We arrived approximately about 8:30 on sunday to have a simple quick date night. We spoke with a lady at the front counter about purchasing rides, and stuff to have some fun. We could tell she was very untrained, and not prepared for customers. She was sweet, and we managed to get through it. After acquiring our card which had a 3 ride pass(6 rides total) for my gf and I, we went outside to check out the bumper boats, rock climbing, putt putt, bungee jump. Not a single attendant at each. There were a few attendants out by the gocarts, but that was it. We went back inside to inquire about the closing time, and they said they will be closing in an hour and a half. We thought it was weird for them to be so empty, so we asked if we could come back the following day. They said we had to ride everything same day. We explained nobody was out there in attendance of any of the attractions we were interested in, so we asked for our money back if we couldnt come back the following day. They said all sales were final, so we asked for a manager. We were met by a manager who was completely rude to us, and told us that there was an attendant at every ride. I politlely told him that I didnt want to say that he was lieing to us, but we just visited each attraction we were interested in, and not a soul out there. He did not want to give us our money back, and instructed that their were people there, and that he would walk us out to them. He did so aggressively, showing his back to us, and walking much faster than I can take (I have a prosthetic leg). On the way, he was radioing various employees to make sure they were there. I felt like he was putting on a show. He walks out and points at a person at the boats whom was definately not there previously, and the same for the following 3 attractions. He called someone over. He left us in a complete rude manner. When we did find employees to help us out, they were gracious and kind. We got to have even a little extra time. However, I think their management needs to be fired, frankly.

So Im gonna give you a detailed explanation from start to finish what happened to make us not so much love this place. So we came jn and we discovered a place that kind a looked rundown. I need to go to the restroom really bad so once we got him I really ran as fast as I could to the bathrooms. The bathrooms were very dirty and staff definitely had the time to clean it as some staff was just sitting there. We bought our wristbands and carts equaling a total of $500 for just 10 people. That is way too much. The first thing we did was go outside and do bumper boats. First of all they dont require little ones to wear lifejackets so when I tried to tell my little cousin he need to wear lifejacket The lady working bumper boats didnt say anything. The pool remembered Roats was very dirty seven out of 15 bumper boats didnt work. Then we went to go carts. Go carts are the only reason this review is getting out to stores instead of one star go karts work great and were very fine. Then we dated bungee jumping let me just start by saying this to make you feel very uncomfortable by making you stand on the scale and then the staff looks at it then points U2 a trampoline when I got laid she Chyna just looked up at me like I am. Then we went inside and played arcade games arcade games were fun but pricey then the prizes were not much of a variety. We were going to play laser tag Lady in the front told us it was included with our wristbands when we went upstairs to do laser tag the man said you have to pay seven more dollars to play. Food was OK pretty slow service though and staff wasnt very friendly. Made us feel very uncomfortable and made the experience unenjoyable

I took my family of 6 for one of my kids birthday. We arrived about 10:30 Saturday morning and it wasnt very busy so we started off with some arcade games. I bought $30 worth of tokens to get them going. I put 2 tokens in a skee ball game and NOTHING. The game didnt work. When explaining this to an employee, he blew us off. My youngest son who is 4 put tokens in a game and the same thing...NOTHING! My daughter put 4 tokens in a game that looks like the big wheel on the Price is Right and she won but the tickets didnt come out. Needless to say, the games are a complete waste and we would all be better off taking our kids to the dollar store and buying them toys from there rather than trying to win them cheaper versions from C.S. After we wasted $30 in tokens, we went to Laser tag. 3 different times I had to change my vest because they wouldnt work properly. It took us a good half hour before we could even start playing. We would have already left if it wasnt for the $200 we had spent in wristbands, food, and arcade games. Its a good place for kids who dont understand the value of a dollar, but for a parent, its a complete and utter RIP OFF!!!

Upon arrival here it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were even there in the building. Paid for the highest birthday package with outside access for guest and it rained out on the day of the party all they offered was a free laser tag game which i still didnt get. When i asked for manager to discuss the situation it was stated he wasnt available he had already left for the day and i wasnt offered a call back. Then i asked for an extra side of dressing and was advised that would be a separate charge everything is a extra. The place had dull lighting, no Customer service, broken games, games taking points with no play and it way to pricey for them not to give you all that we paid for . Had my childs party there but never again and wouldnt recommend having a party there unless you have no where else to host it.

No one works here. Seriously unclean. -1 star: 3 off-work employees could not notify on duty staff of customers wanting to spend money. -1 star: On duty employee walks past 6 customers standing at golf counter. When asked (did not volunteer to help), tells customers go to empty front counter, right past 3 off-work employees. -1 star: 3 uniformed employees fraternizing within view of waiting customers. One should have been mopping soda from the toilet floors instead of drying her uniform which she got wet in the bumper boats. 25 minute wait/search time for employees. Not worth the wait for 30 minutes of mini golf on feces-soiled, mulch-covered, trash-strewn greens. Entire place needs adult supervision.

We went for our 6th grade field. Brittany was a great organizer, she got the kids off the bus, banded and had cards handed out in a matter of minutes. A lot of variety for the kids, they loved it. The only complaint was the pizza, the all you can eat was included in our price, the dilemma was, pizza was not put out in a timely manner, kids had to wait, many who went back to play instead of wasting time waiting, then they would come back for pizza, and unfortunately it was gone again. We had several kids who did not eat. Also, drink canisters need to be labeled as to what type of drink it contains. So, other than food and drink, it was a fun place.
