Horrible customer service. We were told we could not jump with our 2 and 3 1/2 year old because we were on the under 7 trampoline area. The "family" jump area was clearly marked dodgeball and there were MANY adults and over eight year olds playing dodgeball on it. Completely unsuitable for my kids age range. My daughter wouldnt play without me so we were told by the manager, " the rules are different when its busy, so the family jump becomes dodgeball." Leaving no family jump area. So we waisted our time and had to leave because there wasnt an area for my kids to play. I read all the rules before going in, literally nothing said adults could not jump with their children. We werent being insane (we were jumping with toddlers) and there was only one other parent and kid on the trampoline who also were asked to not be on it. Terrible customer service and rules. It was a horrible experience.

Took the nephew and niece there and it was pretty crowded for a thursday at 4pm but it dies down at around 5pm. We were literally the only ones in there which waw still fun. The only gripe is the employees are all in the front and not around the concession stand. I dont see how 3 employees are allowed to sit together while the business is running. I had to get change 2 times up in the front and then when then kids wanted ice cream we went up to the front again to pay. I am a business owner too so it actually irked me to see a potentially great business marred by an inpetitude in management or just a lack of care. We will be coming back but the customer service hopefully will improve. Its not as big of a deal as a restaurant or other customer service oriented business but it could definitely be better.

Staff was friendly but the place was filthy. There is dust, dirt, and small debris from anything and everything piled up in corners, against walls, and embedded in the carpet. Trust me, this is weeks of neglect. Im a mom who is happy to allow her children to get dirty, but this was the kind of dirt no mom wants to clean out of crevices. No sanitary wipes are available, so if you do go, bring something to wipe off your kiddos feet or keep the socks on! Overall, the kids had fun. There is more opportunity for older kids to engage with each other through basketball, dodgeball, etc, but my 5 year old had only a moderate area to jump and one bouncy slide, so he wasn t quite as satisfied as my oldest was.

NASTY, this place is in shambles, we were there and it was freezing inside, no heat on, dirty, smelled like it was abandoned, the food court was "open" but really they just offered soda and candy and there was no attendant, the facility is tiny and there is only ONE SLIDE for the little ones, what a joke! to add insult to injury the next day both my kids felt sick and of course I took them to the pediatrician and they were diagnosed with Strep, we had been on vacation so I know it was not from school, stay away, they need a serious clean and remodel, what a shame.

I was kind of underwhelmed. My niece seemed to enjoy it, but after 10 min, there really wasnt much else to do. Having never been to a trampoline park before, I expected there to be much more of a variety of trampoline diversity there. Essentially there are only long trampolines which tilt upwards at the ends, dodge ball, some basketball hoops, and a couple bounce house things that just seemed really cheap to me. Kids under 7 and people with gymnast experience love it, Im sure, but just an average Joe like me was over it within a half hour.

I recently went to Cosmic Jump in Allen, with low expectations. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised!! The place was filled with a positive vibe and was all around a great environment. The employees were wonderful, being very patient with a new time customer, and it was obvious that it is VERY well managed. The place it self was extremely clean and very well maintained. This is an establishment I would definitely recommend and am completely comfortable taking my nephew to. 5 star all the way!!

I bought a groupon for the park after viewing it online conducting research for my daughters party! I was highly disappointed with how the park was ran and how it looked vs. the online image. It isnt nearly as safe/structured as Flight Deck, with children running wild for lack of a better word. They have cheap tables to sit out or you can sit on a badly upholstered couch. In addition, the venue just isnt clean. My daughters had a blast, but I am tempted to not return and utilize our remaining vouchers!

Went with high expectation. Well, I felt so out of place when I went with friends to try something new. It felt like I walked in a Disney channel program with all the kids. I dont recommen it for 20 somethings experimenting new things for fun. I took my daugther later that week & she enjoyed it. Nice for me cause she exhausted all her energy. Great for kids. Not for adults. No military discounts. Not surprising because I doubt Navy Lt. Commanders ask for discounts (LOL)

Great place for parties. Affordable. Very clean considering there are kids running around everywhere. The staff had trouble executing in staff communication skills, on my visit. I give them a pass on this since the service recieved once they sorted things out was fantastic. Maybe I was there on a bad day, and mistakes happen. It is all about how you handle a problem, and they shined. It wouldnt stop me from booking a party again. Im sure my family will return.

They did not monitor the children very much however I do appreciate that they have more areas for smaller children. Ive been to 2 other trampoline parks and both of those only had a limited area for children under 7. This place has a regular trampoline part for them, a slam dunk part and an inflatable slide. The only down side is that the 3 areas were all very separated so we ended up having to walk back and forth across the facility multiple times.

Only teens around and not very watchful of the kids. For instance, they have a monitor watching the 8 and over dodge ball area but my 3 year old managed to climb inside. Monitor either didnt see him out didnt stop him. My hubby had momentarily lost him in the chaos. He saw him but before he could get him down, he got knocked down by a big kid. Still nothing from the monitor. Thankfully soon not hurt. Would go back but need to be very watchful.

Went with my cousin and it was trash. Dodgeball court was tiny, the trampoline court was tiny, it was mostly dirty, and they didnt even have a foam pit. Recommend going to the Jumpstreet in Allen. They have a decent foam pit, a huge trampoline area, mechanical bull, and a little kids area that is big. The rating is 4.0/5 for jumpstreet.
