A couple of days ago I went with my two girls. I had two Book of Free coupons for unlimited rides wrist bands. Each of my girls handed the older lady at the ticket window a coupon. The lady said, "You can only use one coupon; its only one coupon per customer, per day." I said, "We are three customers." She responded, "Kids are not considered customers; only adults are considered customers; you are the only customer. Kids can not pay for their own merchandise." I said, "sometimes at HEB they pay for their own stuff with their own money." She then called the manager. The manager came (he was about 18 years old); he said, "you can only use one coupon." I said the same thing that I told the older lady. I also added, "this is deceiving; it says one coupon per customer; it should be stated more clearly." He said,"it is stated clearly." He said, "Kids cannot pay for their own stuff." I said, when they go to HEB, sometimes they pay for their own stuff. He said, "this is not HEB!" I think they should have written in the back of their coupon the following: One coupon per family, per visit. This would have made it more clear. I was so disappointed at the poor customer service from these two people; two say that my kids "are not customers" What are they then, "invisible people." Prior to this incident I had decided to buy snacks for my kids from their concessions; not after what happened. Prior to this incident, I had considered having a birthday party at Kiddie Park for my youngest child, not any more. When businesses give such poor customer service, they shoot themselves in the foot. Two other businesses gave me very poor customer service, I never went back to neither of them. I can take my business somewhere else; San Antonio is a big city, there are many other places that I can take my kids to.

Absolutely amazing experience! My daughter was treated so kindly and with such patience. Shes 2 and a few of the rides made her uncomfortable, as soon as she started getting upset they would stop the ride, let her off, and then keep going. They did this for any little one that got unhappy and I feel it made them braver to try again as well as not freaking them out. They were not frustrated or upset doing this either, just patient and sweet and encouraging the children. The rides she did like theyd let her stay on as many turns as she wanted (wristband is definitely worth it). The young man in charge of the carnival games (Eric I believe) was extremely patient and was giving the kids extra turns and let our daughter go up a category on the prizes and she hugged that Scooby Doo the whole drive home with a smile. Its truly about the children here and its great to find a place for them. The prices were nice as well and, unlike other places weve tried, they dont charge for the parents, only our daughter needed a wrist band. All and all it was a great experience. We destroyed the fresh funnel cakes as well! So good! First time I didnt leave some where wondering if she had fun or if there was enough things she got to do that wasnt too big for her.

Our 4 yr old son and 3 yr old niece had a great time on Saturday for the halloween fest. All of the kids were dressed in costumes and got in for half price. Later in the afternoon the staff passed out candy as the kids boarded the rides. Every person working at the park was kind and friendly. They were very patient and made sure the parents felt comfortable letting their small children participate. One staff member indicated to me that it was a pretty busy day for the park, and there were signs that it was reaching capacity. Nevertheless, wait times for the rides were still OK, and there was still an open bench here and there. The park is a time capsule; it transports you back 50 yrs! But the rides are in solid shape, and the small kiddos have so much fun being able to get in the boats and planes and bus and cars. Is every coat of paint fresh on every surface? No. Is the snack bar super fast and the menu extensive? Not overly fast or extensive. But if your kiddo gets hangry they have what you need, and they are charging a pretty normal price for things. The Kiddie Park is a worth while destination for the under 12 kiddos.

This is a small amusement park located at ave B & Mulberry street. It has been at this location since 1925. It primarily for toddlers and kids up to age 8 or 9. They will allow up to age 11 ride all rides, and 12 and older can only ride the helicopter and carousel. The rides are very dated but still work fine and they have a small arcade and petting zoo which are extra. It is best to get a wristband which runs $13.00 to ride as many times as your child likes and adults can ride on the carousel and helicopter ride with the children free of charge. It is best to get there between 10 and 11 am and does get crowded at times. The only thing I would like to see changed is separate entrance and exits on the rides due to impatient parents that cant wait in a line and cut in front of everyone else while the other children are exiting the ride and the staff do little to prevent this from happening. This is one of those places you have to take your kids or grandkids once while their young enough to enjoy it.

Had a party for my 4 year old grandson. It was a blast for the kids. You pretty much are just renting the venue. Your host will never check on you. Which we tip depending on customer service. So that saved us money. They also sold me pony Ride tickets and didnt explain the rules so 4 out of my 12 tickets were not used by kids at our party. So we just walked around and handed out 4 tickets. They give you 15 minutes to load and unload your vehicle. Which is plenty of time. But when we were loading up to leave the pony Ride people wanted us to hurry up and move so they could leave. Overall they get a 3 because we rarely issue out prefect scores to anyone as theres always room for improvement. The one BIG PLUS. Is that they dont serve Alcohol like the Zoo Six Flags and Splash Town. All of those are supposed to be kids venues. So A Bravo Zulu to Kiddie park for standing up to Adults. And keeping it a true kid friendly park.

Had my daughters birthday party today at the kiddie park. I was not happy at all with the sitting tables they had for us. We paid $300 for 3 hours to be under a canopy that only had 4 tables and we werent aware that they wouldnt be able to add on. We had family members sitting all over the place since we couldnt get any tables. Management wasnt helpful at all couldnt do anything about it. We scheduled the party online and there is nothing on the website stating there will only be 4 tables. It does show if needed additional tables to ask party host but they were just able to bring us fold out tables but were pointless since we needed more sitting. Isnt worth $300 for 4 tables only. The kids had fun at the kiddie park but besides that I wasnt happy with the service. Party host wasnt helpful. Never again will I have a party here.... thinking of having a party here just get the basic package since there are plenty of tables in that area..
