If I could vote no stars - it would be more befitting. I went with a larger party for a birthday get together, didnt reserve any room or anything of that nature, just went to play games and some putt putt. To start, most of the games were either out of order, or out of tickets. So if you did win, nothing came out. The girls at the counter appeared to give little or no $hits about anything. One, spilling a drink on the counter handed a GUEST a couple of napkins and walked off - rather than picking it up herself, when it was her mess that was made. But the defining cherry on top of this one star sundae... We were eaten alive by bugs. and not mosquitoes, mind you. Rather, chiggers. I personally have 35+ bites throughout my lower body primarily on and around my ankles and lower calves. My wife, the same. In fact 12 of the people that went, I know were eaten up. 5 of which being children. This place is obviously not kept to a standard of care or attention I would expect a attraction geared towards children, young children at that, should be upheld to. Regarding either cleanliness, grounds maintenance, or arcade maintenance. Go at your own risk, but let me know youre going first so I can buy stock options in OFF bug spray, b/c youll need a lot of it. Unless, that is, they take my phone call seriously and either buy insecticide or hire someone to maintain it... I loved this place as a younger person... its sad to see it has come to be a "second-rate" (more like 5th) attraction for family fun at the risk of bringing bugs to your home, infesting your yard, kids, animals, etc.

I went to mountasia today. I read "Kc Ms" review and almost didnt go, Upon entering the door, we were greeted by most every staff member who then introduced themselves to my 2 sons and myself. Each one bent over backwards to see that we had a wonderful experience with them at Mountasia. When we reached the front desk, I asked about different prices for every one of the attractions, we had decided on laser tag to start the morning off, but found out that it had been down since the weekend.(They were working hard to get it up and going for us before we had to leave) Since it was our first time to ever try it, the manager gave us a complete tour of the laser tag course and asked us to please try again as soon as it was up and running again. And WE SURE WILL!. we then went on to play a few rounds of Mini Golf. It was pretty cold outside while we were golfing, and we finished then went back inside. They made a fresh batch of the best hot coco I have tasted, ( I snuck a sip of the boys coco. ) Then brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for me. They hunted us down in the lower part of the game room and delivered it and asked if there were anything else they could do to make our time more enjoyable. After warming up, it was off to the Gokarts for a fun time of being out run and outclassed in racing by 2 - 13 year old kids. lol. Our stay lasted almost 5 hours, and it is well worth the time! P.S. the place was not rundown and dirty by any stretch of the imagination. And not once did i see anyone on a cell phone. Thanks guys and gals for a wonderful outing! we will be back soon!

This is the best fun center I have been to (and Ive been to a lot). It is certainly not new and shiny, but it looks like things are kept in good repair. The go kart track was the best I have ever been on in my entire life at a fun center. It has two bridges and lots of turns and ramps up and down. It was really a good time, and the karts were pretty fast. The bumper boats were fun but it was more like lake water, which made me feel kind of gross when my kids were shooting each other (and me) with the guns. The water is possibly treated, but it seriously looked like pond scum. The kids had a great time though. We didnt try the climbing wall but it looked fun. There were also lots of kiddie rides for your small people. We also didnt try mini golf but it also looked fun and decently maintained. The laser tag was fun, even if not all of the suits worked great. There was also a roller skating rink that we also didnt try but looked neat. I did notice they have the little walker things to help kids balance if they dont know how to skate. The arcade had some fun games, my kids had to keep asking the staff to refill the ticket dispensers. The staff was more than happy to help. We didnt try the food, either. I feel like we got way more than what we paid for - we did the unlimited indoor and outdoor wristband so the kids could do whatever they wanted to. It was pretty cheap considering what they got to do! We got one of the family packs of 4 wristbands. Overall a screaming good deal. And we will be back regularly!

Firstly, this place is a dump! I came here with my family for my birthday. Ive been here before back then and couple years ago and it wasnt bad. However, this time did it for me. Everything was going swell until we were leaving. My sister ordered pizza which was not done, she had to return it. My younger sister and I were going to the "prize section", there are a lot of uneducated teens on the topic of customer service that work there and it is PATHETIC! My sister and I waited about 10 min for someone to assist us. They would look our way but continue to chat with their friends. I couldnt take it anymore and walked up to a girl who had been standing 6ft away from us the entire time but thought not to help. I was frustrated so my tone and words were sharp. Im guessing one of the ppl they were chatting with worked there but was there for fun on an off day or so who looked like a man girl and came up to me and starting arguing with me. I started arguing back! My mother came and we all started arguing bc that man girl had absolutely nothing to do with it. The manager came out and spoke with my mom in her office concerning the behavior of their ignorant off day employee along with the GM who was there and also said he owned the place. Im sure nothing happened to that man chick bc my mom said the GM was a dimwit as well which makes sense as to why he would employ the most ignorant towards CS. This place is a rinky dink shack still trying to hold on to its past. They need to listen to Elsa and LET IT GOOOO!

This place is ran by children. Snotty, careless teenagers run the front desk and the rides. They play on their cell phones and barely acknowledge customers or monitor the rides. This place is a joke. Horrible...actually non-existent customer service. My daughter was injured on the go karts. Some other unruly guests were using them as BUMPER CARS when clearly it says on numerous signs not to do so. The staff was not paying attention and if they had been, my daughter would not have been rammed into TWICE by the same persons. The staff couldve kept a watchful eye but instead were not paying attention. If they had been, they couldve pulled the ones who were abusing the go karts. As a result, her knee is swollen and she is limping. We didnt feel the need to go to the ER last night but may have to take her to the doctor today as she is still in excruciating pain. When I went to the front desk, still no adult management was around. I asked for a refund and said we were leaving. They were not concerned AT ALL about her injury. They did not apologize nor ask her how she felt. All around crappy experience and I will NEVER be coming back. I will NEVER suggest it for a "fun" outing. The place shouldve been shut down years ago. Its worse than ever. Not to mention the obvious, it smells and its extremely dirty. Does anyone clean?????
