I think a one star might even be pushing the experience my family & I just had at Sky Zone. Personally being a previous manager, I thought the entire experience had no fluidituly whatsoever; there was no one there to direct us on what to do when we first got there. Thankfully I had a family member there that had previously been here so we knew to sign our waivers first. If I would have waited in line to pay for everything and then got told to go sign my waiver I would have been upset. There was absolutely no direction. We then purchased an hour for jumping (which my husband got a free hour for being a Veteran which was the only plus), we were told to get our stuff checked by someone and just pointed to a guy standing under a sign with small writing really looked like an entire dictionary. He then asked if we had been there before and told us maybe 3 rrules & that was it so of course we did not read that considering he took the time to tell us the rules. We then went up to the right where some of the activities were at & proceeded to a pit. The lady at the pit had no motivation and no care to work there, all of the kids waited so patiently and great in line & considering this place had more children than anything there you would think they would be more chipper, but we were greeted by a slump Debbie downer. We jumped into the pit, got out& moved on. We went onto the open trampoline area (previously instructed to not share a trampoline block with someone else, and no back flips;period). We all entered and followed those rules we were told, followed shortly by 5 different times of us being scolded to the point where the employee who watched over the open area walked right up to me personally to tell me no drinks (we had closed water bottles off to the side) we not allowed (never told ), told to not share ttrampolines which we did not, if the employee was watching he would have seen that my husband fell down and landed half way onto our own family members trampoline to which they stopped bouncing so he could get up. I also got told while I was sitting cross legged on the trampoline for a second to get up that I could not sit down on it (never told this ). All of these things were just ridiculous and ludacris to me because if the employee was doing his job he would see the huge group next to us not saying anything to the two people bouncing together on the same trampoline, nor sitting down. After being thoroughly frustrated we all decided to leave that area to which we tried the slam dunk area. After yet once again no direction my family member stood in one of the lines & while being next, she was THEN told she was in the wrong line, which was a waste of time and she ended up at the back of the long line. Direction would have fixed that problem. After we all tried that, we went to the dodge ball area. I understand this place MAY be directed towards kids, however when adults go does this mean that we should be treated horribly? The referee for our area did not care to explain any of the rules for dodgeball, did not watch the game and did not have any control over the area at all, to the point where there were teenagers irrtately beaming the balls towards one another and be did not care to break it up besides a whistle which did wonders...not. The staff was reasonable checking in, but the process itself was flawed. We arrived around 9:30 pm, but couldnt begin jumping until after 10 pm, causing us to have to buy a shorter ticket because the machine wouldnt let us have the full two hours. We arrived for glow jump for the first time, already expecting to pay way too much, and barely affording our large group of nine to begin with. However, on top of the usual jump fee and expensive socks, we were informed that we needed glow shirts for "safety reasons". Alright, I can understand that. But for way too much money. We almost left, but my girlfriend decided to grab some white and neon shirts from our travel luggage and pass them out to our friends, so that we only had to purchase two or three shirts. However, we were given shirts that didnt even glow (dark blue and dark orange), making it obvious that it was not about safety, but just a scheme for more money. We had a decent time after that, with only a few small problems. So yeah, the overall experience was fun, but we were completely astonished at the ridiculous prices (food included). We probably wont be back for a while, sadly. We honestly cant afford it..

I was in SkyZone earlier today to partake in the jumping frenzy. I had fun and everything was great. It wasnt until my drive home that I noticed my FitBit Band was missing from my wrist... Before driving 45 miles back to the facility, I called ahead and asked if I could look for my expensive band. The employee on the phone assured me that I could look for my Fitbit if I returned. Upon my arrival I explained my situation to the employee at the front desk. The employee summoned the manager, Justin. Justin advised that I would be required to pay to go back in to look for my lost item. Then after he spoke to someone else, I was advised I could not enter at all and look for the item. So, long story short, if this was Sky Zones "corporate policy", I should have been advised of this when I phoned Sky Zone. Not after I travelled 45 miles back to the facility and waste my time and gas. On the upside, they clean out the foam pits once a month, so if I am lucky and the employees are honest, I will have my Fitbit back next month.

All the hype is what brought my group of 10 here on a friday night. This place was, okay. The staff is unfriendly. Not one person had a smile on thier face or appeared happy to be there. At one point I asked one of the employees something and he looked past me with a blank stare. I finally raised my voice and he responded like he was bothered. Lack of enthusiasm/interest from the employees definitely took away from the experience. You are required to sign a waiver prior to jumping. For $10 you can bounce for 30 minutes & for $13 you can bounce for an hour. 30 minutes in my opinion is not long enough. We jumped for an hour and it was perfect. You are required to buy their socks for $2. Once you have the socks, you can reuse them for your return visits. The price is decent. The water and sodas are priced around $2.75 for small bottles. There is also a small arcade area in a back corner. There are dodge ball, foam pits and basketball hoops. Its a cool place but overall, not too impressed.

My son has a blast everytime we go. Its a little pricey for a single mom budget so we dont get to go often. But we just went last night to their glow jump and they added some fun new features one on one basketball court, jousting, a tall wall (Not sure whats its called) that has 3 heights where the kids run up it and try to climb over the top. Just a heads up if you buy your ticket online for glow jump you must have a white shirt or neon shirt or you cant jump. They do not have that listed anywhere on the receipt so we got stuck having to buy a white shirt from them for $5. So the total cost for my 10 year old to jump for 2 hours was right around $27. He of course had a blast and loved every second of it.
