my wife and I love this theatre, the seats dont recline much but are MUCH more comfortable regardless, compared to other area theatres weve tried, the staff is always friendly LOL at the people giving low stars becuase they couldnt use the restroom without a ticket - duh, the restrooms are AFTER the ticket taker, by the theatres themselves. Why would they just let you in? Doofus. And the guy complaining his truck got broken into - well, it happens, and you probably had stuff sitting out in view. Thats not the theatres fault and no reason to blame them My god people are dumb nowadays And the person complaining about them showing a PG-13 movie that was full of sex, that ALSO isnt the theatres fault! Do your research, MANY PG-13 movies these days are full of skin and violence, its gotten worse. Has nothing to do with the THEATRE YOU IDIOTS. READ UP about the movie BEFORE you go to it! AND if you are worried about inapproprate previews, then wait to come until about 15 minutes AFTER the movie start time. Thats about how long the previews last before the movies actually start Take some personal responsibility and stop blaming everyone else for bad things that happen to you. From what I see in these reviews, its the customers that suck, not the theatre.

Was in the area for work (not from here). Decided to see a movie on my down time. Walked to the theatre from where I was staying. I got there and was decided what I wanted to see (I was a little early). I walked inside to use the restroom while I was deciding. A worker inside told me that I couldnt use the restroom until after I bought a ticket and he had an attitude about it. Needless to say I left. Im not giving them my money if they dont appreciate my business. No wonder I was the only customer there. And no wonder there were people outside the place protesting the cinema. These two things shouldve been a sign to avoid the place when I first arrived. Go elsewhere.

The previews were so loud it was uncomfortable to sit through. We asked the staff to adjust the sound before the movie started, which they did. When the movie began it was almost too quiet to understand the dialogue. We talked to the staff again and were told the previews are always way louder than the actual movie. Im not sure why they didnt tell us this the first time. It was almost halfway through the movie before they got the volume adjusted to a reasonable level. Also, as a tall individual (64") I found the seats to be very uncomfortable. So, despite the staffs attempt at being helpful, I doubt well be returning.

Im an Avid movie goer and this is considerably a good venue with friendly staff. One thing I noticed in one of their smaller theatres is that they dont have reclining seats which makes it less comfortable. I Understand Archies frustration but the worker was simply following instructions of a corporate company.If a person from the street walked in to use the restrooms with out purchasing a ticket falls and hurt himself then its a liability for the venue, when you buy a ticket then your covered by law in case of an accident. Thats why most business post restrooms are for customers only.

I am so busy with working 10 hour shifts in Night Watch, 40 hours a week, and continues travel time! Every Sunday, I can finally sleep all day! The best part is waking up, having a cup coffee, and checking online on whats showing tonight. I only pay $5.25 on Sundays and only walk 5 minutes away to Regal Cinemas. I have been going to movies at this location for years with no problems. As a follow up I just wanted to say I fully understand why they would not let Archie use the restroom unless he bought a ticket. The restrooms are for the theater customers and if you can walk in to the restrooms, there is nothing to prevent that person from just walking into any theater they want without paying. In fact I would be surprised if any movie theater would allow this. I am not suggesting you would have done this...

This place is really fun. It really brings me back to great memories from growing up in the 90s. I really have no complaints. They dont have the newest, greatest, most high tech screens or auditoriums but its easy to get in and out, in a convenient location, and all the people who work there are nice. The screens are fine and the audio is actually great. If you want a touch of the 90s and dont need fancy seats or food served at your seat, this is a fine place.

I wish the previews and videos before the PG - 13 movies werent so sexually provacative, particularily during a matinee, during spring break. It seems like the theatre is not taking into consideration their target audience for the time slot. We probably wont come back to this location for a matinee again. Watching half naked girls dancing and songs that are all about sex with my 13 year old twins right after lunch is just, inexcusable.

I have been going to this place for years. The parking is great, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is a fun place to spend a few hours watching a movie. The floors are clean and they are always patrolling the area taking care of business. They even have a guy outside to watch the cars during the busy season. Great place!! strongly recommend!

Got my truck broken into here and after talking to the police he said there is a huge theft problem at the theater. I asked the manager to see the security footage of the parking lot and he refused to show me. There used to be a security guard that walked around but it seems like they got rid of them. I will never go back to this theater.

This was only my second or third time to visit the Stark Street Regal. As with all that I have visited the lobby, concession, and restroom areas were squared away as usual. Always the cherry on top of my movie going experience is the staff. They were awesome. I do enjoy a friendly smile and happy work environment.

For the price that they charge I would expect a better experience! Virtually every time I go to this theater I have a google experience. The rude people, the annoying and never ending previews and commercials, and the uncomfortable theater so this is my theater of last resort.

Not a bad place to watch a movie. Would have been 4 stars if the ticket sales person would have told me that they could use my phone number for my club card points when I couldnt find my card. Watched the Fate of the Furious, the theater was clean, and it was a good time.

Video/audio was as expected, however they shut the concessions down around 10:30 and didnt let us know when we walked in for a 10:15 showing, kinda ruined the rest of the night with the lack of hospitality/consideration

Its been a while since I watched a movie but I went to see Independence Day 3D and there was nothing like it. The staff was great with attending to my families needs and the movie was right up there in quality.
