I just love this place, cost wise its much better for my grandson (18 mos old) than the trampoline park (which he also loves ) but there its 12$ for an hour unless we have a coupon or are there. At toddler time. And here open play at his height without a coupon or "check out Groupon" or buy a pass and even at full price $12 for 4 hours of much more to do than just bouncing the interactive play, the hands on learning and skill building activities for him to play with are amazing and we have yet to be the only ones there he has had many opportunities to make new friends, plus they offer food there which is a nice convenience ...outlets for your tablet or cell to charge (if you absolutely MUST) massage chairs for the adults , and what I. Liked, the saucer/walkers in the backyard area for the lil ones to small to play so you can keep them near not the action while the siblings play for those multi kid , super mom/dad having to juggle things on their own ... Plus they have really done well with their staff... They REALLY seem to enjoy being around children, not just putting in the hours for a paycheck. We will be buying the summer pass this year.

I had my daughters first birthday party here paid 400 for the big room with extra hours at first the staff was very friendly and kind the girls that were assigned to our party were the best but with 30 minutes before close they told us we could not jump any more and then every 5mins they would tell us you have this many mins left then with 15mins out they were basically kicking us out the doors the managers were very rude telling us to hurry up to get out we had a lot of things to take to our cars with such a big party it took us 4 extra minutes to get gifts and food out after they were closed even after paying the amount I did and tipping the staff also they ate with us and we cleaned up after ourselves we were still treated with 0 respect and kicked out early from jumping management needs to work on people skills but the young ladies that help with party were excellent

We went to the Jumpyard Jr, and we thought that there would be some inflatable slides or something for my 2 year old daughter to jump around on, only to discover that its a room thats probably 20x80 covered in green astroturf (scratchy, uncomfortable for adults to sit on) and is just a room filled with toys (step2 equipment, blocks, "ball pit", some picnic tables and high chairs for eating lunch, and some other miscellaneous toys). The website never showed any pictures, but based on the name of the place we thought wed be jumping around! Once you get about 6 adults and 6 kids in there, the room seems to shrink and space feels limited. We stayed for about an hour, but I was very disappointed in what it actually was. The staff was nice, and everything was clean though. I dont think well be back.

I just had my daughters third birthday party there yesterday. $220 dollars for crappy pizza and not much else. We rented a small party room and were told that we were not allowed in there until the last 45 minutes of our 2 hours. Kids were served cold pizza and hugs juices. We were told to leave immediately after our time was up and the kids were no longer allowed to play or we had to pay extra. Nobody watches the door or stamps your childs hand to make sure they leave with the appropriate adult. Anybody could walk right in and take a kid without any problems. Yeah, they have cameras. Great! By the time you call the police, go over the videos and see what maniac took your child...its too late. The place is filthy and they couldnt care less. Never taking my child there again.

Pretty nice place. Lots of areas for the kids to jump. Was impressed with the amount of space set aside for toddlers, my twins never got bored. We were there for a birthday party and the party rooms were all well maintained and comfortable. Was a bit disappointed in the pizza they served, though I probably should have been considering the venue. Was just really plain. Really, the biggest gripe I had were the teenage staff members. They all clearly hated their job. As I stood in line with my son, I listned to two of them ranting on about how much they hated being there. They also have a rule that you must wear shoes covers if wearing shoes, there were dozens of people walking around in shoes right in front of the staff saying nothing.

This place is fun but some of the adolescents or Tweens they hire are really rude. Its like they are mad at their parents and enjoy bugging adults about ridiculous rules, and ignore potential safety hazards because they are so busy bothering adults. I was told I couldnt have a water bottle near the play area very rudely then was followed to the garbage can and watched even though I completely complied. Then the two workers pointed and laughed how unprofessional. I dont understand how workers can have huge face piercings but you cant have a closed container of water with you and why they have to be so rude about it. My suggestion would be to hire more adults and less hormonal teens.

Went for a birthday party. It was really hot! Couldnt turned the A/C up a bit. The bathroom was pretty gross, but when one of the moms on my party informed the staff they did send someone to clean it. I just think it should be kept up with. There are a few hundred kids running around in socks! The pizza was really good. Concession stand was reasonably priced. The games could give more tickets!! Its hard for little ones to get enough tickets to even get a "jolly ramcher" out of the prize machine, and thats 25 tickets! Overall it was pretty cool. Wish we had one where Im from.

Had a good time the only problem now is both my kids have hand foot and mouth disease from this place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Looks clean but isnt clean enough. A manager told me over the phone that they clean the houses once in the morning and once at night. To me thats not enough throughout an eight to ten hour day. The people that over see the bounce area are a bunch of teenagers that do nothing and look bored, why not give them some paper towels and disinfectant spray. I wouldnt have given this place one star but I had to to leave a comment.

Over stimulating and no security. When you walk in its complete chaos, loud music and kids running around everywhere. We where there for an hour an a half and in that time 3 kids lost their parents and they called out for them by name and described them, which made me think there really isnt much security in place, and when I asked an associate at the snack counter what they do to prevent people from walking out with other parents children she said she didnt know. Overall, it could be a lot of fun but needs some major safety improvements before Id go back.
