Terrible experience. Long lines, poor service, overpriced ($32 for adults and $12 just to go in and observe). The wave pool is cramped and the waves last 2 minutes and come only every 15 minutes. We stood in line for 30 minutes to ride the Mach 1 (the only ride that doesnt require a tube) and when we finally reached the top, they told us the ride had closed. After some stupor from the lifeguards, they told us someone was coming with tubes for everyone so we could ride one of the other rides. After another 15 minutes of waiting, ONE lifeguard showed up with ONE SINGLE tube... And then stayed at the top instead of going back to bring any more up for everyone else. In an effort to do what I could to help the situation, I ran to the bottom and grabbed four double tubes and lugged them all the way back up for everyone in front of us, only to be told that the Mach 1 had magically reopened... People started riding again, and when I got up to the ride, they told me I couldnt ride because of two 1/4 inch diameter rivets on my swimsuit. My options were to cut them out (they pointed to scissors) or pay $5 dollars (which I would of course have in my wet swimsuit pockets just for such an emergency). Or, I could ride one of the tube rides. I suggested they put a sign about this at the entrance to either the ride or the park. They said they do, referring to a sign at the entrance of the ride saying that no one can ride any rides if they have any metal ornamentation on their swimsuits, which obviously includes tiny plastic rings in the back pocket of your swimsuits and only means the Mach 1, but doesnt apply to the other rides. I went down the Tail Spin instead which, while more interesting than the Sonic Boom, still almost rocked me to sleep it was so boring. Considering we paid $32 a person and then spent more than half the time waiting in line and the rest of the time doing the lifeguards job for them, I want a refund.

I just wanted it know that while my husband and 3 grandchildren enjoyed your park the other day. Your prices are outragous. If the children were a bit older I would have turned around and left. 10.00 to stand around and help watch 3 children under 10. Who all had to pay the adult price because they were tall enough. Are you kidding me. They went down the slide twice we were there for a total of 2 hours. Young children have very short attention span. It would have been one thing if they were lets say 12. Then I had to pay full price myself so I could be in the pool with them to do the job of the guards you pay. So my husband and I had to pay to do the jobs you pay somebody else to do. Um. Really felt to me like you were taking advantage of both the height and age rule so you could make more money. 126.00 for two hours of swimming. Next time.Ill just go to the YMCA! Absolutely rediculaous!

One of the only indoor water parks in the state of Oregon! and lets say, this is a really fun attraction to go to. Other than its location, this place is perfect. Based off of the history for evergreens cargo jets, this place really speaks its theme. Especially with the Boeing 747 on the top of the roof! There are many pieces of history spread out in this place, as well as a big monitor at the end of the wave pool for viewing, every once in a while there are small quizs and other fun things that pop up on the display for some aviation learning, and so much more! The food here, is just kinda ehh. The chicken here is pretty bland, and it takes a little while for you to get your food. Apart from that one thing, and the fact that I live over an hour away from this attraction, I would be here everyday!!!

If you go with modest expectations, and children from 2-12, theyll probably have a good enough time. Dont expect older teenagers to be that impressed with the thrill factor of the slides. I went on a BOGO Monday, but Im not sure Id pay full price. The airplane theme is kinda cool. Lines for the slides are long, and can take 20-30 mins even if it looks like there is no line from the bottom. The Milky Way Cafe is horribly disorganized with mediocre food. We waited over an hour for our food, and they still got the order wrong. Youll get better food faster and cheaper if you just leave for lunch and come back. Overall, my toddlers had a good time, but I dont think its worth the premium price over your standard rec center, like the SHARC in Hillsboro.

Bad experience... water park was alright and brought my girlfriend but when they closed down the slides because someone got hurt, we understood completely. we had only been inside an hour so we left and when we called a day or so after about being allowed to come back to go on all the slides, they said they would call me back. A week later nothing. So I called them again and they said We would not be allowed to come back to be able to go on the rest of the slides. We would have to pay admission again..... a little upset you could say.... never would recommend because of this reason. We as customers understand things like this happen but this was not handled properly. Will never go back

High prices, Fun place....BUT thats where it ends..The wave pool was broken. And the workers where grumpy and not happy to be serving the public. A lady huffed at the cafe from only asking cream for coffee. Employees arent happy with their jobs...A kid even fell in hit her head and it took forever to get a staff person to check her out. Unacceptable. I called the morning of arriving and explained to them that I had a diet restrictions and couldnt eat the food they were providing at the cafe. Asked for permission to bring my own food knowing the other 6 people with us were buying their food... NO was the answer ....

Whole park was shutdown early at 3pm due to a maintenance issue. We were disappointed driving over and hour to get here at 1:30pm. First time visit for the family. We did get a refund after we declined the voucher. I thought asking for a souvenir cup for the disappointment was reasonable. Staff person was extremely rude and sternly said "no, you already got a refund". At that point I decided not to ask about the $7 locker I rented. Its unfortunate, seems like a nice place. A little customer service goes a long way. The guy that refunded the money was very apologetic and polite.

It was fun but really expensive for what it is and the food is to high. My kids had fun but will go to Clackamas aquatic park much cheaper. In the end I went to go change and there was a boy 12 or13 waiting in there where your suppose to change and his mom was in the shower. They have family dressing room if you need it. I went out and told them theres a 12 or 13 year old boy in there where I have to change and get naked. They told me theres no age limit for the womens bathroom so anyone can go in there and they just went back to what there doing. I wont go back.
