I will never attend this place again! We got two passes for the go karts. My nieces are under 10 years old and they couldnt reach the pedals to ride on their own so we purchased the go karts for passenger. We get in line and hand our passes to the employee, in a rude way he hands back my card and says you cannot use the passenger go karts, he said those are for special need kids. Tells me go find something else to ride theres nothing I can do, you cannot ride these, and walked away. If that was the case that was absolutely fine if those are for special needs kids. It was just the way he handled it was extremely rude. So I went in and asked the lady behind the counter she was extremely nice and apologized for it and said no that is not the case I will get my manager. You can drive your nieces as long as they are 10 years or younger which they are. She kept apologizing for that other kid that was rude. So the owner Gary comes out walks up to us and says whats up, what do you need? I couldnt believe the owner talks to his customers like that, just from him talking shows how he dont care how his employees treat his customers. I explained the situation to Gary and he said so what do you want me to do about it? Tells us we are going to have to deal with it and walks away. I was just so amazed that the owner was talking like this. This explains why his Park was completely dead. Maybe Gary needs to reevaluate himself on how he treats his customers and maybe he will have a packed park. I will never take or spend one penny at this pathetic most rude place ever again! Gary also kept saying if a kid cant drive there special needs. Gary needs to go back and look up what special needs means, clearly does not know the difference from a kid that is not of age yet and cannot reach the pedals yet from special needs.

This is the second time we visited and were not disappointed. The employees are helpful with the young kids. We wanted to ride the bumper cars but no one else was on the ride, so the worker rode a car so my 4 year old could bump into her. The bungee trampoline guy was very helpful and would bounce the kids. We stayed for 2 hours and spent $55 but we didnt play mini golf. Rides range from $10 (race car with 2 people for 5 minutes) to $1 for the slide. They even let my 1 year old ride the go cart with a booster seat. The ticketing system was electronic. They had a few coin operated rides and games as well. Im sure we will be back again. I see all of the low star ratings but I do have to note there were a lot of rude customers and the employees handled them well.

A Private User

On two of the holes of the eastern mini golf course there were aggressive angry hornets flying in and out of well established nests that were built within the course. My friend was stung on the ankle at the first nest and we were wary of the hornets afterwards and noticed the second nest. We brought this to the attention of the surly and vacant eyed golf course attendant and she didnt care at all. She was apathetic and really couldnt be bothered though she was not busy. She didnt even care to know where the nests were. Why care when you have a steady supply of fresh suckers coming to Estes for vacation. Its fortunate my friend did not have an allergic reaction. What a horrible place to bring children!

Had a wonderful time at this family friendly place. Staff went above and beyond their job responsibilities to make our son with a disability felt welcomed and made sure he had fun. Gave him extra time to get into the go-carts and bumper boats, helped him on the slide encouraging him and cheering him on. The owner Greg checked in with us while we were on the putt-putt course to see if we needed anything since it was a windy day. Bathrooms were clean and you could tell they really take care of the rides and course to make sure their customers have a great time. We will be back to create more special forever memories.

Just took my family there, spent 70 dollars and was VERY disppointed. Starting off, the old man at the cashier station was rude and argumentative, and then proceded to call me an idiot for not buying the package he wanted me to buy. After that, the day was spoiled as my whole family heard his insults flying, and we were disappointed with the quality/speed and course of the go-karts. We spoke with the owner and he apologized, but did nothing to entice us back. Head down the road for a better time...DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY on poor customer service and substandard rides!

My daughter enjoyed the bungee trampoline and all the employees at the counters where nice and helpful but when we got to the go carts the guy yelled at her for putting her seat belt on the wrong way and then again at the end of the ride when she used the break wrong but 2 people before us did the same thing and didnt get in trouble at all she is 12 she has never drove at go cart before and it was just rude.

We came with a group and everyone had a great time! Favorite activities were the water balls, the slide, and the go karts.My daughter lost her card which had about $30 left on it and the man at the ticket counter was kind enough to give her a new one. So impressed with the customer service! We will definitely return the next time were in Estes!

We arrived one minute after closing and were informed my nephew was unable to ride the big slide, something he was talking about all day. When he found out, he began to cry at the disappointing news. The owner saw how upset he was and made an exception and allowed him to ride. The owner didnt have to do that and it totally made his day!!

We took the family here and it was a blast! There were 15 of us and everyone that worked there was so friendly. I guess it is under new management and you could tell as they went above and beyond. We will definitely come back the next time we are here. Colorado is so beautiful!!!

The go carts were a bit pricey. Place is clean. Has a soda machine and a snack machine. We got the at 6.30 and bought a combo pass. They did not tell us that putt-putt closed at 7.00, so when we went to play, were told it was closed. No signs either.

My boyfriend works the go karts so when I get the time to go out there and him pay its awesome lol... everyone is friendly... I recommend this place if you are looking for a family friendly place

Good put put golf. Slides are just as I remember them 30 years ago ;). Prices arent bad. Go carts and bumper cars seen a little high. Nice place along the river.
