*If i could give them 0 stars i would* I was just there for the first time this past weekend (10/8/2016) to celebrate a friends birthday and lets just say i wont EVER be going back. It was horrible from the start!! The girl at the front desk (didnt get her name but she had a nose piercing) was so rude & unprofessional, she didnt greet us when we walked up to the desk or try to be helpful at all. After we figured how everything worked (on our own) we continued on to bowl. Overall we had a good time bowling. I was there for about 2.5 hrs & left. The next morning i check my online banking & i noticed extra charges. Check my receipts and sure enough, they did an additional charge for $149.81. Right away i called them. The girl i talked to said she couldnt do anything for me at the moment because her manager wasnt there at the time so she would have to call me back the next day (Monday) before they opened. Monday came and at 1:47 pm i called them because i hadnt heard back from anyone so i talked to the same girl and she said her manager was "trying" to figure out what happened so she would call me back before she left at 6:00 pm. (At this point i am pissed because 1. this was their mistake 2. i shouldnt be having to be running around calling them or waiting for them.) So i told her "No maam i leave work at 4:00 pm and if i dont hear back from her by then i will go up there my self, and call my bank and report fraud on my acct. because i did not authorize or sign for that charge". 4:01 pm comes and my phone rings and it was the manager calling me to tell me that she fixed it & to go by the place when i got a chance to get my refund. Even if she claimed to have "fixed" THEIR mistake, Im still upset because Im across town so me having to drive there for something they did was not very pleasant. So I have no choice but to drive there so when i finally make it there. I still have to wait an additional 10 mins to talk to someone. So finally they did the refund & now i am waiting on it to go through (she said it would take 2-3 days) so if my money is not there by tomorrow (Wednesday). Im taking matters into my own hands because i shouldnt have to be running around for MY money THEY messed with. So do i recommend this place? HELL NO unless you want money stolen from you.

Totally disappointed with the family experience and the HIGH, HIGH prices. It was a rainy Saturday. Decided to that the family bowling, for a fun outing. Went to the AMF lanes because it looked clean and possibly family friendly. It was myself, my wife, a 7 year old and a 10 year old. Checked in, rented the shoes, was assigned to an alley. Decided to order something to drink. All together, I had 2 beers, the kids each had a soft drink and my wife had water. We bowled 2 games. We all had fun...until the check came for the drinks. $22.00, for 2 beers, DOMESTIC, 2 soft drinks and water. Then, the REAL SHOCKER. Went to the service counter, to check out. The total was $72,00+!!!! Yes, for a couple hours of fun, on a chilly, rainy Saturday, $93.00 for a couple hours of relaxation and getting the kids away from their smart phone or tablet. Family fun? Yes. EXPENSIVE BEYOND BELIEF? YOU BET. I will NEVER return to that place. I consider it "highway robbery." If you are looking for a reasonably priced family outing, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!

As soon I arrived my friends and I instantly got mistreated by one of the employes at the front desk. They were very unorganized and awfully rude. Im talking about extreme lack of respect. As I was walking out, one of the employes began gossiping about her costumes to another employee. Talking crap about your costumes in your working environment, thats not okay. I have experience working as an employee and youre supposed to treat your customers with the at most respect. All in all it was just a horrible experience. You go to try something new, have good costumer service, and be in a good environment. I definitely will stick to main event from now on. If you want to experience awful costumer service and high prices, this is the place to go. I recommend going to main event, they are very kind, and prices are fair. There was one employee who did lighten the mood. I think her name was Brooke but I wish I could say the same for the rest. All and all if I could give this place zero stars, I would.

We had our sons 15th Birthday party there just today. It was so much fun! The people who work there were all amazing and on top of everything! We did have a little problem with one of the lanes but they fixed it while we had our pizza & they even extended the party by almost an hour to make up for the inconvenience. Food: our party had, -Pepperoni Pizza -Fries w/cheese and bacon -Bacon cheeseburgers -Salted pretzel -Nachos -Fried pickles -Milk Shakes -Soda Surprisingly all the food was really, really good. Our typical experience with bowling alley food in the past hasnt been all that great, but this place had great food. It did take some of the food a long time to come to the table. But all the food was Hot & delicious, so totally worth the wait time. We look forward to our next visit!

Well Ive been here multiple times. Its close to the house and theres not a lot of people around so thats a good thing. Some of the workers are very rude but that doesnt stop me from having a tone with them. As far as the prices its a bit ridiculous. I think they should lower the price or at least include the shoes with the price. I like to take my son to $2 Tuesdays cause he loves bowling but even that we have to wait till 9 or 10 for the leagues to leave. I was thinking of having my sons bday here but now Im not so sure.

Didnt like this place when I very recently went. The staff was annoying, the ball selection was poor. The lanes were greasier than Ive ever seen before. People at the opposide end from me and my friends were being very loud and annoying. The guy watching over our part of the lanes didnt seem to know what he was doing when the people next to us were having lane problems. All other staffers just seemed to be walking around doing nothing, and leaving to smoke very often. Will not be going back any time soon.

After being told we had to wait for 20 min for a lane and being put on a list we waited patiently...then a few moments later we saw people walking in and immediately getting a lane and their shoes...we were a little frustrated so we went to the counter again and they said they just gave their last lane out and we would have to wait 20 more minutes then we mentioned our name was on a list and suddenly there was a lane. Very disorganized but the upside we enjoyed our two games !!!!
