They have a very good selection of items, run great sales, and generally have decent prices on products. They are somewhat more pricey, but sometimes Id rather get my products same day then wait for it in the mail. Plus, i like to go pet the rabbits, hamsters, and look at the other critters. The associated are always kind and friendly. If they dont know the answer to a question then they typically will go find out for you. And they carry Nutro products unlike anywhere else in the area.

The return policy is horrific. Just throw your money away if you want to return something. Either the staff knows nothing or wants to get into a "knowledge battle" with customers. If your fish dies, you get fish credit. I dont want fish credit I want my money back. It has to returned with a sample of your water within 72 hours. Then you can get another fish up that value. This store is all about money and keeping. Not about the customer.

It is a great store and they have a wide variety of supplies and fish! But their customer service is horrible, the younger crew are great and always willing to help but the older (and Im guessing managers and assistant managers) are rude and not involved at all! I will still go and shop there, but seriously the management needs to step it up!!

Nothing thier fish dies and they dont know nothing about the fish and its a waste of money I dealt with fish alot and never had so many problems with fish into I got them from here small business owner of pet stores I found is the best to get fish from they are healthy fish

Great pet store for general pet stuff. Pretty good overall selection. They have fish, dog, cat, bird and reptile stuff. A lot of pet shops lack something.
