We are new to the area so this was the first time coming to this theater and to any theater in this chain. I would give the experience more than 5 stars if I could..... there is nothing like this where we come from on the east coast, even at the theaters that are newly updated and have stadium seating (which many feel they can jack up the price for). First, the seats are incredibly comfortable and roomy. A seriously plus sized person next to me was totally contained in her space. I have never sat in such a comfortable, spacious seat at a cinema. There is also plenty of space between rows to extend your legs a bit. Second, the snack bar - the selections were delicious and not just some pre-made by a company frozen thing that tastes like cardboard. We had pizza, hubby had some kind of humus thing with chips or crackers, cant remember, but it was served on a rectangular plastic dish. Wine is served in an actual glass. Prices are comparable to the east coast for WAY better service, food, and seating. Staff - all around friendly, attentive, even the younger members of the staff -- its clear they are taught customer service. Rest Rooms - when we arrived to see an early show, the rest rooms were immaculate. We saw one movie, went for snacks at the snack bar, saw a second movie, and after the second movie, went back to the same restroom and it was a disaster. This says more about the slobs who patronize the theater than the theater, but they really should assign someone to monitor the rest rooms.

We have loved going to this theater since it opened. Weve probably spent nearly $500 there just this summer. That ended today. An employee (who made a better door than a window) walked slowly back and forth in front of the screen at our eye level 3 times during viewing of the film. When we spoke to the manager about it, we were informed that "since the theater serves alcohol" (which it has done since opening) it is the theaters "policy" to do this. Why this sudden change in policy (they never did this before)? "Its just our policy." What do they expect to accomplish? "This is our policy." Why does the employee have to walk in front of the screen several times during a quiet, intense movie? "This is our policy." No explanation of why the "policy" is different than it was three days ago, the last time we were at the theater. No explanation of how having an employee disturb the movie helps in any way solve alcohol-related problems, imagined or otherwise. Just a robotic, rude, lazy, irresponsible response of "This is our policy" to any question as to why its necessary, what its expected to do, or why something less intrusive couldnt be done. One more reason to stay home.

My feet dont stick to the floor, the chairs are some sort of leather material and plush, they Rock and are extremely comfortable, the screen and picture quality is unlike anywhere else Ive ever been, the theater is not freezing cold, the concession stands are unbelievable compared to everywhere else I have been and not only the availability of what you can purchase but also in the fact that there is not one line where you wait for everything but you go to get what you want and then go to the cashier. The people are all very friendly and smiling, the others that attend the theater are also of a different caliber, it is just simply the most amazing experience I have ever had. I do not plan on going anywhere else. In fact I have already been back and brought my daughter for her birthday and she is an adult. They serve everything that a normal theater does and even more including and ice cream bar and wine. Granted they are a little bit more costly but there are specials that they do have and numerous ones so check those out if cost is a factor.

All food is too expensive. Way too much. Small portions to boot. If u cannot sell Bud, and Coors for 4-5 $, then Corporate is cheating you. Gouging the public. They are so cheap they never fix the ice cream machine permanently, they just bandage it and not really fix it properly. They do clean well ........however, EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT BATH ROOM. IT IS ALWAYS DIRTY, UNISEX BATHROOM, GUYS PEE ON THE FLOOR, GALS PEE ON THE TOILET SEAT, NUMMY. Do u think they check it. NOOOOO. I HAVE WIPED IT OFF WITH SEAT COVERS, MORE THAN NOT. THEY NEED TO DO IT THEM SELVES DAMMIT. PEOPLE R RUDE. TOO MANY PEOPLE DO THIS ?? GUYS MAKE A PUDDLE OF PEE, RIGHT WHERE MY FEET GO WHEN I SIT DOWN. MAN ALIVE !!!!

Normally i love this theater, but tonight has changed my opinion. I went to go see Annabelle 2 with my friend, granted we where under 18, so my father had to buy a ticket and watch the movie with us. When he left because he hates scary movies, a man came into the movie and demanded that we leave. After saying we purchased these tickets and we rent going to leave, he put his hands on us (14 and 15 year old girls) and pushed us out the movie. It was also very cold in there. We had walked out of the thetre and called my dad for a ride home. I then realized i should get a refund because we never saw the movie. They locked the doors and wouldnt let us in.

Julie the lady who sold us our tickets at 4:15 on Tuesday March 22 was the absolute rudest person I have dealt with in a long time I was with my child and my wife. My wife asked her if we got the discounted price since its a Tuesday. She responded with a eye roll and a duh yes. If my kid wasnt present I would have flipped out and asked for a manager I will never give this place any more money I am a local and if Im gonna spend money the least I could get is some respect. I am in customer service myself and I would never treat a customer this way thank you Julie for the horrid experience

I live in Vacaville and drive out of my way to go to this theater. Snack options are better, seats are comfortable, and the drink options are nice. There is always someone available. And the bathrooms are clean. They will check everyones ID on an R rated movie though - My boyfriend was getting the snacks while i got the tickets since we were running a bit late and i had to yell for him to come back so they could see his ID. (we are in our twenties but i understand we could still look young)

Who doesnt like a theater where you can bring coffee or alcohol in the theater while youre watching the movie??? The last movie we saw here was Suicide Squad w/ my son and his friend. They had a blast. We ate a phat meal before hand, so we didnt really go to the snack shop, but all in all, I like this theater. Fairly new, they also have an InShape, Forge Pizza and hotel within the same center. More things to pop up soon here.

This new theater complex is great. The seats are all high back and their is a steep seating area so that no ones head is in your way. It might not be big enough for our little town as you need to get there early in order to get seats for big releases. There has been many times when its pretty difficult to find seats for 3 or 4 people together.
