Rude management, broken games, misleading info on the website; the "nickel" games can cost up to 5 nickles... Pretty fraudulent. If you leave, you have to pay again to come back in. Bathrooms were not sufficient for the number of people they serve. My tiny drink was 3 dollars and tasted like mold. None of this wouldve been bad enough to get me to review it on here if the employees and management would have been even slightly respectful. I have never left a review on any business, but this one irked me so bad that I had to say something. We are not difficult customers... It takes a lot before Ill get upset because Ive been in the service industry before. This place was ridiculous. I will not take my 3 kids or myself back to any of this places locations ever again. If you have enjoyed it there, great... I didnt.

This place never was a great place to hang out. The employees can be rude, especially established ones or the owner, but now this place is intolerable. They changed everything. Its all cards, no nickels, crammed, and worse than Chuckie Cheese. And that is pretty bad. The games are very hard to win. I know I used to play this one where you threw small balls (sort of like bowling), and it was fun. They changed it to a similar game, which is designed to make you lose. Dont waste your money. If you have pain, seizure potential, or any physical issues, dont go! I still have a headache and I only stayed 10 minutes. My daughter has a blister from the motorcycle, which would work and didnt allow her to stop playing. Terrible place. If you like casinos, you might like this.

The game room is nice and open with all the games functioning properly. Unfortunately weve had a few negative experiences so we only come here if theres a specific movie we want to see other wise we go to the other locations. I have 2 young boys and was berated for bringing them into the bathroom with me. I actually saw the manager on duty tell a young employee to come talk to me. Apparently there is a family bathroom but it is unmarked and looks like an off limits broom closet. They also wont let you buy a additional popcorn bag to split up your popcorn unless you pay full price. Their claim its for inventory reasons is pretty flimsy and ridiculous. I feel sorry for the teenagers made to carry out the managers poorly formed policies.

This place is only for the coolest froods. There may not be any Pan-Galactic Gargleblasters, or any fun mind altering anything, but this is probably the best place in ZZ9 Plural Alpha Z to just hang out and have good sober fun. Finding parking for The Heart of Gold is a bit difficult but not impossible. The super cheapness of this place makes it even better. Don't try to give them any Alterian dollars, they will just look at you like you were the triple breasted hooker from Eroticon VI. The monkey men here just don't really get it. The staff are way too cool. I plan on offering a few of them a trip to Milliway's the next time I'm there. So yeah. Just go here, or you can zark straight off.

Its great to go if you are on a "budget" and still want to do something fun for your kids or just you even I spent ten bucks for nickels and I got 200 its awesome.they have lots of options for games and there is a movie theater the seats are surprisingly comfortable and its really good quality of the movie that plays but do not forget anything in your car because if you leave you have to repay admission wich is 3.25 wich is not that bad but if you are a little ehhhh about going because of the other reviews you can listen but if they complain about their kids falling and getting hurt... accidents happen even if you go and dont like it I have been going there for 3 years so I totally suggest it

I have been going to this Wunderland for over 10 years and have never really had a problem until now. The machines were unkempt and ate tickets too much. That wasnt a huge deal though as they are only a nickel. While we were cashing in our tickets with a kindly young man the manager(Dale) came up and started harassing him right in front of us about going and taking his break. When I say harass I mean it. I am a manager at a retail corporation and I have never seen anything like it. All while the young man was engaged in conversation with us. He NEEDS to be fired. Terrible customer service and treatment of employees.

This place is a dump. The owner and staff are rude and so unprofessional. The interior is falling apart. Adults that bring their children in to play games have to pay a fee just to make sure their children are safe. Do not forget your cell phone in the car, because once you enter pay your fee and leave again, you have to pay the fee a second time to re-enter. Someone needs to report this place to the BBB and also consumer affairs at the DAs office. I have never met such rude people at a place like this. They are obviously on their last legs to be so money hungry.

CLEAN !! COMFY !! AFFORDABLE !! FIRST RUN MOVIES !! Excellent go-to for date night. Take a walk along the riverfront before showtime. Nice peaceful area, taking into account the busy boulevard and the transit mall 2 blocks away. Hidden little park behind the library is nice for an intimate picnic before the show too. Definite 5 stars. I brag about this place to all my friends and family. I pray they dont raise the prices because you cant really find all the positives about this place in one location very often. A hidden Gem in Milwaukie.

Nice location with new movies at a reasonable price. The theaters are relatively small compared to the mega-plexes, the seats are very comfortable and the quality of the experience is great. When you are done watching a movie and the kids (or you) simply cant bear the thought of going home then head over to the attached arcade/game room/kids Las Vegas to spend some time (and money) entertaining yourself while working up to winning tickets for the prizes located at the counter.

all these people complain about the prices and admission and act like the games are expensive. theres a couple games here that are .20cents a play and there like $1 at DanB. you get super cheap gameplay and theres always bogo cupons online and theough the email service. yes that mamager can be a little uptight but hey hes no negan. love this place and ive been going to wunderlands for about 10+ years now.

I have been going to the Milwaukie Wunderland at least once a month for the past seven years. I typically take my grandson to the movies and occasionally we will play in the arcade. I always have a great time. The theater is clean, the staff is courteous, and snack prices are very reasonable. I appreciate having a family friendly place close to my home. Thank you.
