot justify $10 for an experience like tonight.

Extremely unprofessional service and management. If another theater opens Ill never come back! They dont enforce seat selection and there system gives you the wrong seats at times. In person I ordered 3 tickets for the middle of row M, the cashier girl even verified. Came back 2 hours later to watch the movie with family and the tickets were actually FRONT ROW GARBAGE. I talked with the manager who could only switch my seats to the furthest back corner seats. She told me the issue happens sometimes if they swipe too much. I asked if I got at least a free soda for being gypt my seats... I recieved a flat "no" and had to move along. What establishment admits to messing up a customers order, and doesnt apologies or at least give a small soda? - 5pm Mad Max 2D showing, seat L1. Ill make sure to leave popcorn everywhere.
