My kiddo has been to this place before with his mom. Usually, on a weekend, it was packed with kids. This trip was on a Tuesday. For a little bit of time it was just the two of us. While sitting at the front counter, filling out the release form, theres a sign there that has pricing on it, so you glance at it. Turns out the pricing on it is for GROUP events, so dont pay attention to it. After sitting there, with no one else around customer wise, we get up and immediately go to the front counter to pay. They have some trouble looking us up. We would LITERALLY be the last people to enter a form in their system. Then you are automatically charged for 2 hours, each. Then it gets weird. We had an employee follow us around. My kid just turned 5 and went to the part he used to play on. I joined him and then was told "no adults here". I look around, no sign saying that. We move to a different spot. Dude follows us there. Were playing around and hes the employee is watching us and kind of bouncing on his side. Its awkward AF. Just this guy, standing there, watching you and your kid play. I say "you know, we signed a release form basically saying anything that happens is on us, so do you need to be here, watching?" "Yeah" "Is it as awkward for you as it is us?" "Yeah" I mention to him a sizable (2 inches tall by 3-4 inches wide) hole in one of the trampolines. Nothing done to it to keep it from tearing more, no tape around it to draw your attention to it. Just the sort of thing that a small kid, size one or two shoe, could do significant damage to themselves just, you know, bouncing around. "You have a hole over here" "Yeah, we know" "You do? Are you going to fix it or at least protect it?" (Shrugs) We move to dodgeball. At lease here, the guy does engage the kid in some play. Still, having your every move with your kid escorted is just messed up feeling. We move on to the foam block pit. At this point, weve been here 20 minutes. Jump into the foam block pit and the fun part is getting out. We have a new attendant with us now. Hes watching the women that work there and playing with the rope you can swing in on or with which you can pull yourself out. At one point my kid is stuck. I try to pass the rope to him. The guy grabs the rope and starts sending it around my kid in circles, out of his reach. I try to get the rope back saying, "Hey, I got this" and he pulls the rope away from me. Doesnt say a word. I finally pull my kid out by hand. Another time my kid asks him for the rope and he ignores him entirely. If hes supposed to be paying attention to us, his mind is elsewhere. At this point, awkward has gone out the window. Im holding back the urge to slap this mother***** across the head. I coach my kid into getting out. Dude, again, just stands there rather than be helpful. We bail the foam pit. He plays on the kiddo area. Original guy is now back and throws some balls with my kid. Original guy is bounding around on the trampoline with my kid. Im trying to figure out why I cant. Still, no one sharing the space with us. Bounce house, video game, weve killed 45 min of 2 hours paid. My kid starts interacting with a mom/daughter combo that has arrived. I stand back and let him. Were on the big trampolines now and indifferent dude is back. After about 15 minutes, the mom/daughter go and its the two of us again. We bounce around for 5 minutes or so and then I try to do a sit bounce rebound thing and fail and so Im basically sitting. My kid bounces over and sits and I ask him what he wants to do next. "blur blur" I think I hear someone saying something I look around and its indifferent guy "blur up" The musics loud (yeah, not only is it quite loud for an empty building, but at one point, with 3 less than 5 year old kids, the song playing is about sex and drinking) so I say "excuse me?" "Stand up" "Is there something wrong?" "Stand up" "Are we out of time?" "Stand up" No signs, no nothing. So we did. We left. Management didnt care to hear why. Offered a coupon. Ha!

jumpstreet is a really fun place! and I love going there to tumble. my issue with jumpstreet is the staff. the staff are often rude and they talk about the people jumping... and sometimes they talk about the other guest to the guest! also, the kids area isnt managed very well so there is often lots of little kids running around on the big trampolines. lastly, if you want to tumble, jumpstreet is not the place!!!!!! the staff often talk about te people tumbling. and theres always a lot of people running from trampoline to trampoline. advice for jumpstreet- either add a trampoline it make a trampoline just for people who want to tumble! it would be so much safer for the tumblers and the other guest around them! but overall, jumpstreet is a fun place!

Long story short I pay for my visit with a $100 cashier doesnt check it just hands me my change. I leave with my family to go out to eat after jumping around for all of 30 mins (jump street is all hype) I try to pay with the change the cashier gave me and the cashier where Im eating tells me the $50 dollar bill is fake! I call back they tell me oh sure we can give you your money back. The manager Ben then calls me back after that conversation and tells me the GM informed him he cant give me my money back because there is no way of knowing if that was the same bill given to me....smh needless to say Im out of $50 bucks now! That was my first and LAST time visiting honestly dont see how this place got some many good reviews.

Kid wanted to go here instead of plano location due to reviews. I heard the Dallas location is smaller but it still has stuff for small kids to do too. My kid liked the Dodge ball and regular trampoline area. I watched some of the bigger kids (high school/college) try the bull. It was interesting watching the kids do flips etc. In the general areas, the heavy folks do need to watch out for the little ones or else they would bounce them wildly. Note, there is an area restricted for small kids only (no parents) which makes it safer. It is good place for an hour or two. I saw a birthday party.

I didnt like it my kids had fun on the games but my pizza was order from somewhere else we left away from the table not even for a second and they put our food and drinks in the trash the female workers had bad attitudes and we noticed that we paid but the friends of the employees didnt have to pay they got on the games for free then when we asked them to replace the drinks that was put in the trash that wasnt drunk out of one of the female workers got upset but I must say the male workers all was kind to me the kids and my husband the bathroom was nasty but my kids had fun

I want to give a BIG shout out to Christopher who helped my brother Ryan while he was trying to pass the obstacle course! Not only that but both him and Zach from the front desk were very attentive as well as everyone else in the staff. Coming from a person who use to work with kids, I know how hard it can be on the workers to stay focused, but these guys were amazing, they made my brothers night a fun time. The place is clean, calm and calm, especially on a Saturday night like today. Thanks Jumpstreet staff!
