Horrible Experience! We paid $300 for 10 kids and were told wed get a "Big table" and pointed to the back where they have 2 big tables together. We figured it would be ok. We get here and have 1 table set up for kids. NO TABLES or space for adults. There was a family sitting in a small 4 people table who were getting ready to leave next to our table to I told the hostess I would just get that table when they left. Hostess NEVER said anything. Now were being told that we need to move so other people can use this table!!! We asked if it was reserved and they said no it was for the other customers!!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE WE??? WERE PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! We were told if we didnt move wed have to pay an extra $120 for this tiny 4 people table!!!! Youve gotta be kidding me! If someone walks in from the street and brings their kids are you going to charge them $120 to sit while their kids jump??? This is the worst experience weve ever had. This place will definitely not last if this is how they are treating their customers!!! The ONLY reason we dont leave is because the poor kids are jumping.

Tuve la oportunidad de ir unos dias antes a la competencia por la calle dove y tengo que decir que Altitude se los lleva de calle. mucha variedad y muy bien puesto. Donde la competencia tiene beneficios es en la accesibilidad, como padre con niños pequeños queremos estar cerca en caso de contingencia. En Altitude esto se complica pero para muchachos y niños grandes esta es definitivamente la mejor opcion, con costos mucho mas atractivos.

Dont EVER throw a birthday party here!! Look at the picture. Forget the decorations and food. That was added by us. We paid $300 for 10 kids to jump and got one small table. I talked to management and they couldnt do anything to help me since I had a bunch of adults coming. We decided to grab another empty table near us that was NOT reserved for a party or anything and management came up to me to tell me we had to move. That if we wanted to sit at that public table it was going to cost me an extra $120. After you freakin kidding me!! Never again! First and last time Im here.

Very bad experience. We sat on a table and we left all our stuff there and when we can back to the table the party next to our table had all sat down. I spoke to manager Sharon and she said that I had to move our stuff. She did help at all. Very rude This was our first time here but never again. She ( Sharon) could have handle it better, we were here first its not fair

Great place for kids to have fun. Came during toddler time and staff were always on the look out for kids safety, first timer here and i will be back. Place is exact as named trampoline is the main activity. I also like that you purchase socks there and dont alow food or drinks on the play area so you know its a clean place

My son wasnt feeling good so I decided to get a refund since he wasnt going to jump... They had said no that they couldnt do a refund.. but only 5min had passed When we purchased the tickets..and the receipt say refund available if our stay was under 15min.. they are very lucky that I didnt blow my too off there. .

My daughter and her cousin just tried this place out. They paid for an hour but were told to stop participating after only 15 minutes. Totally not worth the money or the experience. Do not recommend this place at all.

Just celebrated my twins birthday on the Oct.7th. Excellent service for having planned it last minute. Great staff and extremely helpful. Manager took great care of us. Awesome party place and kids had a blast!!
