On Saturday April 30th our group of friends and family had planned to celebrate a birthday. We called ahead and made a reservation for two hours of bowling, on two lanes. There was a deposit that was paid over the phone as well. When we arrived we checked in and again verified two hours of bowling on the lanes we reserved. Everything was going great, the waitress was quick and efficient and the food was good. Suddenly our lanes began to flash that we only had ten minutes remaining and the waitress was handing out checks. Confused we told the waitress we weren’t leaving yet. All of us were going to bowl and then play laser tag. She said that we had two hours of bowling reserved but because we had two lanes, it was one hour on each lane. She also said that all we had to do was go to the desk and they could extend our time. The manager on duty would not extend our time because there was a wait. We were kicked off our lanes. No staff member, manager or otherwise, attempted to help us in any way. Our group of about 20 people instead ended up leaving HeyDey after about an hour. They did not try to keep our business and made excuses about the miscommunication being our fault. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they completely ruined our night. HeyDey lost out on all the money we would have spent in the establishment that night or any future night.

Will never go there. We wanted to have a family fun night and take my boyfriends kids bowling at hey day since sooner bowling was full. But I was told by the Manger since he cant fit into there size 18 shoes and he wears a 24 1/2. He couldnt bowl with our family since he couldnt "fit there shoes" or have his own "bowling shoes". We will never go there and I will be writing this review on every website I can. Its discrimination I will not be silent. Finding my man shoes is hard as it is but telling him he cant bowl with his family because he cant fit in shoes 6 1/2 size too little is ridiculous. Strange policy since no one else seems to have a problem with it except hey day. My daughters birthday is right around the corner and this is were she wanted her party but we will be going to Andy Alligators or chuck e cheese instead.

Service has mediocre lately. Quite a few times when I walk in theres no one at the front desk and I have to go find someone to get help. We went bowling last night upstairs, and our lane broke twice. We were moved to another lane, and then it broke. We asked for extra time to be added, which they said they would do. Then when there was about 15 minutes left I had to remind them to add the time back. For $50 to bowl for an hour I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness. The food was decent though, which helped save the experience. Although I was never offerred a refill on my Coke. Instead I had to walk up to the bar to get it. Sad to see it get this bad. We loved this place when it first opened.

My 8 year old loves this place! Weve done bowling and mini golf on two separate visits. Both of those activities were fun and well maintained. The only thing I was less than impressed with was staff disorganization on my more recent visit. We tried to do the ropes course in the arcade area, but were given vague directions by the front desk staff to go to the arcade desk. When we found it there was a confused line of people with no staff at the desk. My impatience got the better of me and we left rather than wait. So, as thanks for bringing him to Heyday at all, I got a lovely 30 minute pout from the boy. Thanks.

Went to the whiskey and scotch tasting for the first time yesterday. We had a great time and our host Jared was awesome! We were given some tasty hors doeuvres with our samplings. The place is very clean inside and out. Would love to do the whiskey tasting again but unfortunately they are moving the time to Fridays at 5:00 pm. After the phone we had yesterday we planned to attend these monthly but no we will be unable, so first and only for this couple. Who in the world is going to be able to make it there by 5:00 on a Friday night? Stupid move on their part.

First time at this place. I loved the fact that I was able to make reservation online with all the pertinent information. When I arrived everything was ready. Gentleman at the front desk answered all the the questions I had, very patiently and in detail. Our shoes were brought to us at the lane; a pleasant surprise! Food was average and was reasonably priced. Service personnel were very courteous and attentive. They didnt miss a beat. My family had a wonderful time, especially my young one. And that is why I gave this place 5 stars. Thank you!

This place was awesome! We had a successful date night with the assistance of Hey Day! We went bowling for an hour. Drinks were ice cold and our service was super awesome. Kandice was our server and she did an awesome job! The cost was as expected on a Saturday night...The bowling went smoothly for the most part. There were a few hiccups in get the balls back but the staff added time to our bowling for the delay. All in all we will return for some fun! Thank you Hey Day for being awesome! Respectfully, Bryan

We brought our office in for a luncheon and laser tag. A team building type thing. It was a very fun time! They have gluten free pizza, which I understand was very good. The staff was VERY helpful and great to us. This was our second time to do this at Heyday (the first was before the big remodel job they did). Both times have been great. We actually came back because some of our people suggested doing this place again. Highly recommend for both families and for office get togethers!

Poor communication. We traveled to Norman to visit friends for the evening. We brought along our dog since she is still young and cant hold her bladder for am extended time yet. While in town friends suggest HayDay To mini golf. We call ahead to be sure outside mini golf will allow our pup on a leash. They say its fine. We get there and they let us pay, then try telling us she must be a a service dog before she can enter any of the events. WOW. I was MAD. Not returning there.

The amount of fun you can have here is immense however the pricing is just not worth it. If you want to go bowling about 3 miles into Norman to sooner Lanes which is significantly cheaper Ive always found that laser tag is just paintballs Less Fun and this case almost as expensive cousin and the arcade features have nothing on places like Dave and Busters. However, if you are in Norman and want you have a good time in multiple places Heyday will fulfill that need.

This is a love hate relationship. First the love, the restaurant has good reasonable priced food (we ate the pizza) and the bowling alley is great. The hate, the arcade is fun and expensive. The coupon system will cost you a mint to get your kid a small stuffed toy. And you will have had a blast although it lasted about 4 minutes. Check the website for weekly discounts and special play days to save a ton. They also have a laser tag area but we did not try that.
