I had my Wedding Reception at Bella Vista on March, the 2nd of 2013. It was a perfect day. I was not a very picky bride but when I walked in to the Bella Vista out of the 20 other receptions I saw all over Utah, I immediately loved it. I used to live in Utah when I was a little girl but now I live in Washington, DC. My family lives in Atlanta, GA. His family lives in Rexburg, ID. You can imagine it was very difficult to plan the event with everyone on different ends of the US. I loved that Bella Vista was so relaxed about allowing us to come in the night prior and set up a little here and there. I loved that they let us have our own Caterer. We ended up Catering Pho from one of the best Vietnamese Restaurant Owners in the area. On top of that they let us bring in two Ping Pong tables and completely make the space our own. They had a cancelled event on Friday and so let us know so we could spice up the day even more. They didnt care about adding a charge here or there, they just wanted to make the day special. On top of the impeccable service and support it all came down to those beautiful mountains that surround you. Though the photographer may not be to happy about the lighting if he isnt used to it.... it is the most beautiful thing ever. Dont worry about covering up those windows they create the scenery themselves. Sorry to rant I just had the best wedding ever and Bella Vista really went out of the way to make it happen.

Our experience with Bella Vista was great! They were there for our every need and at the same time they were never overbearing in any way. Bella Vista is GORGEOUS! We had our wedding reception when the sun was going down and the views were absolutely incredible! If you translate Bella Vista from Spanish and Portuguese it translates to beautiful view. Bella Vista really stays true to their name. I looked into several reception and events centers in Utah County. Bella Vista was my top choice in price, beauty and location. They also provided seriously almost all of the decorations we needed! I just added a few finishing touches. It was great and took a lot of stress off of me! They have 2 closets full of decorations and things to use for your event. They provided and set up the tables, chairs and linens! You could purchase add ons such as chinese lanterns, chandeliers and ceiling fabrics at an affordable choice if you wish to do so. They have a huge kitchen that you may use and you may bring your own caterer if you would like. Bella Vista worked patiently with us, our caterer and DJ making themselves available for us to come in and check things out and get ideas whenever possible. They also a brides room, grooms room and convenient restrooms. We were absolutely impressed with our experience at Bella Vista and would highly recommend them.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Bella Vista! I just had my reception there last month and it was honestly the perfect place. First of all, the pricing is AMAZING for what you get. In addition, the location is excellent and the views are incredible. Three sides of the room are windows and it just looks awesome. I also loved how hassle-free it was for us. They set up all the tables and chairs and provided tablecloths as well as tons of centerpiece options and decorations. You could easily have a reception there without having to go out and get any decorations of your own. I love that you reserve the room for the whole afternoon and evening which makes it so you can come in and set your stuff up and also you have flexibility as to which hours you would like your event. I love that you get to go in a month before your event to map out how you want the room set up and anything other additional things you might want set up. The people who work there are amazing and so prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns you might have. Overall, amazing experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place. (Plus, if youre going to BYU, its only like ten minutes away from Provo, so definitely a great location that your Provo friends will come to!)

I was married May 2nd then had my reception that evening at Bella Vista. Anyone involved in weddings knows that is prime wedding time! Everyone and their mom is getting married then (and my mom had just gotten remarried so I know my stuff). Bella Vista was the most professional and down-to-earth reception center that I had looked at and they were so willing to help, I could not believe it. The planning process went so smoothly because I met with one of the employees beforehand and she helped me to lay out everything I wanted at the reception: tables, photobooth, chairs, gift tables, easels, etc. Then with that rough drawing they went in and designed it in the computer so I had a perfect layout of the venue for my night. This made everything so much easier for my florist, cake decorator and catering. The actual venue is beyond gorgeous! I had the perfect look I wanted and received so many compliments. The room is already so classy so adding in your personal touches just enhances the space. A bunch of other perks are the bride and groom rooms with our own personal bathrooms, the HUGE warming kitchen, and take down is all taken care of. I loved Bella Vista and would recommend it to anyone!

I found Bella Vista really by chance, but went to check it out as a possible Wedding Reception Hall with my fiance and mom, and we loved it! They had so many options for how to set up and decorate the room, and it was all tailored to how I wanted it to look. They also had center pieces available for use, and they worked wonderfully with our theme! Everything was really well priced, and the receptionists were so great to work with! They provided additional ideas, but didnt push anything on us, and they provide a gallery online that allows you to see the decorations actually set up in the room. They also pointed me toward reliable sources for getting linens and catering, which was a great help. They did all the set up and take down as well (aside from our additions), which made the night much easier on my family! Overall, Bella Vista was wonderful, and I absolutely recommend them for Wedding Receptions and really any big event!

We loved our ceremony and reception. The windows were so great, the decorations we rented from them were perfect! The price was exactly what we were looking for, it included so much! We also loved that we were able to use the kitchen, and their supplies, for free. Everything was out and ready when we arrived, we loved that we were able to bring whatever and use whatever. It was a great venue it was the only one we looked at, we wouldnt change anything at all. The staff was great they were very helpful, and helped clean up afterwards. The only thing I wish was different were the bride and grooms rooms were not located in the actual venue, maybe just right out side. It seemed to turn into a public restroom and sadly we had some things stolen from those rooms. It would also be great it there wouldve been a key lock/key pad on the doors to the bride and grooms room. Thank you!
