The karts are faster than expected and handle better than expected. I have not been on any kart this fast in Wichita, The Alley is s.l.o.w. compared to these karts! The pricing is high compared to the Dallas market for karting which is where we moved from. But with having the karts they do they can charge it and I didnt mind paying it after we had raced. My only issue where the race "officials".... The greeter that gave our pre-race talk, and the guy behind the pc that gave us our kart numbers were both on track and very friendly. However the on-track "official" refused to give yellow flags to drivers that spun out repeatedly, which caused drivers to have to slam on brakes and choose to hit the wall or the kart. The track is designed well for timed racing, but there is only 1-2 safe spots to make a pass without running someone into the wall. There is a flag to waive people over who are driving slower, however when that "official" is busy texting or facebooking on his phone instead of watching the track..... nobody had to give way; producing a much slower race and several times had multiple karts backed up. Multiple times driving past his station I was driving with one hand, waiving at him because I was crowding the car in front of me and didnt want to spin them. The phone was too important...... We did become members, so we will be back, if the "officials" have improved, I will have no problem coming back and changing my rating to 5 stars.

100% will go again! To start with, I HIGHLY recommend getting the membership. Its like $5/year/person, but youre guaranteed to save money if you race more than once! There are two things that were super important to my experience, and probably to other people, too. First off, dont wear flip flops! They totally allow you to wear them, but my boyfriend and I both had trouble with the pedals while wearing them. Second, Im a big person. Im about 6ft when I dont slouch, and Ive got a good amount of fat on me. At other places that have any kind of go-karts, the restraints are usually either too small for me and I am left either unable to participate or having to go without being properly buckled in. The restraints on these karts fit me with room to spare. Also, this place seriously has some of the nicest people that Ive met recently. Everyone was AMAZING! I think I was visibly nervous about the race, and the staff was great about being positive and informative, which was honestly really comforting. I hit a few walls pretty hard and someone came over to check to make sure I was okay. After the race, another wonderful employee noticed we were trying to take a group picture and offered to take it for us. Tl;dr - establishment, people, and karts are top notch. 10/10 recommend to all my friends!

Feb 15. Its 9:15pm and the sign says open until 10pm. We stood at the window and 2 employees looked at us then walked over and began turning out the lights. Guess this place doesnt want to earn money or doesnt want our business. There were 7 of us willing to pay the $20 per person to have some fun before they closed. I am XTREMEly disappointed. They looked right at us and shut the lights off ON US. They will not be getting our business again unless theres an apology directed to the 7 of us. It is now 9:30 and we are leaving. Wow we are very hurt as we have been faithful customers in the past. Those employees need some serious training on what time they should close. We saw them go under a garage-looking door and smoke something. Hope theyre drug-tested occasionally. We were there an hour prior to closing. So sad. We called several times and they let it go to an automated voice message that you cant leave a voicemail on. I wish I could give them 0 stars for the way we were treated. Not going back here. LazerQuest next door is much more friendly and accomadating. Thanks for saving us hundred of dollars Xtreme Racing. They wont be around much longer with the reviews Ive read. Good luck.

My wife and I joined as members in October of 2016 for $5 dollars and went at least twice a month for awhile. My wifes birthday was in February of this year and we returned for the first time since December. The membership we bought entitled her to a free race on her birthday but upon arrival we were informed that they had done away with that provision. The staff wouldnt honor the grandfathered membership and seemed flustered that we had even asked. They also told us about the new $5 dollar helmet fee on top of the race purchase. With membership we used to pay $16 per race with gear included but now its about $20+ The carts used to be so smooth and handled very well but after having heavy/large people sit in them you can tell theyve been damaged. My cart wouldnt stop wobbling even while driving in a straight line. We used to really enjoy going here but Im sad to say February 2017 will be our last visit.

Been two times. The carts are great/fast. The staff is good. However there are too many people on the track during a race. Our first trip was fun. The 2nd visit was horrible and an utter waste of money/time. There was a group of guys who repeatedly rammed everyone whenever there was a turn and the people in front would slow down (not even braking just taking your foot off the gas) for a turn. This caused race stoppage repeatedly and made the entire experience so bad that my friend even said they would never come back. There are numerous signs that state NO BUMPING. Bumping is a part of racing but simply ramming into the back/side of a racer in front of you at full speed at a turn is not racing. When people do this the staff need to warn the person(s) and if it happens again remove them from the race. Not doing so ruined what should have been a fun (all be it expensive) night out.

I tried to book a birthday party for my 14 year old son and after emailing twice to reserve I called again and was told that is considered an adult birthday party and that will cost $550 ($200 more than 6-11 yr olds). I proceeded to book the bachelor party for $400 and was denied by the manager Chris and was offered $48 for each racer for 3 races. Then Chris states a different price that I was told by the employee of $450 for a 14 yr old birthday. Ok so I asked if his owner would be happy losing $400 of business at a slow time of 1pm on Saturday and Chris said he cant do it. I hung up the phone and here I am saving $400. Thanks Extreme Racing the the Extreme Savings by NOT going there!

After purchasing 2 races at 3pm on a Saturday and being told we should be on the track in an hour, we then returned at 5:15 to be asked to wait another 30 minutes. After being told we wouldnt be seen until 6, we asked for a refund. It turns out a few of the staff have been known to let those they know cut many other groups ahead of them, we saw a group racing that pulled in when we were leaving the first time without a reservation. Simply put, Im sure its a pleasant experience, but If youre not a regular, expect to wait till close to race cause theyre perfectly okay with keeping just the customers they currently have.
