I like the open feel of the entrance of the theatre. I like that you can get tickets and food ....just like the $1 movie theatre I go to. I like their NCG movie goer card. I also like that they accept the entertainment book coupons for free popcorn refills. I like the clean bathrooms and theatre. I like the seats. The seat leans a bit back which helps if you have to sit in the front rows. I like that the theatre is not too big. I do not like that parking fill up quickly. Customer service overall is good at times. I notice a large section of the first row floor had spilled drink. I assumed it may have been overlooked by cleaning crew when the last movie finished. So I requested a clean up since the theatre was almost full and the movie was going to start in 10 minutes. They took their time and I went back again to confirm, although polite ...the row was going to be a distraction to the rest of movie goers because most of the front people could not sit down until clean up. No one wants to buy a ticket and sit in the middle of soda spills...lol..it was taken care of. I always had great experience at NCG. It is a best kept deal where not too many people know about it yet.

This theater is clean and well maintained. They have good deals on popcorn and drinks, the the Coke machine that gives you like, a hundred options. Free refills on drinks and popcorn, including the slushies. They have flavorings to top your popcorn with and tons of snack and candy options. They even have Sensory showings once a month for kids with disabilities or behavior issues, or those too young to behave in a regular showing! They leave the lights up a little and lower the volume on the speakers. $2 Tuesday means $2 for drinks, popcorn, and candy, and matinee priced tickets all day and night. Pick up a rewards card to earn free drinks and popcorn. I just got my second free large popcorn and drink! The only thing I dont like is how LOUD the hand-dryers are in the bathroom. My son and I do not like loud noises, and the dryers scare him. Other than that, everything is great. They even compd us some tickets once when my son couldnt sit through a movie without being disruptive. They said, "come back next week as a couple instead" and just handed us two free tickets! Excellent service!

Im a big fan of NCG theaters, they keep them clean, have great roomy seat, and the theaters are a perfect size, not too big and not too small. You also get any salt toppings for popcorn for free, unlike AMC or Regal. Free popcorn & drink refills as well. Great clear picture quality. The only issue I have been noticing at this location is that they regularly start the previews & movie 10 to even 15 mintues after the listing time. It is so regular now that i dont even worry about walking in 10 mintues late because i know the previews will not have even started yet. The first time this happened, we sat there for 20 minutes watching the preroll ads. I went out to tell the ticket guy that they forgot to start the movie and they said, "no the movie will be on shortly and that they had started the preroll ads late so the movie is running late" . I guess this could be a good thing or bad thing depending on if you tend to run early or late to the movies, but im sure it annoys more people than not.

I used to really like this place and especially the way you get tickets and snacks all in one transaction. Seems much faster this way. But they recently switched to those time wasting, always malfunctioning, touchscreen Coke machines and actually eliminated some of the drink options in the process. Switch back to a "normal" soda bar and bring back tea..... Will probably not be headed back if they keep those things in there. When busy these machines create a line due to the nature of how they work. Example... -Traditional soda fountain - You can actually be filling ice in one cup while filling soda in one or more other cups at the same time. Fast and easy. -New touchscreen Coke machine - You can only fill ice THEN fill the soda in ONE cup at a time. Then for the next you have to change the option through the touchscreen if you arent doing the same thing. Takes longer with larger families. Have also noticed the new units leave a trace of flavor from the previous drink chosen.

tried to watch Spider-Man homecoming but it cut off on us. Only a viewer watching the movie came and told us they would try and fix it (no employee). It came back on only to shut off again. Didnt see the last 30 min of movie and waited 30 min for it to come back on and it still didnt come back on. The worst part is I asked for a manager to get a refund. The person I spoke to had bad customer service skills, said there was nothing she could do. That they dont do refunds only credit. I had to ask for corporate number and hopefully they will give me a refund. i was so upset leaving there because I couldnt watch the movie I paid for, and they didnt want to help anyone by basic customer service... come in, reassure your customers that you are trying to make everything right, and show basic concern (which there was none).

Used to love this theater and I would go every week on $6 Tuesdays. This past Tuesday my family and I went to see "Finding Dory". As soon as the movie started it was obvious that someone had calibrated the audio wrong. The background sounds were so loud that you could hardly hear the characters talking. Furthermore, there were kids yelling, talking loudly, and flat out running all over the theater. Multiple people complained about both of these issues (myself included) and NOTHING was done. Audio stayed bad, no one came to quiet down the obnoxious families, and I got to spend the whole movie with a kid kicking my seat despite asking him to stop multiple times. My kid hardly got to enjoy the movie because he couldnt focus on it due to the rambunctious children and he could hardly hear the film anyway. Wont be back.

Im not a huge fan of movie theatres. I find everything is super over priced and I just simply prefer watching movies at home. This theatre is one of the better ones though. The quality of the film is much higher than some Ive been to (theyve obviously upgraded in the past few years) and the surround sound is on par. The seats have a semi reclining feature which is nice, but all of them seemed to be super squecky anytime they moved which was quite annoying. They also didnt have excellent back support and were very low to the ground, making it difficult to sit through an entire movie. Im also used to better food options and craft beer at the movie theatres. This one only serves things I dont eat, which lost them money (popcorn, candy, hotdogs and soda). Wont be back to this location as a result.

Love it!! Escuchaba decir que era muy bueno, la verdad es que yo solo iva a los Cinema Regal solamente pero por horarios fuimos a NCG en Marietta y la verdad nos encanto!!! Desde ese dia es nuestro cinema esta super limpio el personal es amigable, los precios fenomenales y los refrescos y popcorn son ilimitados!!
