Glenwoodie is a great place to learn how to play golf. The outdoor areas and restaurant are very nice places to kick back and relax. Beautiful views of the green and geese can be seen from the deck just outside of the restaurant area. New golfers will love the place. Everyone is polite and friendly. From those on the course to the staff in the golf shop and restaurant facilities, it is a very welcoming environment. The banquet room is huge with captivating views of the outdoor area. The putting green and drive areas are very well maintained. There is also a casino game arcade (must be 21 and older to play) area for guests wishing to unwind after a game in the bar area. Glenwoodie is definitely worth a visit.

Course is in great condition, even after drought conditions in the early summer. Greens were sanded slightly, but they still were fast and true. Fairways were immaculate and pace of play was great. Back nine is much tougher than front nine. Watch out for 14 and 16, very tough holes for low handicappers.

Only get to play here a few times a year but always enjoy it. Well kept with a nice variety of holes. My only only gripe is that its seems to always be extremely windy when I do get the chance to play here. LOL!

The course was great. It was well kept. The rates were extremely reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this course to any of my Chicago friends.

Course was in GREAT SHAPE. Havent played there in a while. Pleasantly reunited with Glenwoodie. DEFINITELY will return. Clubhouse is beautiful.
