I will highly recommend this place.......We were in miami for few days for a quick vacation and had a tour booked at another location which they end up cancel it at the last minute with no reason and wanted us to reschedule. Which missed up our evening because we were really looking for it and we were leaving miami in the morning. My brother started looking around and we came across this location and I believe his name was andree. This guy was amazing...not only he match the price to get us a good deal but he also waited for us to show up and took care of us after hours...That is called great customer service.. not only that...He had a great attitude while he took care of us and flew us through Miami. He really came through and made our night.!!! Thank you so much and keep it up. :)

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver lendroit exact mais nous y sommes parvenu et on nous a assuré que le problème était en cours de résolution ; je dirais que cest le seul point négatif notable. Laccueil y était chaleureux et le survol de Miami était une expérience unique. Nous avons passé un super moment en compagnie de Matt qui commentait en direct les différents lieux survolés.

Tive a oportunidade de fazer 3 vôos com a Miami Planes Tour, e posso afirmar que é a melhor experiência para quem quer aproveitar ao máximo sua estada nesta cidade. O piloto Cmte Matheus deu várias dicas, e proporcionou um excelente vôo panorâmico sobre os principais pontos turísticos. Dentro de um Cessna 150, ou de um helicóptero R44, a emoção é garantida!

I made this reservation as a surprise birthday gift for my husband and we were both very satisfied with the experience. I did some research competing different companies and chose Miami Plane Tours due to its previous reviews and reasonable price. Matt was friendly and helpful in the making of the reservation, as I had a few questions and concerns about the tour. Once on the plane Matt was able to adjust the plane height, speed, view etc to our liking and made the ride very enjoyable with conversation. The tour was just long enough to enjoy the beautiful views of the coast, not feeling too short leaving us wanting to see more. It was an exciting experience that we will definitely do again with Miami Plane Tours!

We originally booked a plane tour but after discussing my photography needs and the flexibility a helicopter offers, we switch to it and extended our tour to Key Biscayne. It was just my wife and my toddler son and we had a whole helicopter to ourselves. Which turns into a private tour and you literally have your own private helicopter for 50 mins. The pilot was good and will pretty much go adjust the tour to do what you want. Highly recommended.

It was very cool to be with the boys from MPT. The plane was very clean and everything was doing well (lol). But the most important thing was the pilot. Matt is a professional who has experience, also a educated guy who made us laught during all the way down to Miami.
