Went to Fun Plex today and was very disappointed. To begin with the staff hassled us at the entrance because we had water and formula in our diaper bag for our baby... They literally wanted me to dump out her ready made bottle to bring it in empty... After searching all of our bags/purses... Later my husband went to take our 11 month old on the carousel and was told she couldnt ride because she doesnt have shoes on... Even though she doesnt walk on her own and was being carried and held... My husband then went with our other children to ride the roller coaster, and while waiting in line, and the coaster went around the upper bend... A giant bolt came off and fell to the ground in front of around 30 people... and the ride was never stopped to investigate where it came from... Take about a "Final Destination" moment...Then While I was sitting with the baby waiting for my family, I noticed that the safety railing was unbolted on one corner and every time someone would walk up or down the staircase, it would shake... I even took pictures of where the wood had rotted away and the bolt was exposed... Then, someones child had been hurt and had a bloody nose, and the First Aid booth had her tip her head back... Anyone with ANY first Aid training knows that is a no no... I also purchased a soft pretzel which was still cold inside...We also noticed that they added new cabana rentals... We were shocked to see that to rent a cabana for the day, they were charging $125... Its not even that much in Vegas, and you have your own personal waitress there! We wont be going back... They are more concerned with how much money they can rake in, than with safety and comfort of their guests...

I visited your property Tuesday, July 16th to mainly enjoy your waterpark but since it was the same price for the rides I decided to visit the roller coaster and the tilt-a-whirl rides. I was very disturbed as both employees on the coaster, both young men who did not seem happy to be there, were not friendly in any way, were both texting on there phone the entire time between loading and unloading passengers. I waited in line about 15 mins and watched them constantly on their phones. This is a HUGE safety issue as well as very POOR customer service. As I watch this morning on National News about the amusement park death on a coaster, I really became more frustrated that your park allows cell phones on employees while on the job. Im just sorry I waited so long to say something. Even though my visit was without incident, you MUST change your policy for phone use during work hours. I also headed over to the Tilt-a-Whirl after the coaster and that young man was texting as well. Please take this message seriously as I do not want to see you on the news some day and some young employee in a situation that could have been prevented. Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.

My family of 5 just went to Fun Plex and had a great time. They are running a Twilight Tuesday summer special where admission is only $9.41 (plus tax) for each person over two from 4pm-8pm. This worked great! My kids are all under 6 years old so we spent most of our time in the kids pool area, the new Makana Splash area, and the lazy river for our pool fun. They also rode some of the kid rides which never have a very long wait. They even have mini golf included in your admission price, but we skipped on this since it was 97 degrees out. The workers were all very helpful and friendly. The only minor thing we ran up against was that we were all pretty hungry around 6pm. This was mainly our own fault as we didnt eat enough before arriving at the park. I bought a cheeseburger meal deal ($9.75), a kids chicken nugget meal deal ($6.75), and a hot dog ($3.50) for us all to split. $20 is a bit excessive on the food, but it was decent and did the job holding us over until we left the park when it closed at 8pm. Overall, this is a no brainer for anyone this summer looking for a fun family outing.

Fun - Plex cares more about its corporate events than it does about local families. Today was the 3rd time we tried to go, but there was a corporate picnic, and they give you some 5 dollar off coupon which you can never use, because these corporate events. On that note, since they cater to these corporations, you would figure the price might be a little bit better, since they are closed to the public( local families) half the week. But my conclusion is although this place has great potential, they just dont care. The lifeguards are snooty wanna be models, the guys/girls running the rides seem bored and are on their phones constantly . Should be a great place but lacks a consideration for the general average american public. The hardworking middle class that needs a day off, not these corporate mongers stealing what should have been a fun day for FAMILIES.

Went today because of a coupon they sent around to local households. Putt putt was actually a decent little course, fun. Go-karts was full of early teen girls that were swerving violently at me attempting to hit me and my gf. The woman working the go-karts obviously didnt care at all and with the cheesy little waiststraps in those things it could honestly be a safety issue at some point if they actually manage to hit someone as hard as the kids were trying. Complained to the manager, he stared at me blankly, no apology, no refund... just a vacant stare. TLDR this place is run down and full of rude staff and kids who obviously arent paying but somehow get to ride and attempt to hit paying customers.

I went there Thursday with a buddy. They kicked us out of the wave pool when it started lightening. And they didnt give us a rain day pass for another day, Im very disappointed in the greedy way they do business. And all of your other attractions was closed too. The only attractions that was running was the kiddies rides. And see how the owner treats people, he or she said Im sorry the weather wasnt perfect. I did not ask for perfect whether, but if youre going to kick all of your customers off all of your attractions for a hour you think you would give them another opportunity to enjoy your parks on another day. And all of your attractions was closed for more than a hour.

I am a Sr citizens, but not yet 65. I wanted to bring my daughter and her 2 kids ages 3 and 1, but its just not affordable for me. I guess its only for the rich. 80.00 for an all day pass? These kids would never be able to stay for a full day. So Im thinking 80.00 for 4-5 hours is a lot of money. I hope that someday, older people and very young children will be considered for the shorter day they spend there. In my day, we had Peony Park. 20.00 got me in for both days Saturday and Sunday, and money left over for snacks and rides. I will have to find somewhere else to take my little people. Im sorry I cant bring them to fun plex.
