I got to say first, it is a clean place. However, it is a place for kids, the under 21 set I imagine. Maybe early 20s. In brief, they put players too close together, music is very loud, large distracting screens over the pins serve no purpose to actual bowlers, no where to eat even though they claim you can order food from the lanes on the web site, even odd lanes are so close together if you have someone bowling there you are in each others way at all times. If you want details on our experience keep reading. My wife and I bowl at a local place but wanted something new for an anniversary celebration so we tried this place. Our first impression was that it was clean but very loud. Very large distracting projector screens over the lanes that serve no purpose for actual bowlers. The music was very loud and there is no table large enough to eat at the lanes, even though the web site claimed you could order food from there. We only choose to play 2 games and were very glad we did. The adjacent lanes have no separation except every 2 lanes. So anyone playing the odd lane next to you will be right in your face. They also didnt seem to space out players very well placing people too close together. They put kids next to us that totally ignored proper bowling etiquette, ie., wait till the player next to you throws before running up and tossing your ball. It was not a terrible experience however, my wife and I probably will not return unless we are in a drunken party mood and not caring what our score was. however if were in the mood to do some real bowling we will continue to support the lanes closer to our house.

My experience at "SuperPlay" It was late on a Saturday When her and I came in Tried a few arcade games Thought we might win. But the system failed, So the staff we hailed. They promised their help, And they promised it quick. But in reality it was lies Coming from their lip. Seconds, minutes, an hour has passes! Dissatisfied customers in the masses. The staff began bowling, As if there was no trouble, So I sought out a manager To burst their bubble. With no solution in sight, And closing time approaching quickly With each tick to the right, I demanded a refund with all my might. A free game of bowling is all I received. A date night ruined by a horrible staff, Their lack of caring Has earned them my wrath. And all I got out of it, Ten frames and ball, Next time Ill go to the Valley Theater, Which is next door in the mall. Also, notice how the owner refutes every bad rating... Cant defend this one. At least I got a couple free games of bowling out of you for wasting a couple hours of my night!

I just notice I could have left a review a long time ago but didnt find it until now. My son Devin had his birthday party here and we had a blast even though it was back in September 2015. I had like 40 people show up. Everything was perfect and Devin the owner went the extra mile to do something very special for my son . We all had a fun time . I talked to them a few days and they also set me up with the cook to make food arrangement . The food was great and yea they where right I was going to have left overs and I sure did . The lady and her daughter set up my sons birthday theam and it was monster trucks and dirt bikes . I just know I would for sure come back and have another party like that . They made my sons birthday the best birthday ever and he still talks about that day . This company went on and above to have this big day happen for my son and it was the best for fair . Thank you very much . I know this is late but its better than never .

Horrible experience. When I asked why the prices were different on the website, they said they had just been changed to Fall hours. However the website wouldnt reflect that for a few days and when I asked for the supervisor, she stated that there was nothing they could do about it. I went by the arcade to check out prices and every game is $1. For the everyday family this place is a miss! I cant believe they are charging the prices they do. Over $16 for one persons to play one game. I hope they dont expect any business. I wouldnt recommend this place to my grandmothers friends. Let alone my own children. Might as well go to sunset lanes or Big Als for this price. Much more affordable and friendly.

Ridiculous service. Me and some friends order a fries and pizza at 7:45. Its 8:30 and we are still waiting..... I will update when we get it, if we even do...(update)---- pizza arrived at 9:00. So 75 minutes for trashy pizza. Btw the pizza was terrible. There was literally no sauce at all... Hello. Some employee with a man bun is taking his anger out on us. We were in line for 20 minutes and when we were about to order he told us that we cut. Taking his anger out on kids. Wow. Give this kid below minimum wage. Plus their music is cheese. Its literally like kids bop Also they took me and my friends orders last even though we were in front because we were kids not adults.....

Rude, unorganized, and, most games were out of order. The staff didnt realize that they talked total trash about my husband infront of me. One of the staff literally tried to answer the landline by saying "hello" to the computer screen. All of this nonsense was because in the smallest of fine print at the bottom of a Groupon it says not on weekends we did not see that. And they basically told us they didnt care. They should probably learn how to advertise better.

Great bowl for your buck. This local bowling alley has been recently renovated due to a fire or some sort...not sure on the details - the remodeling looks great! This is a great place for younger kids to hangout with friends and enjoy a little cosmic bowling. They also have some arcade games, a place to eat and a full bar. The staff is always friendly and the inside is always clean. Ive been here multiple times and will be back. Touche Valley Lanes, Touche.

This place is cool , we regularly visit this place unless the recent experience. The front desk attendant wouldnt tell me about the weekly specials unless i ask specifically. I went with two ladies and attendant tried to rip us off by adding only one and charging for other one. Its not over she wouldnt understand the specials and charged me more than I used to pay previously. I wish if there are some people at the front desk who knows about this business.

We went to Valley Lanes today to beat the heat. The kids had a blast and so did I. For my two youngest they had 6lb balls (ask at the front desk), and a ramp ) so the ball would actually go all the way to the pins . It worked great and everyone was happy! Clean environment. Great staff! And if an adult wants to bowl in the same lane as a child the bumpers are automatic. When the adults turn is up the bumpers automatically go down. Fabulous!

Probably the coolest bowling alley in town. The owner (I believe), Mike, was super cool and generous. They also offer an awesome laser tag arena. I have to say that $7 for 7 minutes was a little much but they have some amazing deals that it well worth it. Im certain my family will be back there again but Im moving away unfortunately. Im sure they will enjoy it. Thanks for the photos and good times!
