Eine schöne Bowlinganlage. Wir haben online reserviert und ein Paket mit Pizza gebucht. Leider kam die Pizza erst auf Nachfrage. Es gibt nur wenig Bowlingbälle. Nebenan ist eine Gamehalle mit vielen Spielen zu moderaten Preisen. Die Gewinne sind aber eher nicht so gut. Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen. ENGLISCH A nice bowling alley. We booked online and booked a package with pizza. Unfortunately the pizza came late because we gsd to remember that we ordered a pizza. There is a less amount of bowling balls. Next door is a game room with many games at moderate prices. The winning items are not so good. We can recommend a stay.

Terrible service, put name on list 1st, taken 3rd... Told they no longer charge by the game, now it is $19.00 per hour per lane... Then when paying was charged $21.00 per hour. Lanes malfunctioned with 20 minutes left, ball return (ball came back 4 minutes later with rubber melted on surface... time lost was not given back) . House lights were turned off at the 17 minute mark "for a party that was pre-booked" and could no longer see marks or arrows on lanes... so I had to stop bowling... and did NOT get any refund, or apology.... In fact they did their best to ignore me at the desk... They didnt want to deal with the issue at all. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! The end result... PAID $21.00 and bowled 2 games ($10.50 per game! WHAT A DEAL!!!!!)

Went there on 02/20/16 and requested a lane to bowl. They said it would be a 3hour wait "because its Saturday night". I understood and had no problem.So me and my group sat at the bar tables across the bowling desk drinking and eating. After 45 minutes, several lanes were open and stayed unoccupied. I went to ask when will we be assigned a lane. They said itll be 2+hours. I said that only 3 lanes are being used. Excuse: "they is a party that reserved a couple lanes and the others will be assigned in a few minutes." 40+ minutes later the lanes were still unoccupied and we werent called up. Lanes were still empty. We left. Food is great and wait staff was friendly but poor customer service on the bowling side.

Expensive and junk! They dont have many arcade games, and the ones they do have are all $1.00 or more! The real kicker is the bowling alley, though. I brought my little girl here, and the bumpers have to be up at all times or not at all. Even with them, her ball constantly went into the gutter! SERIOUSLY? For $17.00 for two pairs of shoes and one game each, this place shouldve been much better. Further, the computer system is their attempt at being fancy, but its just annoying. After I did it wrong, I asked for help. It took two employees three tries to get it right (and they seemed annoyed with me!). Well obviously never come back here.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free hour of bowling, so I thought, why not? We only needed to rent one pair of shoes and it was $13.95!? Are you INSANE? Ive never paid more than $5 for a shoe rental in my entire life. I figured I was getting the "free hour" so I carried on ( FYI the "Free Hour" is divided by the number in your party, so if youre a family of four, you get 15 minutes ). Over all the place is clean, good lanes, and the staff is helpful, but I felt it was a bait and switch.

Be aware, this phone number is a call center, they have no idea what is going on in the individual locations. Here in the cape the headpinz family fun locations start the glow bowl at 1pm on Saturday and the call center insists it starts at 9pm. The call center people are also rude and dont listen to what you are asking no matter how clear you are. As for bowling locations I like headpinz this review is more about the call center people.

The 3 stars is only because of the relatively high bowling prices. Plus on our most recent visit our lane kept scores that had zero to do with our actual pin counts. Told the staff...didnt seem to care. But the bar, kitchen, and staff at bar were excellent. Its clean, big, open, tons of tvs, and man many great specials and good prices. Wish the bowling was a good price for the experience.

$21 for two people to bowl 1 hour! Shoes not included! Lanes are the slowest in town (they charge you by the hour, duh!) Lanes kept malfunctioning, had to waste that hour hitting the reset button over and over... Ball return takes 30 seconds per ball, and thats if it returns it at all! Never coming back here. Ever!

My friends and I were having fun, until our lane decided to block the pins woth the pin sweeper. We waited for 10 minutes with the problem going unresolved. When we asked if we could be refunded, we were ignored for about 5 minutes before we finally recieved a partial refund. Horrible customer service.

I am a regular at the bowling alley but the last two times I went with three of my friends machines have been damaged and lost time arranging them not we have been successfully returned plus the prices of the pizzas and beer a little expensive, that I have been pretty disappointed

Way to expensive to bowl and play games. Food was mediocre and very expensive. Very disappointed. Just wanted to take my family somewhere different for an afternoon of fun. My budget was blown in 2 hrs. It really was a bad idea. Very disappointed

Guest service desk was very informed of happy hour offerings. It was clean and functional. There were a few instances where we called for help and no one reported. Other than that it was a great experience!

Guy took our drinks when we left to go play pool, our food never came, to much money to do bowling, to long of a wait. $50.00 to do bowling, 1 hour wait just to get a lane, no atm, cash only

Great bowling alley for cape coral , the largest downfall is they do leagues on Friday night so if you have children dont expect to take them here as the leagues run very late

We had my sons birthday party here and we loved it. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. We like to visit and bowl or play in the arcade. We think theyre great!

Paid $21 per hour, changed lanes twice, had to constantly ask for one of our balls back and they try to tell me its normal to bowl 2 games in an hour. Yikes!

Up to date bowling alley with modern furniture and equipment. They also have a massive game room connected to the alley. Good to bring kids to the game room.

Came for the arcade, and we were not disappointed. Lots of fun games to play for tickets. Apparently they also have bowling here.
